The "Right" to Remain Silent about Your HIV Status

Original Article

Posted By: zephyrgirl, 11/25/2019 10:00:00 AM

Call me old-fashioned, but I think that people who have unprotected sex with others without informing them that they’re HIV-positive are downright rude. Mind you, I’m not saying that Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg is HIV-positive, but he is married to a dude and over his long and fruitful life of being an impenitent homo has likely spent hundreds of hours in dark and musty rooms in close proximity to the virus that causes AIDS.

Comments:

Goad cites numerous cases of people intentionally infecting sex partners with HIV. Scary stuff.

We didn't really expect that the left's disregard for the sanctity of human life would stop at the embryo stage now did we? Woke before life.

I am so glad he wrote this article. The world is so upside down. People get the vapors if they smell cigarette smoke. The largest WHO study published in 1993, everywhere except America, proved that there is no danger from SHS, but we do have an agenda to promote so shut up. His analogy about drunken drivers was perfect. Here in MN is is a felony to drive 20 miles over the speed limit--which is really hard not to do in come cases and completely harmless. But to intentionally infect someone with a potentially life ending virus is a misdemeanor? Upside down.

We know from many studies that homosexuals as a group are the most promiscuous group on the planet so any STD could be rampant in that group.

A federal law, signed by Bill Clinton, was pushed through the House and Senate by lobbyists paid by Planned Parenthood AND the Homosexuals. The law makes sure that people with AIDS are not identified. The law also assists Planned Parenthood in hiding abortions from parents of teen girls. The law is called HIPPA. I sounds like privacy, but we had privacy before HIPPA. The law allows you to get AIDS; it allows your teen daughter to hider her medical records from you; it makes it difficult for terminal patients to receive Last Rites. It is a bad law passed by the kind of people that Epstein would take to his island. Get rid of it.

Rude is the completely wrong word. How about homicide or assault by lethal weapon? The time for privacy for HIV patients is gone. Society has the right to protect themselves from the maggots who deliberately infect others out of a sense of rage at catching this disease themselves. But then this is a lifestyle disease for the most part. The only true victims are the spouses who aren't told beforehand, the babies who are born with it, and the patients who wound up with HIV contaminated blood products. The reality of how some of the members of the gay community are known as bug chasers still baffles me. I am sorry to sound harsh, but this is a disease that is brought on by lifestyle choices, and not something that you can't avoid like getting cancer.

I truly believe a disease, HIV, must be fully acknowledged to anyone and everyone your are planning to have sexual relationships with. Remember decades ago QUARANTINE signs were posted on homes for other diseases? Political correctness has gone too far. Also, remember Polio in the 50's?

When Dirty Donna Shalala went through her confirmation hearing in 1993 for the position of HHS Secretary for Dollar Bill Clinton, she stated that AIDS was going to kill everyone, regardless of 'sexual preference.' (That was an important political position for leftists, because they believed AIDS would not be researched properly if it was existing only in the male homosexual community.)

Mike Bloomberg is considering making Hillary Clinton his running mate, a source close to his campaign has told Drudge Report. Polling found the Bloomberg-Clinton combination would be a formidable force to take on Trump in the race for the White House, the source said. Former New York City Mayor and Democratic candidate Bloomberg is said to be considering even changing his official residence from New York to Colorado or Florida - where he also has homes - because the electoral college makes it difficult for US president and vice-president to reside in the same state.
Brexit: Nigel Farage takes Britain out

Brexit goes through today, and Britain is finally independent, free from the clutches of the European Union. It's a great event regardless of how it happens, but in this case, it was cool beyond description. It all ended with a pretty amazing flourish, one that told us a lot about both the European Commission and newly sovereign Britain itself. Chief Brexiteer Nigel Farage made his last speech before the European Commission, which was a great scolding and call to shut down the whole operation altogether, which was subversive enough. But he drove it even further.

What an explosive week this has been in the aftermath of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s bombshell announcement that they wish to ‘step back’ as senior royals. I share much of the anger, frustration and sorrow of the British public at their decision, which has been much-discussed over the past few days.  But there is one aspect of this drama that concerns and saddens me: the behaviour of Prince Harry, and what appears to be him turning his back on the Royal Family.  This is so out of character, and — as his biographer who knows him better than many — I fear something is seriously amiss.

Carlson said she felt like she secured a victory when the network allowed her to speak about harassment generally.

Given today’s downward cultural spiral, it’s disturbing but not surprising that the makers of a thoughtful new documentary about Jordan Peterson are having a hard time finding somewhere to show their film. Many mainstream and independent cinemas have refused to screen it because they’re “fearful of controversy” or “morally concerned.” One theater in Toronto cancelled a week-long showing after some of the staff “took issue with it.” A theater in Brooklyn cancelled a second screening, despite the fact that the first sold out and received good reviews, “because some staff were offended . . . and felt uncomfortable.”

Now that as many as six serious Democratic candidates remain in the race, pundits increasingly believe the party is headed for a brokered convention. Hold on to your hats if that happens, because it’s even more complicated than it sounds. Presidential nominating conventions used to be “brokered” because the delegates were largely appointed by — and loyal to — political bosses. Delegates voted on multiple ballots as rivals vied for the bosses’ favor, making the quadrennial events the political equivalent of reality television. You could never be sure which governor or senator would be voted off the island and which would become the ultimate survivor.

New findings strongly suggest that, thanks in part to left-wing Judge Amy Berman Jackson, convicted former Trump campaign official and longtime political consultant Roger Stone’s guilt wasn’t determined last year by an unbiased jury but rather by one stocked with partisan left-wing operatives.
