Final Days for Ilhan Omar?

Original Article

Don’t expect the national media to report this, but Representative Ilhan Omar is attracting more credible opponents than any sitting member of Congress. Like angry hornets, a swarm is gathering and buzzing around her. Her days as a Congresswoman may be numbered. It could be a finite number. She faces at least three opponents on the Democratic side. Splitting the opposition may actually help her survive the primary. The Squad, the fawning media and the Hollywood Left will rally around her. But, the primary fight will likely leave its mark going into the November general election.

If she gets indicted for a Federal felony and prosecuted, I don't see her hold her position very long. Re-election would not be in her cards.

She has been accused, but her Constituients in Brooklyn, of Grandstanding and chasing the TV Cameras and doing NOTHING for the Voters who put her in office. Setting aside her racist statements for a moment, the fact she has brazenly flaunted her promiscuity with an infidel in the national/international media should infuriate the muslim voters of her district. She makes a mockery of their religion by doing so, all while wearing the muslim head gear. She is a huge hypocrite, and if they hear mocking laughter from the rest of us, it is on them if they reelect her. It means that their belief system is less than worthless. Personally, I cannot take anything muslims say about anything, as long as they do not condemn her shameful personal behavior. That they do not indicates that their beliefs are worthless when the agenda is being served.

Late last week Virginia's Democrat Governor Ralph Northam signed an executive order declaring a state of emergency. He did so by claiming white supremacists would take over the annually scheduled Second Amendment lobbying day in Richmond.(Snip for tweets)Northam's friends in the leftist media, who happily brushed his blackface and KKK garb scandal off the airwaves last year, took the "white supremacist" narrative and ran with it. They warned of potential violence, clashes and targeting of minorities. None of that happened and their false narrative completely fell apart. It was a productive, peaceful day.

GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba — Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will appear in a Guantanamo Bay courtroom this week, more than 18 years after the 9/11 terrorist attacks he is alleged to have masterminded and a year before he will finally face a jury. In the nearly two decades since 19 al Qaeda terrorists crashed hijacked planes into the World Trade Center buildings, the side of the Pentagon, and a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, killing nearly 3,000 people, the five men believed to be responsible have yet to face a trial. The United States government alleges that the plotters carried out a criminal conspiracy in planning and executing

New York magazine’s Ed Kilgore recently offered up yours truly as a prototypical Trump supporter who has ignored the “key lesson from 2016.” Quoting an excerpt from an October article in which I suggested that impeachment enhances Trump’s 2020 prospects when combined with a strong economy and a weak Democratic challenger, he suggested that “triumphalist braying from Trump, his campaign, his party, and his media allies, will persuade some of his own voters that he’s already won, so it’s safe to spend Election Day in other pursuits.” Kilgore obviously believes that such complacency in the HRC camp caused Trump’s 2016 victory. LOS ANGELES – Disgraced attorney Michael Avenatti is accused of stealing money from dozens more clients than previously known, according to newly unsealed documents and recent interviews with Fox News. It’s alleged that Avenatti, currently behind bars awaiting trial in New York on unrelated charges, directed up to $1.3 million in settlement funds – intended for approximately 170 clients – to cover his own expenses. It’s the latest example of alleged malfeasance by the lawyer who was once a fixture on cable news and flirted with a presidential run. “We didn’t receive any of that,” Donald Albaugh, one of Avenatti’s clients, said by phone Monday.

In a newly released impeachment brief, Democratic House managers argue that President Trump must be removed "immediately" to protect the integrity of the current presidential race. "The Senate must use that remedy now to safeguard the 2020 U.S. election," the managers write. "The Senate should immediately remove President Trump from office to prevent further abuses," they continue. "He is an immediate threat to the nation and the rule of law. It is imperative that the Senate convict and remove him from office now." Democrats insist on Trump's immediate removal because, they argue, he was the knowing beneficiary of Russian help in the 2016 election,

There’s a joke from way back in the 1980s about how the major media would report the announcement that the world is going to end tomorrow. The Wall Street Journal’s headline would say, “World Ending Tomorrow; Markets to Close Early.” USA Today’s headline would say, “World Ending Tomorrow, but We’ll Grin and Bear It.” And the New York Times headline would say: “World Ending Tomorrow: Women and Minorities Hardest Hit.”(Snip for graphic)Meanwhile, the Times has announced its endorsement for president. In one of his last speeches before abdicating in 2013, Pope Benedict XVI decried the liberalism that had seeped into the Church after Vatican II. To this liberalism, he traced “so many problems, so much misery, in reality: seminaries closed, convents closed, the liturgy was trivialized.” But he then proceeded to hand the Church to the very liberals responsible for these problems and to a successor set upon liberalizing the Church even more. Not long after assuming power, Jorge Bergoglio took a veiled swipe at his predecessor. He told an interviewer that Vatican II had encouraged openness to “modern culture” but that “very little was done in that direction,”
