Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has released the question that was blocked Wednesday and Thursday by Chief Justice John Roberts in the Senate impeachment trial of President Trump. Paul’s question deals with the origins of the impeachment inquiry and employs the name of the alleged whistleblower, not in that context but with regard to his relation with a NSC co-worker who moved on to the staff of Lead House Manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and whether they plotted to impeach Trump before the House impeachment proceedings started.(Photo) The question and answer sessions of the impeachment trial involve senators submitting written questions to Roberts who then reads them aloud

The point is that the complaint that triggered the impeachment inquiry was actually an attempt to obstruct justice by preventing the President from requesting an inquiry into corruption in Ukraine that involved Eric Ciaramella. These facts need to be investigated before any judgement can be rendered on the articles of impeachment. If this was a fraud and a crime from the start the entire proceeding needs to be rejected by the Senate.

Rand Paul should get Mitch McConnell to go to court and have an injunction issued against the Senate trial proceedings. The entire process is a criminal act and needs to be stopped by a Constitutionally appropriate judicial court.

Roberts had to know that question was coming. Every question Roberts received, he would flip the card and immediately begin to read the question. When he got the question from
Paul, he stopped to read that one and denied it. Roberts has really disappointed.

If you recall, Roberts was first nominated by Bush to be a SC justice and then the Chief Justice died.....so Bush shuffled the deck and renominated Roberts to be the Chief Justice. We conservatives (at the time) were very happy about this. But I guess the evidence from Bush's appointment (later withdrawn) of Harriet Miers shows that W didn't put much personal thought into his nominations as PDJT does.

...and #8, that is why Roberts was chosen. A compromised man is easily controlled and the Deep State loves it.

Roberts is a demasculated male. Did you listen to his voice? It’s so sensitive. So soft and gentle.

#7- Based on limited viewing of the impeachment hoax these past two days, it appears the questions addressed to House Managers, by Democrat senators, could be have been drawn from a screenplay—a screenplay designed to permit House Managers time expound on their talking points, to provide the mainstream media with video clips to indoctrinate American voters and international viewers, and to showcase Adam Schiff. By “coincidence,” according to an article in “The New Yorker” (2018), “Schiff has been writing screenplays on the side for years, including a murder mystery, a post-Holocaust story, and a spy drama.” With the mainstream media censoring the presentations of President Trump’s superlative counsel, “deplorables” would be wise to put forth every effort possible to work on behalf of reelecting President Trump as well to keep President Trump, his family, and this country in daily prayers.

Chief Justice appears to be in the tank with the prosecution. Why else wouldn't he let this question be read and answered? Thank you Rand Paul for having the cajones to ask the question at the crux of this sham impeachment.

He knows that if he allowed that question to be asked that the Democrat Senators and congressmen would unfriend him on Facebook.

The answer to the question would have to be to take the 5th otherwise they would be admitting a crime or committing perjury that could be proved.
