House Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) condemned Thursday’s U.S. airstrike killing top Iranian military leaders, calling it a dangerous, disproportionate response by President Donald Trump to this week’s attacks on a U.S. embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. The targeted airstrike killed powerful Iranian military commanders the Pentagon says were responsible for the deaths of hundreds of American and coalition service members - and were plotting more attacks, CNSNews.com reports: “Major-General Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force and considered

Anybody listening to Scmucky Schumer right? Trump needed to consult with Congress about attacking Iran's top general? Did Clinton consult Congress when he ordered the bombing of an aspirin factory?

The Iranian led attack on our Embassy is an act of war against American soil. We reacted appropriately against the Iranian led attackers.

Been pondering Pelosi's response for awhile now.
POTUS response to this was extremely successful and beneficial to both the US and the people of Iran.
What does Pelosi expect to gain from these statements? I suspect they will come back to bite her in the future.
Pelosi is just posing.

Trump knew darn well that this move might cause oil to spike and for the Stock Market to be affected. But he did it anyway. This means he puts the safety of Americans above the economy.

If Trump had consulted anyone, especially the Congress, the operation could never have happened, due to leaks. The people of Iran are cheering Trump for taking out this terrorist leader. Today, the Marines arrested another bad guy, Hadi al Amiri. More to come.

FTA: The targeted airstrike killed powerful Iranian military commanders the Pentagon says were responsible for the deaths of hundreds of American and coalition service members - and were plotting more attacks,
Would Nasty Pelosi explain what a “proportionate” response would be to this killer of at least 600 American soldiers in Iraq and thousands of Syrians opposed to Assad? A letter to Soleimani’s personnel file? Having this Iranian terrorist listen to Pelosi’s insane impeachment speech? Or another Obama style pallet of Euros and Swiss Francs to buy this killer’s kindness for a day or two? Just what is proportionate in eliminating a mass killer?

The LAST thing I ever want to hear in regards to dealing with my enemy is PROPORTION. I want an overwhelmingly DISPROPORTIONATE response to enemy aggression every time. I want them (and the entire world) to know that attacking Americans is not an option any sane leader or country would choose. John F’n Kerry should probably be at a black site getting waterboarded for his treasonous activity with Iran against the USA, but I’d prefer they used diesel. It’s not “waterboarding” if you use diesel.

The opposition to this clearly successful effort against our enemy Iran and Isis is a gift from God. It will clarify even more clearly the anti-American (thus anti-Trump) hysteria that is infecting the domestic left and of course send a clear message that Trump doesn't take s**t, pardon the vulgarity, from anyone. I trust the entire world is watching... China, North Korea, Russia, Venezuela... and others.

You have to think that the DNC had another money laundering operation going in Iran, just like they did in Ukraine. True justice will trace back all of this to the illegal fraud, the imposter BO and his puppet masters. IF the true depravity of the rat party was exposed, they would be hounded to the gates of hell and their media enablers would be right there with them.

Could it be if the Democrats are this upset about this general, and a few others in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard being killed, it must mean they were useful to the Democrats more than they were a problem for the world?

Disproportionate? No, very richly earned.
Disproportionate is some lying dingbat Speaker letting a crooked fool like Schifferbrains come up with totally fraudulent "impeachment" charges in a soviet-style kangaroo kourt system.

Pelosi and her muslim congress cohort are just beside themselves that they can no longer invite Soleimani to sit in a place of honor, as Obama had him in the Oval Office, during the upcoming State of the Union address.

The Iranians launched an attack on our embassy in Iraq. It wasn't a protest. The only reason we didn't have any casualties is because our soldiers successfully defended themselves and the civilians stationed there. Since when are Iranian generals allowed to operate in Iraq? It is clear that Iran is still in a state of war with Iraq and the United States.
Our response was justifiable. There was nothing 'provocative' about it.
The general and the others killed in the attack probably ordered the attack on our embassy. It was not disproportionate.
Pelosi doesn't have a leg to stand on.

They killed an American contractor and we killed 10 of the terrorists. They are right, it is disproportionate. We should have killed 100 terrorists. That would give them a lot more to think about.
