Democratic presidential candidate Deval Patrick was forced to cancel a campaign event Wednesday night after only two people showed up.
Patrick, who entered the primary field too late to qualify for the MSNBC debate in Atlanta, was scheduled to speak across town at a campaign event at Morehouse College, a historically black university. He cancelled the event after only two students showed up, according to CNN reporter Annie Grayer.
"Governor @DevalPatrick was supposed to have an event at Morehouse College tonight," Grayer reported. "An organizer with the college who planned the event told CNN that Patrick cancelled the event when he arrived and learned that he would

Wonderful! This guy is off to a great start; let’s keep the momentum going! What’s a little set-back, anyway? He coulda set those two on fire and create an unstoppable movement all the way to the White House!

Governor Jimmy Carter spoke at my university in August, 1974. I did not attend his presentation, but 4 or 5 other students did. He spent an hour with them, recruited them to work on his upcoming presidential campaign. (Each received a letter from him, along with his trademark golden peanut pendant.)
Dollar Bill Clinton, according to one of his secret service guys who took a graduate class from me, said that Clinton, when he was campaigning, would land at a small town airport in the middle of the night, and would go around to meet every airport worker.
Deval has that Massachusetts haughtiness, which doesn't sell well. Cherokee Lizzie hides it as much as possible, but it is still there.

FTA: ''He cancelled the event after only two students showed up, according to CNN reporter Annie Grayer.''
CNN reported this? I'm surprised they didn't say there were thousands trying to get in but were stopped by Russian thugs sent by President Trump on orders from Putin. THAT's more like CNN's BS.

Deval who? Headline: The second coming of 'Smidgen Obama' is a flop. Deval was suppose to be the secret weapon that would slay President Trump. The burning question, what happened?

C'mon Deval. Start small and build up - 2 at this event; 4 next week at that event; 6 the following week; 8 the event after that, etc. Just think, after 20 events you'll have have around 40 people show up. You Can Do This !!!

Deval Patrick is Barack Obama’s candidate, so nobody showing up for his scheduled event in Atlanta, an African-American City should tell you something. Just maybe, a lot of American-Americans are very happy with the Trump economy that has put everyone, including minorities of all colors and ethnicities in jobs, in times where anyone legitimately looking for a job can easily get one, rather than back during the Obama era where African-Americans were offered “hope”, now recognizing that a bucket of Obama’s “hope” will not even buy anyone a chicken sandwich.

I mentioned last week when he suddenly announced his 'candidacy' no doubt after a call from the Chicago punk that within a week he will withdraw altogether. The community thug still thinks he 'de one' as Winfrey labeled him that when he snaps his fingers others will do his bidding. In this instance the undereducated putz thought all his pathetic voters will go for this unknown corrupt creep!?!?! Kenyan born stick to your crass corrupt money grubbing schedule! Looks much better on you than talking with adults!

With Bloomberg and Patrick both beating PDT in the hypothetical election by 6 points, according to the LSM, maybe they should team up. It would be a blowout.

Just like his buddy obama after the bloom was off his rose. Somebody tell Deval he needs buses and ten dollar bills. Lots of them.

Most presidential hopefuls would do this testing of the waters long before they actually declared themselves as a candidate. He's doing it backward. Even Hillary knew enough to conduct one of those fake "Listening Tours" to gauge the interest of voters.
