Democrats and their media propaganda arm have been telling us since President Trump took office that “The walls are closing in.” First it was the Mueller investigation, then every fake news story from the media, from Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen being in Prague to Don Jr. calling his father about the Trump Tower entrapment meeting with some Russians.
Every “bombshell” revelation about Stormy Daniels or Omarosa meant that “the walls are closing in.” (snip) Instead it’s officials in the Obama administration, up to and including President Obama himself, who notice the size of their rooms beginning to shrink.

Hey Charlie Brown, here comes Lucy. What do you think she's carrying under her arm? Is that a football?

I don’t understand the delay. While we are witnessing the democrats do mortal damage to the Republic with this travesty of justice, you would think that Barr understands that letting this play out is not good for the country. I realize that the IG report and Durham’s work will not stop them, but it would do a lot to make Americans who are not fully engaged in this, to wake up and take notice that the crimes committed are not by the Trump administration but by the Obama administration. Allowing the dems to march further down this road and pile lie upon lie about the President accomplishes nothing good for the country. My fear is that the IG Report will be a dud and as usual the Deep State will prevail regardless of what Durham has uncovered. The dems will convict the President on innuendo and lies while Barr and Durham are busy putting together perfection. While I admit that patience is not my strong suit, the damage being done by the media and the lawless dems while we are waiting for the good guys to get their ducks in a row is maddening. Time is of the essence or too much damage will be done. Boys, the Republic is hanging by a thread. Best to get things moving before it’s too late. And I am just cynical enough to wonder if this is not their plan.

The only wall that is closing in is on the southern border. Hope that speeds along as quickly as possible.

Speaking of walls - eventually, when these idiots are able to convince the nonAmericans to put a dim in the oval office again - it will happen - do they get to take down the wall?

What made me nervous was AG Barr's interview on Fox News the other day. The fact that he consented to do an interview of any kind means he has nothing and/or does not plan to indict?

I watched the OJ Bronco chase from a BOQ room in Hawaii. When OJ was indicted and the trial was to be held in LA, I bet a squadron pal a pitcher of margaritas that OJ would be acquitted. No way would a Los Angeles jury convict him of murder regardless of the evidence. Yum, margaritas, chips and salsa too.
Remember how you felt BEFORE the OJ verdict? Super confident there was no way he would be acquitted, no freaking way. Remember how you felt after the verdict? Well, get ready kids. You are about to have yet another after-OJ gut punch and shock, especially when Sullivan upholds Flynn's sentence in a few days inn spite of all the Hannity pillow sales. With apologies to Ron White, you can't fix United States government corruption. You're about to find out those walls have already collapsed around the Constitution.

I sure hope the walls are closing in!
I've been alive 62 years. For over 50 years, I've paid attention to politics. I've been aware of politics since my Dad told my mom, upset over the JFK assassination, to keep quiet, because the civil unrest that would happen might give the Russians the idea they could attack us while we were distracted. They both believed Johnson killed JFK because his donors wanted Vietnam, and JFK was dropping him as VP in the next election. Later, when MLK was assassinated, during Johnson's Administration, I started actually paying attention.
I have watched Democrats promise the moon and then fail to deliver anything. They betrayed Vietnam, leaving them defenseless to the Communists. I noticed when the 'most trusted man in America' lied about the Tet Offensive. I noticed when the Democrats canceled Apollo, to divert the cash toward graft and voter fraud. Year after year, I watched Democrats betray America again and again. And I became aware of so-called Republicans, helping them.
And I started researching who was responsible for every reprehensible action, the American government took. If you look deep, behind every 'atrocity' they whine about today to their little cliches of special interests, their predecessors lurked.
It is dumbfounding. Jefferson went, in my mind from a giant of the founding, to a petty, wordy little man, in love with his 'Eliteness', when I found he'd hired someone to dig up, or manufacture dirt on his political opponents. The Golden Circle, the Civil War, Jim Crow, the Indian Reservations and relocations, the Income Tax, Welfare as we know it, stolen Social Security, endless deficits...
I'm past sick of them. I'll admit to the world; I want the Democrats punished for a change, and not 'just' at the election box.

This is so, so long overdue. I'm still waiting to see them charged, tried and convicted.

All I know for sure is - my popcorn is getting cold. If justice is not finally served, the American People will have the final say. Pelosi and her House had better start packing and making reservations for parts unknown. Hillary and Barack can not build walls around their estates high enough.

Barr gave an interview after the law enforcement thing in Chicago. He was very calm, saying Durham was in charge of everything, and a fine man, a Democrat, so impartial. The Huber charade has been completely dropped. Now Barr is saying he is doing nothing--now Durham. Graham no longer says he is going to get to the bottom of things, that charade dropped--now says Horowitz and Durham are going to do it. Most of the crimes are outside the scope of Horowitz, so he will say he did not look into that. We will never hear anything from Durham, as he is investigating, grand jury and all. People are tired of this, and want this finished---but I don't see any results.
