On November 1oth we reported that since 2017 Matt Drudge and The Drudge Report has gone from staunch Trump supporter to Never-Trump. It’s obvious to everyone. Matt Drudge is pushing for President Trump to be removed from office in a Democrat coup. This makes no sense.Drudge was once well respected and it was an honor to have a link to the Drudge Report. Now the links only go to far-left anti-Trump corrupt publications. Jesse Watters aired a segment on The Drudge Report’s turn from pro-Trump to Trump-hater. His guest Howard Kurtz did not add anything to the conversation.

I am a proud contributor to that loss of traffic. Using the Bongino Report, instead.

I know libs who would check Drudge ten times a day, because unvarnished truth could be found there. That's brand strength.
Rumor has It others have purchased the DR, and that Matt has walked away. Whoever the purchaser is, earning money on their investment doesn't seem to be important to them.

Surprised Jesse had Kurz on. As OP stated Kurtz adds little to nothing to news. Howie's a lefty lib of the sneak sort.

I quit Drudge a long time ago. If he sold, he should have told us. Of course it could have been part of the seller's agreement to not speak of it, a NDA perhaps.

Count me in. I stopped my twice or more Drudge dip ins a few years ago, when the whole tenor of the platform seemed to change (and now I understand it was sold, simply keeping Drudge's name.) Now, with the prayerful and taken with great seriousness (did you see the Democrat watching golf on his computer during the hearing?) impeachment I just avoid it completely. It is amazing that platforms and magazines don't realize that there are a lot of us smelly WalMart people out there---why, for example, has "People" mag---or ANY mag---never had Melania Trump on the cover. That's another mag I now avoid.

They all went to the Bongino Report, Andy took their friend with them. The Sludge Report has jumped the shark. Too bad, he used to be the conservative leader now he’s sold out to the dark side. Explain yourself Matt!

I’m one reader that Drudge has lost in the past month. Don’t know why it took me so long!

I think he sold it to a left winger.. Or one article said he sold it to someone from the failed Weekly Standard. He is a real jerk for not telling anyone but I am sure that was part of the deal. Since he is the brand.

Even a stupid businessman who sees a 28% drop from a move he makes knows enough to reverse that move. Unless some big-pockets guy covers the loss for you to push an agenda, like the WaPo, the NYT, CNN and many others are doing.

If they continue down this road (which seems very likely) the remaining 72% isn't far behind. Its a shame. Drudge used to be a reliable go to place once.

Only 28%? I bet it's way more, I don't know anyone that hasn't bailed on Drudge, months ago. Bongino is great, straight news, no weird story links.

I stopped looking at Drudge about a year ago and now go to Rattingly. There are two reasons for leaving Drudge: his anti-Trump articles and the focus on weird news. It seemed like a tabloid. I don't miss that news site at all.

I used to hit Drudge at least once a day. Now I seldom look at it and even deleted it from my bookmarks, so I'm one of the 28% as well, although my visits started decreasing long before four months ago.

Glad to see Reply #1 by edgar. Same here, I took Drudge Report off of my bookmark list and in it's place added Bonginoreport. Happy, happy, happy, all the time now!

There are plenty of great conservative sites: the Bongino Report, the Gateway Pundit, Breitbart, Rantingly, PJ Media, the Western Journal... and Right Side Broadcasting lets you watch Trump's rallies... current and past. Drudge is over.

I had the Drudge report as my opening page on my computer. Not any more ! He got a lot of counts from it. No more!
Ranting is my replacement for Drudge as well as Lucianne.com, zero hedge, pjmedia, breitbart, News Ammo, What finger and liberty. There is a lot out there. I am using Facebook a lot less too.
I've quit buying my local paper too!

Matt Drudge no longer owns the Drudge Report. He must have relinquished the name to a leftist. If so, what a scumbag.

As further proof to Dan Bongino's success at day one startup, he told us he had to add more servers because the traffic to his site was so overwhelming.

I deleted Drudge when the site turn rancid. Replaced with Bongino Report and have not missed all the PC headlines. Prefer my news not be written by the DNC or NYC.
