CNN’s pre-Thanksgiving civility lesson:
Trump defenders ‘Should Be
Laughed at, Ridiculed, and Scorned’

Original Article

When you consider the vast number of people forced to watch CNN as they waited at their gates for delayed airline flights on the busiest travel day of the year, one marked by weather delays in most of the country, this call for harsh derision could affect a lot of Thanksgiving dinners today. Ridicule and scorn do not fit well with the theme of giving thanks for the blessings we receive as Americans, but then again, CNN, in the ratings tank and discredited for its repeated fake news incidents, has less to be thankful for than most Americans, enjoying higher incomes and lower taxes.

Just to remind us that some of us can be rude and ignorant on one of America's favorite holidays. As my mother in law used to say some folks can pi$$$$$$ on their own parade. What a gaggle of brainless wonders. If it weren't for Lucianne I wouldn't even know they existed and according to their non existent ratings I guess I am not alone. Someone needs to tell them that we do not have thought crimes in this country at least not yet since they and their cohorts are not in power. One more thing to be grateful for this holiday.

I fly a lot for my business and I can tell you that no one is watching CNN in airports. Everyone is engrossed in their phones, tablets, iPods and laptops. Or they are sleeping. A lot of gates have desks where you can plug in and sit on a stool and a lot more have electrical outlets under each seat. I’ve also noticed lately that the sound is muted on many of the televisions so all one can do is read the chyrons. Trump supporters will be laughing, ridiculing and scorning demonrats like crazy next November.

Just when I thought that CNN's hate could not get any lower they have taken even lower! Thanksgiving is a non-political time for friends and family to gather together to have a good time and a good meal and reflect on their good fortune. We do not need to turn it into a time of harsh derision, ridicule and scorn for anybody that does not believe the CNN/Democrat/Progressive propaganda.

Cable-only channels are not subject to FCC licensing or oversight. It's why more 'mature' movies can be shown on cable/satellite. Probably a good thing or all we'd get is 'family' viewing. CNN will lead to its own demise.

In a few hours I will have a house full of people of all political leanings and several different religions. If things go like previous years, nobody will bring up politics. We will instead discuss important things like kids, work, and local events. Why take a joyous time and make it stressful and contentious? That's pretty low rent behavior.

Gleeful giddiness based on a "New York Times article." Talk about stupid: making a fool of yourself based on a known inaccurate, extremely biased source. These three losers have no clue they are citing a source with little to no credibility. No need to fact-check these NYT boys: they are right at least 5% of the time, so, hey, let's run with it because it makes us feel so good and validates our TDS! Where are the CNN and NYT stockholders? If I were dumb enough to own a piece of either of these garbage organizations, I would be demanding a refund.

It's simple manners although most leftists can't help themselves. They will use any event as a soapbox to berate those who don't agree with them.

Next year’s Tokyo Summer Olympics may spell the swift death of the transgender movement as a dominant politically-correct touchstone. Biological men, self-identifying as women, are poised to make a clean sweep of the Women’s Olympics, triggering a very public debate on this third-rail subject. That firestorm, pitting pro-women feminists against extreme pro-transgender progressives, will begin July 24th, just as the Presidential sweepstakes moves into its sprint to the finish line. The International Olympic Committee -- the IOC -- recently admitted they couldn’t come up with fair guidelines governing how and when transgender women can compete as women

Last night's Democratic presidential debate featured a slew of predictable boilerplate from the candidates advocating for abortion. First, Sen. Amy Klobuchar got asked about it, and she stated the usual stuff, and then Sen. Elizabeth Warren got asked a slightly different question by MSNBC host Rachel Maddow about whether there was any room left in the Democratic party for a pro-life Democrat, such as Louisiana's governor John Bel Edwards. Warren was evasive, failing to answer the question directly, but she made it pretty clear there was no room. (snip) Bel Edwards belies that because the likely game changer for Bel Edwards is that he was pro-life.

Watching Schiff's trumped up inquiry about nothing but a phone call, the transcript of which has been available to the public for many weeks, is like watching The Caine Mutiny (1954) without the drama. The film is about a naval captain whose first officer relieves him of his command when the man demonstrates obvious signs of mental instability. All that is missing from Schiff's on-air mental collapse are the little steel balls that Humphrey Bogart as Captain Queeg fiddled with while on the stand at the court-martial of the mutineers. Queeg was obsessed with missing strawberries. Schiff's impending mental breakdown is demonstrably more obvious, less subtle than Queeg's.

Until a month or so ago, virtually no one outside of the seven circles of hell that is the State Department had heard of Marie Yovanovitch. Even the intrepid John Solomon had not heard of her until March of this year. He had interviewed Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko who told him that Yovanovitch gave him a "do not prosecute" list the first time he met with her. He was angered by her list which he justifiably saw it as interference in Ukraine's government. He felt she was meddling in their anti-corruption investigations by telling him who should not be investigated.

On Thursday night, the underdog Cleveland Browns met the Pittsburgh Steelers. And the Browns showed up, beating the Steelers 21-7 in a pretty decisive victory. That wouldn’t be big news, normally. But at the end of the game, Browns defensive end Myles Garrett got into an altercation unlike anything I’ve ever seen in my decades of watching football. (snip) Where this became far different and more dangerous than your typical football scuffle is that, during the entanglement, Myles Garrett actually reared back and attempted to windmill-tomahawk slam the helmet he was holding on top of Mason Rudolph’s exposed skull with furious gusto.

The day has finally arrived when our online media monopolies are blatantly censoring the news that Americans can see. Chrissy Clark writes at The Federalist: Facebook and YouTube are removing all content from their platforms that mentions the anti-Trump whistleblower’s name, whom news outlets including RealClearInvestigations have publicly identified as CIA analyst Eric Ciaramella. (snip) History has seen similar efforts to pretend in the media that persons inconvenient to the powerful don’t exist. When Stalin purged people he feared might become rivals, he had them airbrushed out of photos standing next to him.

As Rep. Adam Schiff’s “sentence first, trial later” show trial of President Donald J. Trump reaches a so-called public hearing phase, we find the weaver of fables dictating what witnesses the GOP will be permitted to call based on a set of three qualifying question they must answer in advance. These questions ask, essentially, if the witnesses believe President Trump is guilty of pressuring Ukraine to dig up dirt on the Bidens in exchange for military aid. The GOP, it seems, will not be allowed to call witnesses who have testimony or evidence to the contrary, that there was no pressure and no quid pro quo.
