Florida Rep. Val Demings maintained that President Trump should be impeached even if the alleged quid pro quo with Ukraine never took place.Demings, a Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, was asked during an interview on This Week whether it was relevant to the impeachment proceedings that Trump’s request for an investigation into Joe Biden never came to fruition. Host Martha Raddatz noted that no investigation into the Bidens ever happened and Ukraine received its military aid anyway, but Demings maintained that it was irrelevant.“You’re going to make me go back to my law enforcement experience.

These d-Rats, constantly telling us no one is above the law, and in this instance, falling back on her law expierience, never worry about the laws that Hillary violated. They never worried about Obama , and it looks like they want to give Sleepy Joe a pass. How they can make these statements with a straight face is beyond me.

Our President is a smart, energetic problem solver who loves this country, and many people (people who didn't vote for him in 2016) are realizing this. The polls of minorities are not flukes. High crimes and misdemeanors be damned, THIS is why they want him gone and thrown into a deep, dark dungeon.

I’m certain she called for an investigation of gropy Joe demanding Ukraine fire the prosecutor looking into the company his son was on the board of, threatening to withhold aid until it happened, right? After all, she’s proudly experienced in law enforcement.

Guilty for not committing a crime?
Try taking that to the Supreme Court, please!
Democrats are irrational, delusional and consumed with hatred and contempt for President Trump and American citizens.
Can't wait for November 2020 to end this.

Please, please, please let the Demon-Rats keep showing their true colors like this!!!!!
They have been wanting to impeach their president, Donald Trump, since he announced he wanted to run. It doesn't matter that he hasn't broken any laws. They just know that they know better than the ignorant peasants that elected President Trump!!!!!
If this isn't a pure example of a coup, then I don't know what is!!!!!

FTA: “You’re going to make me go back to my law enforcement experience. I had an opportunity in 27 years to deal with a lot of people who attempted to rob a bank, attempted to burglarize a house, attempted to carjack an individual,” Demings said. “We didn’t say, ‘Well, since you weren’t successful, we caught you, you weren’t successful so let’s just let you go and forget it.”
But how many did you prosecute for having a conversation about a car jacking where no other act was ever performed? Especially where car jacking was not discussed in the conversation, just cars.
Something tells me she didn’t get into much detail in her prosecutorial career.

"Attempted" still means attempted. There would have to be clear evidence that Trump believed he was committing a crime when he talked with Zelensky about coordinating an investigation into Ukrainian corruption with his Attorney General. I know they have a low opinion of Trump but he's not likely to try to include the AG in his criminal plot since the AG would then be an accomplice. The underlying fallacy is that it is somehow improper to request an investigation of one's political opponent. The exception is when you have received credible evidence that your political opponent has committed a serious crime in the past. Selling the office of the VP to a Ukrainian oligarch's company is about as serious as it comes.
The so-called impeachment inquiry will eventually be exposed for what it actually was, a panic induced coverup of actual crimes that involving many people in the pay-for-play Clinton State Department that were corrupted by Ukrainian money. This conspiracy pulled off its greatest crime with the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor to protect Binden's Burisma protection racket.

No surprise as the Democrat socialists would impeach President Trump for wearing the wrong color necktie and have made that clear since Trump was elected. It’s all political and gives the 24/7 media what they want, something to talk about.

And that is where he stays. Mueller? nothing.
Taxes? nothing
Bribery? nothing
20 or 30 other claims? nothing
But the Dems will keep trying. Impeach 45.

Here we go again to the EXTREME--
As El Rushbo has taught us..."It's not the evidence against us that matters, only the seriousness of the charge".
So ANYTHING someone says against us is cause enough.....REGARDLESS if it is true or not---
Political bullying alone based on unsubstantiated fabrications is enough to bring down a President-- yeah, right!

Excuse me, demo-dummies, but performing a quid pro quo like you are claiming happened, isn't a crime. Part of a President's responsibilities to make sure (per treaty) that our aid to a country isn't being used to further corruption. So pound sand you anti-American scum.
And for the obtuse and dumb, you perform a quid pro quo every time you purchase food, fuel, electricity, internet service, etc.

Someone needs to explain to this ‘law expert’ that even if there were a quid pro quo, and there wasn’t, it would be neither illegal or impeachable. Stop repeating this lie and if you are that stupid please resign.

Even if he had managed to leverage the Ukrainians into conducting various investigations, you would have to argue that this did not promote an American interest for it to be remotely impeachable. given that i've heard nothing for three years but that the interference by foreigners in our elections is the seminal issue of our time, that's kind of hard to argue.

As the former Orlando PD Chief of Police, dear Val should know the law. Didn't she take an oath of office to uphold the Constitution? She was more than likely an Affirmative Action hire.
