Pat Cipollone, Trump's lawyer, to Dems: Drop Dead!

Original Article

No wonder many Capitol Hill Republicans hate President Donald Trump. He’s not your typical Republican. That’s to say, he doesn’t roll over and play dead when Democrats and their hip-pocket pals in the fake-news media come after him. In fact, he relishes a good fight. One where he gives better than he gets. And so does his legal team. In fact, Trump’s lawyer, White House counsel, Pat Cipollone, has essentially told the Democrats’ Impeachment Partygoers to drop dead. Meanwhile, heedless Congressional Democrats continue to gear up for pointless impeachment inquiries.

Cipollone's letter is marvelous. Worth reading the 8 pages.

Notice the Dems are failing to really "go to the Supreme Court," over this? They know they are all bluster. Their act is for public consumption only. They hope to affect the election by slandering the president. Just like David Brooks' imaginary interview with a fictitious Fly Over Man, these Dems have no idea what makes a Trump supporter tick. And also why so many of their "own" are leaving the gay, the black, the women's, the Jewish, the Hispanic "plantations" to begin supporting Trump lately.

They can't really impeach him because that would mean he gets to defend himself and meet his accuser face-to-face. So where do the Dems go from here? More 'whistleblowers' won't do the trick either. Checkmate.

I want the paychecks of all these obstructionists docked and reimbursed to tax-payers for the salaries they've collected while engaged in this completely ludicrous circle-fest. Their grossly unearned pay and pensions are two perfect examples of why our Nation has such a huge deficit, and I resent the H_ll out of it!

Taking a bite out of the rotten fruit from the Apple iPhone tree 10 replies

My needs for iPhones are modest: the ability to take and receive calls, including video calls; a good quality camera; access to a very small number of apps; and enough memory to make it all work. That’s it. My iPhone 6 does the job. I don’t need 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or any of their variants. In fact, my iPhone 5 was adequate. I have 6 only because one of my brothers gifted it to me. Shortly after an automatic software update, my iPhone 6 could receive calls and texts only on my home network or other local wi-fi spots.

Still no recession for the Trump economy, despite mixed economic signals 4 replies

Recent data indicates the manufacturing sector is slowing. The service sector is growing slowly, and the stock market has been tanking recently. Interest rates are falling and unemployment is at a historic low. Yet there’s still no recession in sight. Even with all the mixed economic signals, we’ve been getting. So with this contradictory barrage of facts and speculation bombarding the daily news wires, what’s really ahead for the US economy? Wages are rising faster than they have in decades, increasing by more than 3% annually. Inflation remains below 2%, so the wage increases exceed inflation which gives consumers more real purchasing power.

At least twice now over the past year or two, I’ve attempted to compile a definitive list of reliably conservative, truth-seeking, go-to news sites, aggregators and video sources for conservatives and libertarians. And even “independents” for that matter, although these folks usually vote Democrat in the end and probably support the current Deep State Coup against President Trump. At any rate, I’m calling this compilation my definitive list of Conservative Media Stars. These sites generally provide continuously updated links to key news and opinion stories as well as offering a bit of what’s inside.

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s very public two-year investigation into Russia collusion failed to produce evidence that any American cooperated in so-called Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. For two years, Democrats like Rep. Adam Schiff steadfastly maintained they had irrefutable evidence that President Donald Trump was an agent of Russian President Vladimir Putin. But these claims, which the media reported as “bombshells” proving the “walls were closing in” on the Trump administration, turned out to be lies.
US Stocks on edge as Impeachment-gate,

I’m weighing in this morning with a (hopefully) short column on what promises to be a chaotic week for US stocks and bonds. This week we’ll be swamped with both as the Democrats’ Impeachment-gate kabuki gets more intense and silly and as US negotiations on China trade roadblocks get underway. That means, buckle-up, stock fans. Rough road ahead. Today’s predictable morning mess is based in part on the current chapter of the ongoing Trump Impeachment-gate charade. Poor-loser Democrats have had their knickers in a tight knot from the moment Trump won Election 2016. Headline corrected**

Where the hell are the Capitol Hill Republicans? Have you noticed how quiet they are as another Democrat/Deep State hoax is perpetrated against President Donald Trump? With the exception of South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, can you name another Republican interested in the origins of the Obama/Deep State plot to overthrow a duly elected Republican president? In an unconstitutional, illegal coup no less? Why don’t turncoat Senator Mitt Romney and other sleepy Republicans hear President Trump’s wake-up call? So have Romney and those sleepy Republicans expressed much in the way of curiosity concerning the motives of a shadowy CIA “whistleblower”?
Meet the Press Chuck Todd: More liberal media anti-Trump bias (videos) 3 replies

NBC’s Chuck Todd is among those journalists who only want to destroy President Trump and America. On this Sunday’s broadcast of NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) has a verbal throwdown with Chuck Todd who is seemingly unable to accept that Johnson supports the President. A typical response from the never-Trump media. Nonetheless, the Todd, who keeps looking down at his talking points attempting to goad the Senator into a response, once again proves the media bias against President Trump. And their barrage of abstract-distract reporting attempting to keep Americans from the truth that Ukraine is corrupt.

Meerkats of the Kalahari are experts at creating diversions to confuse and side-track predators. A ‘leader’ stands on high ground, watching for trouble. When a predator arrives on the scene, he creates a dust storm and low visibility so that his fellow meerkats can escape. Understandably, a group of meerkats is called a “mob,” “gang,” or “clan.” A meerkat clan often contains about 20 meerkats, but some super-families have 50 or more members. There are 235 Democrats in the 2019 House of Congress. Similarly, politicians are identified by their groups, sticking closely together in times of trouble.
What Recession? Sept. unemployment plummets to 3.5%, a 50 year low. 3 replies

Stocks are up sharply Friday. US unemployment numbers for September actually plummeted to a 50-year low of 3.5 percent. That put some pep into every bullish step. Proof? As of 3:30 p.m., the Dow is up some 345 points, a 1.3 percent gain. This positive action unfolded despite all the negative headlines lately about how we’re headed for a horrible recession very soon. But today’s economic numbers seem to contradict The Swamp’s fervent Democrat-media fever dream. Namely, hoping for a nasty US recession. And just in time to wreck Donald Trump’s re-election chances. What recession? Today’s unemployment numbers don’t show it.

I am nonbinary. I was assigned female at birth, but my gender is neither male nor female. When my ex-partner and I were trying to conceive our first child, I had not transitioned yet and was still identifying as a woman. We were a same-sex lesbian couple searching cryobanks for the perfect sperm donor. I was ready and excited to have children, but the idea of pregnancy terrified me—repulsed me, actually—but my then-partner was excited to carry a child, so we shopped for sperm. I joked that the idea of lesbians needing sperm to start a family was

KYIV (Ukraine) – Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden received $900,000 for lobbying activities from Burisma Group, Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada member Andriy Derkach said citing investigation materials. Derkach publicized documents which, as he said, "describe the mechanism of getting money by Biden Sr." at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine's press center in Kyiv on Wednesday. "This was the transfer of Burisma Group's funds for lobbying activities, as investigators believe, personally to Joe Biden through a lobbying company. Funds in the amount of $900,000 were transferred to the U.S.-based company Rosemont Seneca Partners, which according to open sources, in particular, the New York Times, is affiliated with Biden. Washington - Each state in America has an official state bird, usually an iconic species that helps define the landscape. Minnesota chose the common loon, whose haunting wails echo across the state’s northern lakes each summer. Georgia picked the brown thrasher, a fiercely territorial bird with a repertoire of more than 1,000 song types. But as the planet warms and birds across the country relocate to escape the heat, at least eight states could see their state birds largely or entirely disappear from within their borders during the summer, according to a new study.

While the Supreme Court heard arguments on Tuesday about whether sex discrimination, as codified in the 1964 Civil Rights Act, also applies to sexually fluid people – intersex, transgender -- activists protested outside the court proclaiming that sex is not based on biology. LGBT activists yelled, “trans women are women” and had several speakers lecture on gender diversity. On the other side, the conservative group Concerned Women of America pressed that changing the meaning of “sex” in the Civil Rights Act “would greatly undermine the women's movement.” They held signs that read, "Sex is not Gender."

With its spouting geysers, majestic mountains, awe-inspiring waterfalls, and panoramic views, Yellowstone National Park has the undeniable power to uplift. But it also has an unparalleled potential to destroy. Concealed beneath the park rests the Yellowstone Caldera, the largest supervolcano in North America. Each year, millions of visitors trek over a massive magma chamber that, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), stretches from 5 km to 17 km beneath the surface and is about 90 km long and about 40 km wide. A little deeper rests another chamber that's 4.5 times larger. The Yellowstone supervolcano has unleashed three cataclysmic eruptions in the past 2.1 million years;

In the latest edition of La Repubblica, Pope Francis' longtime atheist friend and interviewer, Eugenio Scalfari, claims that the Pope told him that once Jesus Christ became incarnate, he was a man, a "man of exceptional virtues" but "not at all a God." The teaching of the Catholic Church and most Christian churches is that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was incarnated as fully man and fully God. As the Catechism of the Catholic Church states, "The unique and altogether singular event of the Incarnation of the Son of God does not mean that Jesus Christ is part God and part man, nor does it imply that he is the result
