(Tweet/Video) During an interview with the Des Moines Register on Friday, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden stated that if he was subpoenaed to testify at the Senate’s impeachment trial, he would not comply, and that if he testified it would create a “diversion” that would allow President Trump to “get away.” Biden explained that he wouldn’t testify “because it’s all designed to deal with Trump doing what he’s done his whole life, trying to take the focus off him. The issue is not what I did. Not a single person, not one single person, even that thug Giuliani and his [unintelligible] compatriots have said

Biden does not respect the constitutional authority of the US Senate he served so long. But it would be good to know how much moola Fertilization Wonder Hunter Biden made. He could become the most profitable sperm donor in the USA and admired by all.

Brilliant thought Joe, we all know what a quiet, shy and unassuming man President Trump is. Always hiding in the shadows and all that. You're a bought and paid for crook.

Here we go again; we have another presidential candidate indicating that he will break the law if he becomes president. So typical.
"says he wouldn't comply with a Senate subpoena in @realDonaldTrump's impeachment trial because it would create a narrative that would let the president "off the hook.""
Because he's guilty of doing what they accuse the President of doing. How do we know? Well, stupid Joe told us so, and we have it on tape. People who accuse PDT of quid pro quo were allegedly told by other people (hearsay) that he committed the "crime," while crazy Joe bragged to us out of his own garbage mouth (testified) that he committed the crime.
"Not a single person, not one single person, even that thug Giuliani and his [unintelligible] compatriots have said I did anything other than my job."
Again, no one has to say what you did, Joe. You freaking said it!
So whatcha gonna do when Barr comes for you?

#4, I would throw in that other impeachment article - abuse of power - too. Biden is a former VP and is using that powerful position as a means of skirting the law. Both of PDT’s “crimes” need to be shoved down Biden’s throat.

“...that thug Giuliani,” huh?
Politicians’ honoraria seem to be the appropriate way to address them in posts (‘President’ Obama, ‘Secretary’ Clinton, ‘Congressman’ West), but to discuss’Vice President’ Biden and his public statements and private actions makes me uncomfortable.
The lopsided grin, the jaunty, devil-may-care affect, the faux man-of -the-people shtick, the casual cruelties and gross inaccuracies, make me want a quick shower afterwards.

Why is McConnell letting the Trump impeachment scam to continue? Its a scam! its not a valid inquiry. End it.
As for Biden, go after him through the other investigations. Joe and his family are dirty. There are many other dirty politicians to go after as well. Don't let any of them slide. Also, people need to see how corrupt our government is. They should not be there, and ultimately, the final arbiter in all of this will be the American voter. The should be voting these people out.

If Biden has nothing to hide....and his good name is being dragged thru the mud...this would be the PERFECT opportunity for the Dems to finally get something on Trump. But of course, Joe does have something to hide, and every question about his involvement with the Ukraine and Burisma would have ol' Joe invoking the 5th Amendment, which is admitting/denying nothing. And a non-answer would be just as good as an admission of guilt in the public eye.

Why the announcement now, before any proceedings have started? Why not wait until he is summoned , if he is at all, so he doesn't implicate himself in obstruction.

Quid Pro Joe has it backwards. The impeachment farce is meant to distract from why he was made administration "point man" to corrupt countries where his idiot son could show-up and close lucrative business deals. We taxpayers were paying a large salary to Lurch Kerry to be Secretary of State, why wasn't he doing his job?

#6, you neglected the "/s" after your comment. :)
#30, the Democ'RATS don't have a 'best' candidate, or even a 'good' candidate.
All they have is a 'least bad' candidate, and as lousy as Quid-Pro-Joe is, the others are even worse.
I wonder if the 'Rats are planning a 'brokered' convention, with the HildeBeast riding in to the rescue at the last minute (the objective is to keep her hidden for as long as possible so more of the Lo-Fo's don't find out how sick and crooked she really is).
Whoever wins the Democ'RAT nomination, come November President Trump is going to beat them (as Joe Dan Gorman says over at IntellectualFroglegs, com) "like a Red-Headed, Rented Mule".

Hey Joe you and Hunter now have company. Say hi to Nancy and her son. There is now a video with Nancy and her son regarding his & her work in Ukraine and Nancy doing the Mula cha cha cha with Ukraine. I think we've uncovered a Soros engineered slush money for the left and man this is getting even bigger than any of us know. I thinks were headed for a serious confrontation that will require a serious response from the Republic. Here comes the Barr/Durham Express. The calls for resignation are flying and the typical progressive calls of racism. 2020 will be the year when the Democrat Party wears out it's welcome and those districts that provided a platform for these rats will have to answer for the crimes they allowed to be committed against there fellow citizens. Almost half the country condoned the lies and betrayal of the murderess Benghazi Hillary and the lies of there leader who will soon answer for the years of his sedition.
