The nation’s top spy court appointed an Obama-era Justice Department official who has denied and downplayed FBI surveillance abuse to assess the FBI’s response to a scathing new report cataloguing problems with how the agency secured authority to spy on a Donald Trump campaign affiliate.
Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) presiding Judge James Boasberg appointed David Kris to review the FBI’s proposed changes to its surveillance application process even though he spent the past few years running interference for the FBI as substantive criticism of the agency mounted.Lengthy investigations in the House of Representatives and by the Department of Justice inspector general

Stinks to high heaven. Do they honestly think we’re that stupid? FBI motto: Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity. My advice, always question the authorities. Drain the swamp President Swamp. Lastly, thank you Molly Hemingway for reporting this travesty in justice!

This is hard proof that the only possible solution will be to dissolve the FISA courts, end the entire FISA process, and stop this whole corrupt, unconstitutional disaster. I think this means that the FBI is irrevocably tainted, too. I think we could go without the FBI going forward better than we can do with them.

I suspected that the FISA Courts were in on the scam long ago. And now it's being proven.

Where is the republican legislation to dissolve the FISA Court? Why hasn't that already been nationally proposed? Do it now. No point in waiting until they regain both houses. Float the idea now so people begin thinking in that direction. Another wasted opportunity. The answer is the GOPe has no intention of getting rid of the FISA Court. They won't and can't get rid of Obamacare, bring back the incandescent light bulb or the FISA court abuses. Heck, they can't even rid us of daylight savings.

Repeal FISA. Its invitation for corruption outweighs its benefits.

Yeah, where is Roberts and Barr and the chief justice. That is the $64 thousand dollar question.
I heard they are supervising the rewording of a paragraph in the FBI manual suggesting some changes. They added the words 'Some top FBI people did Something' and in a strongly worded letter to Wray said its better if FBI does not use text message to overturn and election.

The FISA Court must be trying to commit suicide. They are thinking that the leftist and liberal Democrats are going to win the November election and the corrupt collusion will go on, as clearly if President Trump and the Republicans win that secret court is going to be subject to some serious legislative based reform.

Face it, folks - - John Roberts is a Deep State Bushie.
Remember - - Bushie not only appointed Roberts - - he also tried to appoint Harriet Meyers - - another deep State Bushie - - before we erupted and forced him to appoint Alito.
And to think - - this forum was once swarming with Bushie lovers. My. my - - how times have changed.

More evidence that AG Barr needs to be replaced
He should ENSURE that the fbi abuses are cleaned up in a pristine way to ensure that we have only one set of laws for ALL citizens.

This person needs to be very neutral with NO bias to the subject matter. Dir Wray also needs to be replaced and possibly the entire fuse court judge set.

This tells me the FISA court was complicit with the FBI, DOJ, and CIA all along. There's nothing like putting a fox in a hen house so they can continue their spying for coup presidential purposes or on any citizen for that matter. Congress should get rid of it. If they don't, that's all you need to know about our nation's congress critters. Why doesn't Barr do a forensic audit of all congress critters to see how much money they've made from the spying racket.
