Now that the four-and-a-half-month-long Ukraine impeachment bookend to the 22-month Mueller charade is over, it clearly accomplished nothing other than substantially raising the polls of both Donald Trump and the Republican Party. The public was reminded that Representative Gerald Nadler (D-N.Y.) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) are every bit as childish, peevish, and absurd as Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).So, we are now back to the existential issue of the entire Trump phenomenon: to what degree did the Hillary Clinton campaign collude with high-ranking Obama officials, and the top echelons of the FBI, CIA, and the national intelligence apparatus, to surveil, defame, and hope to derail
So, at long last, file an indictment of somebody!

FTA: “But soon the worm may turn. The real scandal is back on the horizon, and at last, we may learn that no one is above the law, and most certainly not a group of smug and mediocre apparatchiks who assumed they had the moral right to destroy a presidential candidate and later an elected president.”
Anyone with an ounce of fairness flowing through their veins must demand that these criminals are held accountable for the serious crimes they have committed. This was no small deal. It was a conspiracy to commit sedition and should be dealt with as such.

So what? I think there are too many left over Obama moles still in high positions to bring any indictments against the criminals. Three years with no indictments should tell us something!!

Still, heard Carter Page say recently he still has not been interviewed by Justice.

Another very hard-hitting piece by VDH. However, see the other posting below under the Must Reads - It's time for Trump to fight fire with fire", for more insightful background. Suggest that Latimer's piece be a Must Read as well.

What they did, and are doing to Donald Trump and his associates is called "Malicious Prosecution," and it's not favorable to any attorney to perform such a thing. It's time for all who have suffered to have THEIR days in court y filing civil suits against those who brought the false charges OR testified falsely against them.

More wishful thinking. The ONLY way the worm will turn, and not MAY turn is when Carter Page is one hundred percent vindicated, when George Papadopoulos and his wife who lost their baby due to her FBI inquisition are one hundred percent vindicated, and when everyone else who's life was destroyed by Obama, Hillary, Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Mueller are one hundred percent vindicated. anything less is merely a natural resource for talk shows. Love him or hate him, WATCH Glenn Beck's Ukraine specials. They're free on YouTube. THAT is why all this took place, including impeachment and it will continue if all we do is bloviate about "the worm may turn." BTW, it won't be a stretch to realize Ms Graham and Mitch Buuuhhh-buuuh-buuuh bipartisan McConnel are in on it along with the Marxists and those two are making sure the worm never turns.

Don't tell me that the FISA courts weren't complicit in this. Federal judges are usually pretty smart cookies. In this case it appears to me that either a few judges were in on the wink-wink game, or should have been after receiving multiple warrant requests that would be sent back for re-work and returned...okay, now it's legal. They're like those honest and hard-working FBI agents out there, who said nothing and to this day have not expressed any outrage over what has been done to the Bureau and its public trust.

It looks to me as if the repercussions have already begun. Within a few hours of being acquitted, PDT fired both Vindman and Sondland. That may be just his warning shot across the bow of what will be coming. If we’ve learned anything about our president, it is that you don’t mess with him and get to walk away unscathed. He has been quietly biding his time and stocking his armory and the Schiffstorm is about to commence. The only question remaining is how big the Schiffstorm will be. I’m guessing tsunami, superstorm, hurricane, typhoon and volcanic eruption all rolled into one. Buckle up, friends.

The DOJ needs to bring justice...or this is not a nation of law and order!
I'm sick of people upset over losing their right to be in the white house, or their right to be an ambassador, or their right to work at the FBI, or their right to work at the state department.
They need to be arrested for illegal actions, and especially when it is treason.
The third hour of the OAN investigation into Ukraine (with Gulliani) was mind blowing!

FTA: Donald Trump, in concrete ways, has been far harder on Russia than was the “reset” Obama presidency, and far more helpful to Ukraine than Team Obama ever was. Trump armed the Ukrainians. He upped sanctions against Russia. He ordered lethal retaliation against Russian mercenaries in Syria. He vastly increased U.S. oil and gas production to Russia’s detriment. He jawboned Germany about its fuel dependence on Moscow. He coerced NATO to spend more on defense. He got out of an asymmetrical missile treaty with Russia. He is rebuilding the U.S. military.
Unlike his predecessor, Trump did not dismantle U.S.-joint European missile defense in order to coax Putin into behaving during his reelection bid. He did not push a big plastic red reset button in Geneva to mark outreach to Putin, in rejection of prior Bush sanctions on Russians. He did not forbid the shipment of anti-tank missiles to an endangered Ukraine. He did not invite the Russians into Syria after a 40-year hiatus from the Middle East.
So the libel of Russian collusion was absurd from the get-go

In addition to the Obama IC conspirators I would like to see the Ukraine punished for purchasing the USA government. So the other nations learn.

I doubt Barr and Durham are just going through the motions, but as I've long maintained, government and the bureaucracy exist mostly for themselves, like any corporate entity. And who mostly finds pleasure and reward in working for government? Liberals. Good luck in getting things squared away.

As long as Trump's numbers continue to look strong I don't expect to see any charges against the deep state figures until after the election. If it takes place before reelection the MSM will tout it as retaliation which to the precious undecided would probably have resonance.

Trump couldn't fire anybody folks, not until the investigating and hearings were over and done with. They would have loved to charge him with obstruction which would have given Pelosi and Schiff their article to impeach him with. So now that the handcuffs are completely gone, I expect to see some action finally by Trump. He can only win by doing so, for it certainly won't harm his chances to mass fire all the Obamabots he can find. Especially at the DOJ.

Great comments from all of the above. Yet to this day, no prosecutions, no jail time and all yada yada about bringing justice. 4 more years of Trump is a given and the criminals will continue to move on with more wealth. I'm tired and my faith in government is running zero. I will vote for Trump again and if the color of politics remains the same, then let America rot. It's the people's choice.

Alone, here at Wistful Vista, I printed out Hanson's article and read it aloud to myself. I hope my light bulbs, my computer, my smart phone and my refrigerator are all bugged. I gave it the best, loudest dramatic reading I could muster. Long live Donald John Trump! And Victor David Hanson.
