We lived with Nanny Bloomberg, and while he continued some of Guilianni's good methodology, he also had a "I am CORRECT" attitude re: our lives. E.G. banning sodas, straws etc......better to have a hands off Guilianni than a Bloomberg who buys his way in and then acts like a Monarch.

Bloomberg wants to live in a country where rich people can buy the Presidency, and eliminate opposition? He would rather it be like that, instead of having a representative Republic, where the citizens have a voice and the right to choose their representatives? THAT is why people like Bloomberg and the democrats must be defeated at the ballot box- while we still have one!

If he wants to spend his money on a pointless and futile cause, have at it. I don't mind MB being a bit poorer. As impeachment falls on its face and collapses, the House dems and MB will go with it. No loss.

This genius needs to get out of the far left echo chamber of the northeast. He openly advocates removing Trump from office, gun control, and abortion. In most of flyover country those are losing issues, but he is deaf and blind to that. Oh well, so far he's spending his own money. Just keep him away from everybody else's.

In case there was ever any doubt, Bloomberg never intended to be a viable candidate for President. It has always been to take-down Trump, using his money, and a fake Presidential run to allow him to purchase the air-time necessary.

Somebody should ask him what he ever did for all the coal miners that lost their jobs thanks to him. The guy is a total fake whose jealous of Trump. He intends to shift his TV ads to impeachment? Of course! He had it planned all along. The guy is a cheap opportunist.

WaPo's Jennifer Rubin Says Bloomberg Could Help Dems by Spending $50,000,000 on Impeachment Ads 12 replies

The Washington Post’s “conservative blogger” Jennifer Rubin is at it again. This time she’s saying that liberal billionaire Michael Bloomberg could help Democrats by using his vast wealth to support impeaching President Donald Trump. The self-described “conservative blogger” wrote a fairly liberal op-ed Jan. 20 headlined, “Here’s how Bloomberg could help himself, Democrats and America.” The way to “help,” wrote Rubin, was for Bloomberg to: “Spend $50 million or so in the next week on impeachment ads” [emphasis added]. Strange, given that she wrote in January, 2019 (roughly one year ago), that such spending on impeachment ads was “financial wastefulness.”

Bloomberg told MSNBC’s Craig Melvin on NBC's Today Show on Jan. 20 that he was asked if he were Senator how would he vote. He responded, “I’d have to swallow two or three times, but I would say I would vote to impeach, vote to convict because there's just so much evidence that he acted inappropriately” [emphasis added].

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) said Jan. 16 that President Donald Trump broke the law when he withheld aid from Ukraine. The union for that “independent, nonpartisan” agency naturally supports Democrats. Just don’t expect the media to tell you about it. The GAO calls itself an “independent, nonpartisan” congressional agency. Liberal outlets, continuing the media-driven impeachment crusade, gave full credence to the GAO’s self-proclaimed “nonpartisan” status.

President Donald Trump’s economy continues to fly in the face of the liberal media and their recession hype. A new Jan. 17 report by CNBC showed that “U.S. homebuilding surged to a 13-year high [16.9%] in December as activity increased across the board” [emphasis added]. Housing starts spiked 16.9 percent to a “seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.608 million units last month, the highest level since 2006,” [emphasis added] noted CNBC. This follows a trend, as recent economic reports showed consumer confidence at the highest levels in nearly 20 years.

Consumer confidence is the highest its been in nearly 20 years. And yet, a recent MRC analysis showed that liberal media networks only gave President Donald Trump’s economy less than one percent coverage on their evening newscasts over a period of 100 days. Bloomberg News reported Jan. 16 that “U.S. consumer confidence advanced last week to the highest level in more than 19 years” [emphasis added]. Also, The Wall Street Journal reported on Jan. 14 that “A healthy U.S. economy pushed up profits at America’s biggest banks, allowing them to grow even though falling interest rates made lending less profitable.”

It’s no question MSNBC has been begging for President Donald Trump’s impeachment. So, how does MSNBC legal analyst Jill Wine-Banks handle the issue of impeachment? By giving money to a Democratic Party House member who would later vote for impeachment. FEC records revealed that MSNBC Legal Analyst Jill Wine-Banks gave $500 to Democratic Rep. Lauren Underwood (D-IL.) on May 13, 2019. Underwood voted for Trump’s impeachment in December, though she represents a district in Illinois that backed Trump in 2016.

Liberal billionaire and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg may have just one-upped fellow liberal billionaire Tom Steyer in anti-Trump spending by being willing to burn through an unheard-of amount of money to defeat President Donald Trump. The New York Times reported Jan. 11 that Bloomberg “did not rule out spending a billion dollars of his own money on the 2020 presidential race, even if he does not win the Democratic nomination” [emphasis added]. The Times noted that Bloomberg would mobilize his “well-financed political operation” to help rivals Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), “despite their sharp policy differences.”
