Three Glorious Days

Original Article

So, February 3, 4, and 5, 2020 were pretty much the most miserable three days in the history of the Democratic Party. I’m not laughing, really I’m not! You know how sometimes you have a bad day when nothing goes right? Well, these super-achievers managed to triple that streak. They are achievers in the same sense Hoover Snort Biden is an achiever. Let’s start with Monday, February 3rd and the Iowa Caucuses. In their defense, it wasn’t like they had four years to get prepared to handle…counting. Oh wait, they did have four years to handle…counting. Okay, well, then in their defense they went to unionized

It has been a glorious three days. Almost, almost, makes up for the long dark years of the Obamanation. President Trump has announced he will speak Thursday at noon (EST) regarding the impeachment fiasco. Should be fun. We're going to MAGA until we can't MAGA anymore, and then MAGA some more!

"...while Nancy Pelosi fumed behind him, offering a running commentary to her invisible friend." It took me a while to read Kurt's article because I couldn't stop laughing.

The Iowa Caucuses were a surprise gift. You KNOW you can count on the dems to screw up because they are grossly incompetent idiots but you can never be sure exactly when and how and how blatantly they will do it. It doesn't get much better than Iowa. At 2+ days out, we still don't know who won and with the national dems supposedly running in to "help" we may never know, at least not in any way we can trust. Trump's organization, since the 2016 election, has developed what is described as the most advanced voter analytics and communication system ever seen. It actually works. If Iowa is a sign of dem tech, they are going to be communicating with hand carried, carved rocks. On top of all that, the "results", as they are, show Mayor Pete and Comrade Bernie well ahead of "electable" Uncle Joe. It is the DNC's worst nightmare. Iowa has left the dems in significant disarray and New Hampshire is coming up so quick there is no time for them to react. They are coming out of the first two primary challenges like beef through a meat grinder. They wanted to get closer to a whole cow and instead they have hamburgers. The SOTU was a Trump tour de force with, dare I say, a PERFECT tone. One of the main complaints from the opposition is that Trump is not "Presidential". It is, of course, a lie. However, Trump just placed himself in the dictionary definition as the exemplar of the term. Meanwhile, dems trying to position themselves as a better choice than Trump proved to be petty, rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, foolish, childish, tedious, and ineffectual. They also were totally riddled under the onslaught of Trump accomplishments that Trump sprayed at them like machine gun bullets. Once again hamburger. AND, the number of new jobs just far exceeded expectations. POW! The impeachment trial concluded, as long predicted, with an acquittal. The House Managers were sent back to the dem stables stinking like they had visited Nasty Pelousy's home city of San Francisco, the city of human waste, in more ways than one. It's a bit sad it had to end so quickly. Trump's approval has been going up as long as it lasted. If impeachment had dragged out longer, Trump might have hit the mid 50s. Maybe another poll would have come out with Trump getting 50+% approval from minorities. The nice thing was that the voters got to see the rambling, delusional thinking of the dems, live. They also got to see the reasoned, lawful thinking of the President's team. The public never liked the idea of impeachment and their opinion was prescient. Except for Pierre Delecto, who can be counted on in a pinch to do exactly the wrong thing, the Republicans in the Senate and House rejected this bloated, rancid turkey and the possible long running Schiff show the dems wanted to make it. When the Republicans retake the House, there may be a rescindment of the articles of impeachment. We can send it to Nasty so she can futilely rip that up as well. "Democrats might look back wistfully at the last three days because it’s only getting worse for you from here" BIG GRIN! If it gets continually worse, by November, all that may be left of the dem party will be on the streets of San Francisco. But all is not lost! Comrade Bernie can go back to the USSR. Umm, except it no longer exists. Mayor Pete can go back to South Bend. Except, he is no longer mayor and they don't seem all that impressed with him in his home town. Liz Warren can go back to her wigwam. But, she has no tribal recognition. Maybe she can set up on the Harvard Yard. Uncle Joe ... Does anyone know where Uncle Joe wandered off to? Gosh, I hope he didn't find any pretty girls to sniff. Now that he isn't a candidate, he could be arrested for that. Mini Mike can go finish his BIG Gulp. It's embarrassingly hard for him to drink it all at once. That Tom guy can go huddle with Algore and Greta Thudbird about Global Warning (NOT a sp. error). The rest of the dem smurfs can go back to smoking their mushroom houses.

In their defense, it wasn’t like they had four years to get prepared to handle…counting. Oh wait, they have four years to handle…counting. This has nothing to do with counting you hate mongers. Ballots are like people and they need time to self identify to a certain candidate, especially when they're all Marxists. Then they have to figure out which personal pronoun they prefer. Stop the hate and let the ballots decide. It's all bout "choice," remember?

Here we are in the midst of a once-in-a-half-century pandemic, with the economy flattened, millions of people unemployed, and unrest on the streets of our cities. And President-elect Joe Biden says that one of his highest priorities as president will be to reenter the Paris climate accord. President Trump kept his "put America first" promise and pulled the United States out of this Obama-era treaty. Biden wants us back in. Why? Paris is an unmitigated failure. You don't have to take my word for it. National Geographic, a supporter of climate change action, recently ran the numbers and admitted in its recent headline: "Most countries aren't hitting 2030 climate goals."

Teachers unions have been instrumental in keeping American schools online during the pandemic. But some have escalated their positions on reopening to include an array of social justice demands. A set of demands from teachers unions in July, which addressed how to safely reopen schools amid a pandemic, was criticized by The Wall Street Journal editorial board as “political extortion.” The board argued that unions were taking advantage of a health crisis to advance their own ideological agendas and to eliminate competition from charter schools.

Why do we do this to ourselves every four years? We talk incessantly about the latest poll in Florida and Michigan and Pennsylvania and Arizona until we are blue in the face. Then they turn out to be wildly wrong. When will we ever learn? It reminds me of that old saying which I think was from Einstein, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.” Polling, at least the old-school style, is over. Done. I don’t need to go through a long list of reasons why nobody should take pollsters seriously anymore, but a few data points are instructive.
Implications of the Flynn Pardon 11 replies

President Trump granted a pardon to Michael Flynn, his former national-security adviser, today. Flynn had pled guilty to lying to FBI agents about conversations, during the 2016 transition, with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Flynn’s pardon should bring to an end one gross violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers, even as it gives rise to groundless accusations of another. Although Flynn had pled guilty, the circumstances of the case had raised serious concerns about whether the government had proceeded properly. The FBI, for example, questioned Flynn even though it did not appear he had violated any law. In May, Attorney General William Barr ordered the case dropped.

Minnesota is one of a number of states that are living under what amounts to martial law. Our proto-fascist dictator Tim Walz, in his latest edict, purports to ban traditional Thanksgiving get-togethers: Saturday, Nov. 21 through Friday, Dec. 18, Executive Order 20-99 requires all Minnesotans to: * Limit social gatherings to one household. * Not gather outside of your household. * Postpone all celebrations, events, receptions, and parties, including any social gatherings for weddings and funerals. So it is “illegal” for me to invite any of my four kids to Thanksgiving dinner.

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred.
