Despite widespread claims by elected Democrats that black Americans are being unprecedentedly discriminated against in polling stations, about 12-in-13 say they have never experienced voter suppression.
A new poll released by the Washington Post/Ipsos asked black Americans 18 and over whether they had ever experienced in the last ten years a situation where they “tried to vote in a local, state or national election and were not allowed to vote for some reason.”
In response, 92 percent of the black Americans polled — or 12-in-13 — said they have never experienced such a circumstance where they attempted to vote but were turned away.

And, the 13th person misunderstood the question, no surprise...there's always that ONE.

Perhaps that one in thirteen was turned away because his/her name was not on the voting rolls and he/she was trying to vote illegally.

When asked, the left never presents an actual person who had their vote suppressed. I beginning to think 'voter suppression' is a hoax!

All comes down to how we define a term doesn't it? Blacks who want to vote multiple times because the democrat is paying them to do so are going to claim suppression when they try the fraud on. That is where I think this is coming from, the media trying to float a now lead balloon to stir up trouble. Now we find that WI among others are refusing to clean up ineligible names off their voter rolls. Voting and clean voting at that is indeed a national security issue. That is why democrats are fighting to protect their supposed right to commit fraud.

Meanwhile, 2 out of 2 black presidential wannabes have been shunned by Democratic voters.

And "8 in 10 blacks believe Trump is racist" blares the headline on sfgate.... After almost 4 years of CONTINUAL beating of the racist-Trump drum, only 8 in 10 believe it? The droning of that message has been unrelenting.
In all candor, though, I might have done the same with the "crooked Hillary" thing if she had won 2016...

There is no voter suppression, except for maybe some black panthers outside polling places to scare people off...the real reason the democrats cry 'voter suppression' is so states will not pass voter id laws and they can get illegals to vote dem/liberal....

Suppression of the black vote is a talking point in the democrat/communist party. That's it, a talking point. All bullsh**. Never happened. They talk voter suppression as cover for what they do best. And what they do best is voter fraud. You see, its a con game. They scream voter suppression while at the same time THEY are stealing elections through voter fraud. Why do you thing they refuse to clean up voter data bases where the dead still exist along with those who moved out of state. You see, those are the names that appear on all of those absentee ballots. If you clean up and delete all of those names you make it harder for them to submit those fraudulent ballots. Get it.

I suspect that Black Panthers at polling stations suppressed more votes than anything else! Elderly people and women harmed most! Also, friction between the Black Panthers and Latinos probably kept some Latino away. Still waiting for the government to address that democrat crime.

Blacks, as a group, are more likely to change residences than other groups. That, alone, would account for some being struck from voter rolls, if the individuals did not complete change of address cards for voter registration.

Definition of terms is important. For example we heard about the lady who claimed "racially discrimination" because McDonalds was out of chicken nuggets.

Is it not fascinating that the poll only checked in with black voters? Why not sample white, Hispanic, Asian, rich, poor, GLBQ, etc. while you’re at it. It would be interesting, for example, if 2 of 13 whites had experienced difficulty getting a ballot, but it probably wouldn’t interest the Washington Post.

While we're on the subject, I thought I'd relate my experience in getting my new "Real ID" card (from a very blue state that pontifiicates endlessly about voter suppression). If you haven't heard about "Real ID" yet, it's an enhancement to your driver's license that you will HAVE to get by October 1 of this year or you will not be allowed to fly without it (or a passport).
Here's what you need to get it:
1) One official document that confirms proof of US citizenship (e.g., birth certificate, passport, etc.)
2) One legal name change document, if it has been changed (such as marriage license)
3) Proof of social security number (e.g., SS card, W2, pay stub)
4) 2 documents showing proof of residency (e.g., utility bills, bank statement, insurance policy)
5) Proof of written signature (e.g., driver's license, credit card, canceled check)
6) Gather up ALL the above, confirm they are consistent for name/address, confirm date recency for certain docs (last 90 days for some) and present them in person at authorized govt office (DMV, etc.)
So it took about 4 hours to gather up the docs, then TWO trips to DMV (the first one spotted a typo discrepancy on a utility bill, requiring me to go home and get another doc), and a 4-hour wait on the second trip. But then, SUCCESS!
So, you might think this is a diatribe against govt bureaucracy. Well, you'd be wrong. I think this is exactly what every American should be required to go through, not in order to fly on a commercial airline, but to VOTE in a national election. And if in fact that were the case, I submit it would finally and forever end (1) voter fraud, and (2) the Democrat Party.
I am so glad that my blue state has forced me to do this that I am going to start a campaign and movement in my state to thank the Democrat legislature and initiate a referendum to REQUIRE use of the "Real ID" for voting. If is necessary to fly, it shoukld be even more important and no more inconvenient to vote. I suggest everyone do the same in their state.

I got my Real ID just by showing my old CDL and my birth certificate. Oh, and of course, paying the fee.

On the other hand,.....How many "Black Americans have participated in massive voter fraud? How many white Americans have helped or encouraged massive voter fraud by whites AND black Americans?
