Biden says he’d consider nominating
Obama to the Supreme Court

Joe Biden said he would nominate Barack Obama to the Supreme Court if the former commander-in-chief was willing to do the job. The former vice president, who served two terms under Obama, was answering questions during a campaign event Saturday in Washington, Iowa when he was asked if he’d ever nominate the 44th president to the nation’s highest court. “If he’d take it, yes.” Biden said in response. The move, if Biden were elected as president in 2020, would make Obama the second president in American history to also serve as a Supreme Court justice.

A sage move considering Barry's status as a constitutional law professor, but it would never fly as homosexuals already are overrepresented on the bench.

There’s no question he’s quite the scholar- if not the smartest man in the world right next to him- and bi.den should release barry sueto’s (or whatever his alias) college transcripts to prove obumbum’s bona fides. In fact, if those transcripts were shown to the general public his appointment would be made by all U.S. noncitizens with one voice.

Couple of problems there, Quid Pro Joe. 1, That means he'd have to show up for work. There are 8 other justices who would notice pretty quick that Justice Barry wasn't at work most days. Justice RBG can get away with it because she's old, sick, and frail. 2. The Supreme Court has a tradition that the newest member must serve the coffee to the senior members of the Court during their deliberations. Can you see Emperor Obama the First doing something like that?
