If Steve Bannon is correct (and I think he probably is), Michael Bloomberg has no intention of occupying the Oval Office; his real plan is far more devious and frightening. Bloomberg is investing a small fraction of his fortune (Bannon says it is now $70 billion) in a “leveraged buyout” of the party, installing himself as the oligarch who calls the shots, including the selection of the candidate to win the presidency.
Forget the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on the “Mike will get it done” ads saturating the airwaves and the Super Bowl ad touting gun control.

It makes more sense than anything else I've seen. We have known for a long time that neither party is about ideas. They are about the big money donors and the uniparty globalist government. The big money got us most presidents and nominees in my lifetime. Sure, they put on a dog and pony show of primaries, but it was almost always the establishment candidate that won. How better to control the way thigs go than by buying the party?

I don't see how this does anything but split the dimocrat party and make it even weaker. Since the dims can't even find a moderate in their ranks the sacred independents will come to the pubes and bring the few moderate dims that are left with them.

Maybe Bloomberg and Soros will get into a control war that ends up decimating the dem-rat party. That would be fun!

Not sure why this is shocking. Hillarity bought out the DNC last time (and drained its coffers). My guess is that the She Devil has reluctantly agreed to pass the DNC scepter to Bloomie.

Help me out here, as much as this article seems illuminating and Bannon most insightful I have one problem. Wouldn't Soros and Bloomberg be on a collision course? I believe Soros is Dr. Evil personified. I also believe past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior, that tells me Soros is seeking to demolish the dollar as he did the English pound. The guy has everything, what motivates him, he doesn't have enough time left to rule the world for long he just wants the grandest big bang exit in human history, the man who took down the US. Probably has the headstone at the ready. The Bloombergs of the world tend to fair poorly in such a crash. Perhaps he's prepared to capitalize as Soros has in the past. Watch for any and all signs of Bloomberg mimicking Soros 's financial strategy, going short on the dollar for instance.

Suddenly it's "out there" that Hillary could be considered for a Vice Presidential slot. Arkanside (spelling, sorry) and guess who's president. I've been waiting for that. They are testing the waters.

Li’l Bloomie is working to be the Puppetmaster of the Democrat Party. Better stash your Big Gulps and trans-fatty acids along with your guns in case he succeeds in getting a puppet in the WH!

Tom Steyer told the Democrats they must impeach Trump, or he won't contribute the $100 million in the 2020 election.
Now, the article illustrates Mike Bloomberg also gave Nancy $100 million to help shore-up the finances of the House candidates where Trump won just to ensure they voted to keep impeachment on the table.
The real QUID PRO QUO.

I think Bloomberg is a very serious threat, both to America and to President Trump. Especially in the down ticket races. A million dollars in most House races is almost a shoo-in. A few billion scattered around America could mean a Democrat sweep. Disingenuous ads (like Bloomberg's Super Bowl Ad) do persuade people, e.g the tidal wave of (non-factual, and almost totally disingenuous) teachers' unions' ads that always inundated the airwaves and mailboxes during every California election definitely helped turn California blue.

My Dad used to tell a story about a poor country lawyer barely eking out a living in a rural town. One day a brand new young lawyer moved in, and set up shop across the street. Within a year they were both making middle six figures!
Soros has been buying State Attorney Generals for a while now. If what Bolton says is true, a price war for State Politicians is well under way. Probably in both parties. In my district in Ohio, former House Rep Jeanne Schmidt is running for the State house. Leading indicator?

On her Sunday morning show, Steve Bannon said to Maria Bartiroma that Bloomberg is trying to do a leveraged buyout of the Democrat party. Does that mean he's going to make Soros an offer her can't refuse? What value does the Democrat party have going forward with all those crazies? Is this what rich man does with his billions? Wouldn't it be better to try to put together a viable plan to help the homeless...one with oversite? Think of the positive impact it would bring to this country. But men like Bloomberg is only capable of thinking of eliminating the Big Gulp drink and trying to dictate how much salt we put on our food. No, men like Bloomberg don't think big, they think small. I thought the Democrat party doesn't like the white corporate rich man type...I guess their money is okay.
Bloomberg is known to have financed many newbies to congress the 2018. I wonder if he was the outside slush fund that helped Beto's campaign. Moreover, Bloomberg has had many women girlfriends over the years. He better watch out for the Me Too's out there.
Yes, Like Romney, Bloomberg is another billionaire whose skin has remarkably turned the color of grass...it's call TDBDE / Trump derangement big deal envy. They could never do the job that President Trump has done and they know it. This is why their big ego makes them act like the small men they really are.

The whole Bloomberg strategy is to bring Hildabeast on stage at the Dem Convention and anoint her as the candidate. It will be a Deus (in Hillary's case Dea or Diva) Ex Machina epiphany like the Roger Clemens "Sportgasm" at Yankee Stadium. The Bernie and Elizabeth people will NOT accept Bloomie as the candidate. However, they WILL accept Hillary as the alternative to a sure Trump win. Bloomie might even get to be Hillary's VP choice as a reward. Bloomie WILL knock out Bernie and Warren first, though with his billions.

Theres a civil war going on in the DNC between the fringe wing and their own establishment. Right now, my money is on a complete crackup of the party.
The internal war in the RNC was over repeated Republican failures by going along to get along and a real return to roots.

Hillary’s sugar daddy want to buy her the White House. They know she can’t withstand a real primary, so this is their strategy.

If the leftist Democrat socialists who now are supporting Bernie Sanders and by extension Alexandria Acosio-Cortez remain silent and allow the Bloomberg plan, as outlined by Steve Brannon, to move forward with Sanders retiring to his lake house, they are going to look like extreme hypocrites. It’s more likely that if the Democrats again rig their National Convention to blow Sanders out of the saddle, disregarding the State primary results, and anointing a candidate like Hillary Clinton, that there will be a serious civil war within the Democrat Party that will only benefit President Trump.
Apparently Bloomberg, when he was Mayor of New York City, and maybe now, was actually living on the British Island of Bermuda or some other island down there, and flew back and forth between New York City and his Island home to carry out his mayoral duties and run his financial empire.

FTA: "If this is true, Bloomberg is carrying out an unprecedented head fake, using the cover provided by Trump Derangement Syndrome in order to convert our political system to a de facto plutocracy."
De facto plutocracy? We already have a plutocracy, i.e. government by the wealthy. Who are we kidding but ourselves? The UNIPARTY is a construct of the wealthy who include profiteering "neocons" and globalists, always willing to peddle U.S. assets, including our military, and spread our national treasury around. It is this plutocracy that wants badly to dump Trump, and cannot without coming out of its own closet...although anyone looking can see it on display in plain sight.
You can believe the L'Affaire Biden is a singularity, a unique case. And then one sees Kerry's kin at the end of the same rainbow. Who else? PDT is an existential threat, assuming the American people can muster outrage anymore for this decades-long sell-out to international interests.
This is bigger than Bloomberg. He's just exercising his Constitutional right to free speech with his billions. And it's 1984!

Just did a search on 'George Soros net worth'. The amount that came up was only 8.3 billion. Old Goerge is chump change compared to DOOMberg.
Anyone else notice how Bloomberg's ads have him taking credit for everything done by the Democrats? From healthcare to coal to the 2018 midterm elections. Personally find that hard to believe.
Think Bloomberg would really like to be President. If he doesn't win the nomination, he will try to buy the VP seat to leverage himself for a future run. Otherwise, he will content himself to being the Democratic Party's silent partner.
Saw the dueling ads for Bloomberg and Trump during the Super Bowl. Over 5 million dollars for a 30 second ad. At least Trump spends money that was donated. Bloomberg is spending his own money. Hope people keep tabs on how much Bloomers is spending. One must wonder if the Democratic party has a price to be totally bought off. Bet they do. What remains is to see how much it is.

So many people overthink things. Bannon is a good one. I think he's a nut. Boss Tweed of Tammany Hall and then there's the Kansas City organization of king making that gave us Harry Truman. Nothing new here. Just more money.
