In a recent poll by YouGov and the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, 70 percent of millennial Americans (23 to 38 years old) are likely to vote socialist, and 36 percent have a favorable view of communism. In a 2018 YouGov poll, millennials are almost four times as likely as those Americans older than 54 to say they are not proud to be an American and almost three times as likely to disagree with the statement that “America is the greatest country in the world.”
These generational differences are stark and disturbing for the future of America. They are not surprising, however, given that our education system emphasizes

Government schools teach love of government--and oppression.

The education industry in America has one major flaw that causes the misconceptions of most of its participants, they are all detached from reality. Living in a dream world where everything is true because you say it is, without the corrective touch of daily life, plus the overinflated incomes provided by a carefully nurtured closed system drives them further away from a normal earthly life and convinces them that they are always right and the rest of us are hopelessly stupid, knuckle-dragging peasants who just don't get it. The glut of money is a factor that encourages their condescending behavior and they have no problem charging the average student the price of a house to sit in a classroom and innocently absorb their increasingly fantastic nonsense. What other industry can finance football teams, summer trips to foreign locales in the name of science, study of the weather which has already been studied to death, support for failed ideologies, sexually deviant behavior and the publication of whatever it takes to legitimize their vast "knowledge?" Hatred of the very country that allows their existence is the final stick in the eye of America.
Back when professors wore jackets with patched elbows and drove Volkskwagens they were not rich but had some measure of respect. No more. Money and self-serving lies and perversions have corrupted the entire system.

All teachers should be required to live and work in a communist nation for at least 6 months prior to receiving their certification.

Parents who make the sacrifices to home school their children, or send their kids to private schools, will be doing the best thing they will ever do for those children. They will become the future leaders and successful citizens, while the government-educated people will still be looking for ''safe spaces'' and reasons to be offended.
Those government-educated people won't be able to hold a job because they can't adapt to the demands of the work place. They have no concept of legitimate authority, feeling like they shouldn't have to do anything they don't like. Nor will they be able to take constructive criticism, or accept blame for mistakes. They will forever be victims and live angry, unhappy lives. We see that happening now among certain groups, and especially college students.

Also contributing to the self-loathing is a lack of quality parenting at home. Kids get home from their indoctrination centers and play video games. Parent (s) get home after hard day at work and throw a dinner together. Kids and parent (s) play video games or texting at the dinner table. Kids forced to put down their Ipads and do homework. Parent (s) texting their friends to complain about their bosses and a lousy day. Kids forced to take baths, then go to bed as long as can play video games a while longer. Parent (s) clean kitchen, get clothes ready for the next day, take shower, and lights out. Next day, same o, same o.

I think young teachers are homogenized by the colleges of education. As in the journalism schools, they are subjected to groupthink and quickly adapt to it and adopt it. At the college level I am struck by the degree to which so many members of the professoriate are misfits. Being a misfit can lead to great accomplishment but it can also lead to resentment. The bottom line is that many of them are unloved and unloveable and embrace political causes in order to belong to something and to interact with like-minded people. That seems harsh and over-simple, but if you look at the people, up close and personal, you realize that it is often the case. It is also the reason for the university nanny state and for the constant get-togethers and constant awards. University life IS their life. The GI Bill generation was quite different (and the education was much better).

I am so thankful that when I went to college in the '70s that my professors were all WWII vets or of that era. The stinking communists were still in the graduate school phase of their "education". I fear for what my grandchildren are learning in public school. Our son tells us that its the "best district" and he's active in the PTA, but I take little comfort when I see the results of modern education "theory" all around me.
#2 made me laugh. My philosophy 101 professor wore a patched tweed jacket and drove a Volkswagen.

I had a dream to use the GI bill after serving this great nation for 4 years.
Got my AA my BA
Got a 2 year post graduate MS degree
Got my teaching credential
Got my counseling credential
Worked toward a doctorate degree
Taught and Counseled for many years
Constant stress and agitation from the puke lefties, socialists, dark racists, and borderline commies.
They didn’t like my flag
They were impervious to veterans
They resented strong men
They didn’t like my patriotism
There were very FEW men like me
I often felt so stressed working with so many misguided clown hippie types
But I endured..not so much for me
But for the students!
My evaluations were heart-warming
“You taught me how to learn”
“You’re the best counselor!”
“What a great teacher”
And that’s what kept me going...
Not the idiots I had to work with..
I was there for the students and gave them 1000% of my time, effort, and experience.
But I would NEVER do it again!
Today’s indoctrination centers should all be imploded! And only veterans and conservatives should EVER be allowed to work in public schools..
Many of you know exactly what I’m saying.
I could tell you some stories, some real doozies!
Veterans for Trump 2020
Make schools great again!
