Fox News contributor and podcaster Dan Bongino launched a news aggregation website on Wednesday designed to rival the Drudge Report. The Bongino Report comes as some Trump supporters have grown increasingly agitated with the direction of the Drudge Report, which has taken a noticeable turn against President Trump in recent months after being staunchly in the former real estate mogul's corner leading up to and after the 2016 presidential election. In promoting his new platform, Bongino accused Drudge of abandoning the conservative movement and added that he "never will."

Arizona and Montana are taking legal action (pdf) to block new Biden administration immigration regulations, saying that these would cause negative consequences for the states.
The new rules would limit the capability of ICE to detain some illegal immigrants unless they pose a threat to national security, entered through the border after Nov. 1, or committed aggravated felonies.

A senior-level law enforcement source in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told Breitbart Texas they received verbal orders from within the agency limiting their ability to speak freely about the growing crisis along the border.
