"I did not lie to them."
With those words in a declaration and supplemental motion filed Wednesday, former national security adviser Michael Flynn formally asked a federal judge for permission to withdraw his guilty plea for making false statements to two FBI agents in the White House back on Jan. 24, 2017.
In a sweeping argument that took aim at the bureau's "outrageous" conduct, Flynn's legal team highlighted a slew of information that has come to light since Flynn's plea -- including that no precise record of Flynn's statements to the agents exists and that the original handwritten FD-302 witness report from the interview is "missing," with subsequent versions later "edited"

Flynn should sue his former lawyers, and the firm, for negligence, fraud, malpractice, failure to represent his interests, or whatever technical charges these things represent! IMO, that firm should be sued out of business and lawyers disbarred!

“WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. Justice Department lawyer who played a major role in the bungled prosecution of former U.S. Senator Ted Stevens committed suicide, his lawyer said on Monday.
Nicholas Marsh was one of the lead attorneys in the corruption case against Stevens, who was initially found guilty. The case was later thrown out after Judge Emmet Sullivan found that prosecutors withheld crucial evidence from the defense.”
...
“Stevens, a Republican, was convicted days before the 2008 election and lost his re-election bid. He died earlier this year in a plane crash in his home state of Alaska while on a fishing trip with friends.”

A. Judge Sullivan will reject Flynn’s request for a trial because Flynn rejected Sullivan’s offer to do so in 2018.
B. Roger Stone faces sentencing, possibly 10 or more years, in 7 to 10 days at his Mueller arranged trial before a rabidly Democrat federal judge. One hopes that Stone hires Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, for his appeal to overturn conviction.
C. While President Trump can pardon both men, it would be better to have the courts throw out their cases due to prosecutorial misconduct if it can be shown.
D. Biggest concern we all should have is that little has changed in both the FBI and DoJ to prevent misuse of these institutions by a future Obama. And there will surely be another would be dictator lurking in the Dem Party. Obama, Hillary and even the allegedly addled Biden have all gotten away with their crimes, so Dems know that crime does pay, and pays handsomely.

One of the biggest sources of bullying, unethical behavior of Fed LE, and corruption in the formerly honorable FBI is that form 302 which allows agents to make it up in any way that allows them to add a solved case to their career win column. Get rid of that form and make the agents record their interviews like all other LEO's are required to do.
One way targets could protect themselves would be to pull a recording device out of the drawer or pocket and say sure, now I will talk to you. If the agents disagree, then say I want my lawyer than. Flynn was way too trustworthy when he allowed those agents to talk to him in his office that day. Wanting your lawyer present, or saying no to a polygraph exam is a person's constitutional right of protection. It does not mean one is guilty. We don't have to do the cop's jobs for them, no matter who they are. I respect LEO, but I also respect my own rights as well.
Unfortunately, from all the reality based crime shows I have been watching lately, cops do terrible at thinking outside the box. So they tend to waste time on the easiest for them path, rather than focusing on the facts of the case and other suspects. The tendency to legal sloth is more and more evident in all levels of our LE and we really need to be even more mindful of their machinations. Remember, they want to solve their case, not worry about your rights. Those are just inconveniences for them when it comes to getting a solve.

Some of us who follow CTH have known about Joe Pientka for a long time. He disappeared from radar a while back and is now said to be being “protected” by Chris Wray. We’ll find out the rest of the story soon.
Brava, Sidney Powell!!!!!

He should have never pleaded guilty. Sessions should have never been that job. The democrats lie, cheat and put people in jail and used a now publicly admitted paid by the opposition, document for all this nonsense. We should ALWAYS fight everything they do. They have proven to be Satan's footmen in everything they do. Straight up evil people.

It is 1/31/2020. What on Earth took him so long???? Why didn't he do this the minute he fired his lawyers??
Judge Sully is something of a mixed bag but he did apply justice to the Sen Stevens railroading and threw the case out. And he WOULD NOT accept Flynn's initial plea because it was mixed with a self serving denial of guilt by F's incompetent boob lawyers.
It may be he is just extremely technically precise. I do not know.

Flynn did it to himself...hubris. After all, he's a three-star Army general (retired) serving as National Security Advisor. What did he have to fear? Sure, c'mon in, fellows. Let me tell you whatever you want to know. Get you anything to drink?
