Michael Bloomberg’s presidential campaign offices across the country are getting defaced by vandals—which his office blames without evidence on Sen. Bernie Sanders’ “hateful rhetoric.” Chicago campaign workers for the former New York mayor woke up Monday to find the office spray-painted in large red letters with slurs including “racist,” “sexist,” and “oligarch,” The Chicago Sun-Times said. At least six other offices have also been similarly tagged, including ones in Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee and Utah, where windows were smashed, Bloomberg’s office then revealed. Those attacks once again included the word “oligarch”—along with “eat the rich” and “corporate pig.”

These White Supremacist Trump supporters will stop at nothing.

Vandalism is not acceptable. In this case, unless it is staged to get publicity for the Bloomberg campaign, vandalism amounts to intimidation and thuggery. We need the FREE flow of ideas and information in a civilized manner according to the rule of law of FREE people. If I were Bloomy, I'd put cameras and security at each campaign headquarters. I would pursue the thugs to the full extent of the law. I do NOT think the perps are Trump people. Bernie Bros are far more likely candidates for thuggery.

"Oligarch" is not a word that would have seen widespread use without central coordination. This smacks of Bernie Bros but Bloomberg pulling a "Jussie Smallett" can not be ruled out.

This is left wing vandalism for sure but if the MSM reports this at all they will point the finger at the President's supporters. They refuse to report or denounce any violence when it is perpetrated by those on the left. This provides them with another opportunity to throw more shade our way, I believe.

OP refers to a comment on this wave of vandalism made a few days ago by Bloomberg's campaign manager, who perversely insinuates that Donald Trump is responsible for communist movements Occupy Wall Street, Antifa, etc, which were created by Bernie, Barry, Hillary, and their ilk. "We call on Bernie Sanders to immediately condemn these attacks and for his campaign to end the Trump-like rhetoric that is clearly encouraging his supporters to engage in behavior that has no place in our politics."

My guess is the Berniebots brigade are still irked by Bloombutt bringing up the three houses and wealth of Bernie. That is Bernie's kryptonite. He is trying to appeal to the masses by being as low income as they are when the reality is, he is a multimillionaire with sports cars and multiple homes. Bloombutt scored a direct hit at that debate and he should not back down from it either.

The Trump administration can block federal grant money from New York City and several states that do not give US Immigration & Customs Enforcement access to jails, an appeals court ruled Wednesday. The blow to “sanctuary cities” reversed a previous ruling that kept the federal government from withholding grant money from New York City and seven states—New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Washington, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Virginia. The grant money, called the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, is doled out to local governments by the feds to assist with local law-enforcement. “The case implicates several of the most divisive issues

Prison bosses are reportedly worried about how to handle Harvey Weinstein while he is in jail, fearing he may commit suicide—just like Jeffrey Epstein. Weinstein was convicted of rape and sexual assault on Monday and officials at New York prisons are said to be concerned another high-profile inmate could take his own life. Billionaire Epstein hanged himself last August in his cell at Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. Now it is feared Weinstein may have to be kept in a private section of Rikers Island's North Infirmary Command, which is for high-risk inmates, for his own safety.

Washington - President Donald Trump pushed back Wednesday against criticism that his administration isn’t doing enough to meet the coronavirus threat, as lawmakers called for giving disease fighters much more money than the $2.5 billion the White House has requested. A day after he sought to minimize fears of the virus spreading widely across the U.S., Trump prepared to hold a White House press conference with experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He tweeted that the CDC, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and others in the administration are “doing a great job with respect to Coronavirus!” and accused some news outlets of “panicking markets.”
