Meghan Markle has the full support of her mother Doria Ragland as she and Prince Harry quit as senior royals, while a friend of Markle's exclusively reveals that she has no 'intention' of ever returning to the UK to live. (Snip) But Meghan has the backing of her Los Angeles-based 63-year-old mother, who 'was really worried about Meghan... and is relieved that her daughter is putting her mental health and well being first,' the insider said.

The parallels between these two and the Duke of Windsor and Wallis Simpson are amazing. I imagine they will end up the same way, pathetic wannabes living off their tattered image and the charity of others. DofW mourning his lost life, Simpson still furious that she never became queen

Megxit should have turned down Prince Harry's marriage proposal. Joining the Royal Family means taking on responsibilities of . . . you guessed it . . . the Royal Family. Megxit knew her husband-to-be had an HRH in front of his name. She is an adult. She should have known better. Depressed, is she? A spoiled brat, more like.

I’m probably pretty cynical, old and tough, but being raised in modest circumstances and then through marriage becoming titled in the British empire would seem to me a glorious opportunity. ...Possibly worth being a little put out of one’s way occasionally. On the other hand, being raised as royalty and heaving a thousand years of history and family over the side to please one’s new, young wife seems a bit ...inexperienced. Two arcs of entitlement collide. Wonder how long until they see they’re their own problem...

She has no intention of ever returning to the live in the UK? Talks a good game, but doesn't deliver. That big mouth and chip on her shoulder make grandstanding easy for her, but then she cuts and runs, leaving her husband to sort out all the garbage left in her wake. How ironic she claims to be this strong "feminist," ready to take on the world, but she needs her stale, pale husband to constantly run interference for her and make her world right. A hypocrite of the very first order. Such a trashy person to use people, then discard them when she no longer needs them. How proud she and her racial shield, Doria, must be!

At the moment it is best for Queen Elizabeth to stay out of what Meghan tells Harry to do. Obviously they have no intentions, at least at the moment, of ever returning to live in the UK. That’s OK as Meghan and Harry have the human right to pursue their happiness wherever they wish. Once the British people digest the fact that Harry and Meghan have no intention of carrying out assigned Royal duties in accordance with UK Royal tradition on into the future, the British people will no longer financially support Harry and Meghan from Sovereign Grants (taxpayer funds). Then when the Queen passes away, Charles will become the King, and William will become the Prince of Wales controlling the purses of the Duchy of Cornwall where the remainder of Prince Harry’s current financial support comes from. On top of that Meghan’s reported nemesis Catherine will become the Princess of Wales, a big step up the Royal pecking order from being a duchess, so after that for Harry it will only be the pure symbolism in the U.K. Similar to what the the defunct Duke of Windsor and his duchess Wallace Simpson experienced during the years after he abandoned his Royal position and the U.K. Since the politicized progressive Democrat Meghan has let it be known that she will not return to the USA to live in the Hollywood-Los Angeles area and start a bus8ness until President Trump is out of office. It looks like the Meghan and Harry fiasco will not be of immediate concern to the USA for over 5 years yet.

What a train wreck Meghan is. Seems like she is upset that she isn't getting her way and treating her stint as a royal like a contract negotiation. She also seems to be playing on Harry's emotions over his mother's death and using her child as a bargaining chip. The royal family will be smart to dump her and cut her off as fast as they can. She is not going to get much sympathy from the public.

Meghan did not give birth to Archie; they used a surrogate. When she whined that no one asks her if she is OK she was channeling Diana who said the same thing in the interview she gave after the divorce. She was well aware of Harry's weak mental state when she married him and she knew how much he loved and depended on his mother so she cooked up a scheme to "mother smother" him and to separate him from his family as well as friends he had pre Meghan. She convinced him that she is the only one who loves (she doesn't) him and understands him. She is the only one on whom he can depend. I've heard that she had spent many hours studying Diana copying her dress, mannerisms and phrasing, Harry is actually a member of a cult; while the two of them are apart they should start deprogramming him. I think it will be awhile before she returns to the US and not because of Donald Trump but because the IRS will be one of her first visitors, I'm sure. In any case this marriage won't last too much longer before she starts looking around for #4. It should be soon, though since she is hardly a spring chicken being north of 40. Pretty soon she'll be too old to flog her mutton. That's a Brit phrase I heard used to describe her and it just tickles me, That mutton is quite close to being rancid.

Let us remember that this woman (twice married before) is not an ingenue (like Princess Diana, age 19). She is almost 40 years old---older than Harry. Life is hard for just about everyone I know. We all have serious crosses to bear, and those we keep to ourselves. It is unfortunate that Harry chose this woman to marry. She was unsuitable on many levels. He had the role of adding a bit of levity to the Royals. We would have enjoyed his marrying a suitable young bride, one who had less baggage. And we would have enjoyed seeing him raise a young family in the light-hearted way he would have. It's time he cut his losses. I find it telling that they appear to be getting most counsel and support from Winfrey and Obamas, all black. And they trip down to South Africa, where blacks are killing whites wholesale on the farms and remote areas and whites can no longer buy farmland. (Look it up-----the MSM is ignoring this travesty.) Do you think Harry might feel a bit out of place? Just wondering. And maybe by now he has seen her without her hair extensions (which look pretty ratty from time to time). Besides the rest of it, he may be feeling a bit of a culture shock himself. Marrying cross-culture is hard and should not be taken lightly. I really thought the marriage might last-----so many of you pegged its early demise from the start, however. I just thought she'd recognize what a deal she had and shoulder on. Too bad.

Chief Justice John Roberts’ expression was priceless after reading Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s garish question during the Senate impeachment trial Thursday night, a question which lacked any remote sense of self awareness. The inquiry facetiously read, “At a time when large majorities of Americans have lost faith in government, does the fact that the Chief Justice is presiding over an impeachment trial in which Republican senators have thus far refused to allow witnesses or evidence contribute to the loss of legitimacy of the chief justice, the Supreme Court, and the Constitution?” The purpose of the question was stunningly obvious.

The Super Bowl LIV halftime show in Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium saw pop megastar Jennifer Lopez, 50, swinging and hanging from a supersized stripper pole, a compilation of crotch-grabbing, and singer Shakira co-headlining. Shakira hit the stage first performing her list of hits — “She Wolf,” “Empire,” “Whenever, Wherever”– and even bust out a guitar, belted lyrics en español, and treated the 100 million worldwide viewers with a tongue wag in front of the camera. Beyonce, Jay-Z and their kid, Blue Ivy, chose not to stand up for the National Anthem at Super Bowl LIV ... even with Jay being a big partner of the league now. The Carters were sitting together a few rows back from the field, and they clearly didn't make an effort to get up during Demi Lovato's performance. A guy who appears to be a bodyguard of theirs was standing though, as was pretty much everyone else around them. DJ Khaled came by afterward and said hi to the fam ... then dabbed up the security guard. Everyone seemed to be in a pretty good mood,

Former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg has repeatedly said those who support President Donald Trump are racist. CNN's Jake Tapper on Sunday asked Buttigieg if he regretted making those comments. "Republicans have been seizing, including in a new Trump ad, a statement you made that 'Anyone who supported this president is, at best, looking the other way on racism.' You've also said that on my show," Tapper explained. "That's almost 63 million Americans who you're painting with a pretty broad brush. Do you regret saying that at all?" Buttigieg didn't hesitate before he responded.

The reason I asked Finnegan — grandfathers are always allowed to embarrass their granddaughters

Freshly made pasta is drying on the wooden bannisters lining the hall of a beautiful home in Denver, Colorado. Fox-hunting photos decorate the walls in a room full of books. A fire is burning. And downstairs, a group of liberal white women have gathered around a long wooden table to admit how racist they are. “Recently, I have been driving around, seeing a black person, and having an assumption that they are up to no good,” says Alison Gubser. “Immediately after I am like, that’s no good! This is a human, just doing their thing. Why do I think that?”

If Steve Bannon is correct (and I think he probably is), Michael Bloomberg has no intention of occupying the Oval Office; his real plan is far more devious and frightening. Bloomberg is investing a small fraction of his fortune (Bannon says it is now $70 billion) in a “leveraged buyout” of the party, installing himself as the oligarch who calls the shots, including the selection of the candidate to win the presidency. Forget the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on the “Mike will get it done” ads saturating the airwaves and the Super Bowl ad touting gun control.

Against the violent talk and now actual violence coming out of the Bernie Sanders campaign for president, Bernie's soaring in the polls anyway. He's doing so because unlike pretty much any Democrat except his probable nearest rival, Michael Bloomberg, he's actually talking about the economy, something TeamTrump has held a monopoly on. Problem is, he's promising economic paradise, a full creation of 20 million jobs. Via Nate Silver, here's one of his ads that ran in California: Sanders says he's going to create 20 million jobs? Through state intervention or socialist central planning, presumably? Better living through socialism? Give us a break. For starters, been there done that. Way back in 2008,

Scotland Yard officers guarding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's have said they are treated 'like skivvies' and forced to do 'menial tasks' like picking up takeaways and groceries, it has been claimed. Highly-trained protection staff have also allegedly been seen buying food from an organic delicatessen, a favourite of Meghan's, and picking up coffees from fast food outlet Tim Hortons. A team of 15 guards has been flown to guard the couple and their nine-month-old son Archie at their secluded Canadian bolthole, after they stood back from royal duties. The Duke and Duchess's security is estimated to cost taxpayers in Canada and the UK

President Trump went after “Mini Mike” Bloomberg in a series of tweets early Sunday morning and suggested the former New York mayor would need to stand on a box during a Democratic presidential debate.“Mini Mike is now negotiating both to get on the Democrat Primary debate stage, and to have the right to stand on boxes, or a lift, during the debates,” the president posted on his Twitter account in the last of three postings about 5-foot-8 Michael Bloomberg. “This is sometimes done, but really not fair!” Trump also took notice at the more than a quarter billion dollars that billionaire Bloomberg has spent on political advertising
