A woman somehow managed to get on a Delta flight without identification or a boarding pass, causing a three-hour delay in Florida over the weekend, officials said.
The airline apologized in a statement Sunday after the unidentified woman got on an Atlanta-bound flight Saturday at Orlando International Airport, sat in another person’s assigned seat and flatly refused to move, WFTV reported.
“She said very bluntly, ‘I’m not moving,’” another traveler told the station, adding that a supervisor and a pilot tried unsuccessfully to get the woman out of the 15th-row seat.

The fact that she made it into the boarding area and onto the plane shows gross incompetence on the part of TSA and the airline.
People should be fired.

How humiliating it is to have to "buy a ticket" and have to "pay" for it.
Those rules are discriminatory - - and most harmful to women and minorities.
Everything should be free - - all the time - - to everyone!

She was probably wearing a burka so TSA passed her right through to avoid the appearance of profiling.

She must have been in a burqa or hijab to have made it that far without interference by the TSA, who were likely too busy harassing crippled old America ladies and molesting children to provide actual transportation security.

"..the woman tried to show a photo of herself on her cellphone when asked for identification."
I love it when a plan comes together.

Sounds like she may be a fine low information “Amish” lady who did not know that passengers on commercial aircraft must have purchased a ticket before boarding, and that passengers must follow all the directions of the flight crew. Not unheard of today, as 10% never get the word.

3 hours to "drag" one woman off a plane? We sure have come a long way from John Wayne.

No picture makes me wonder if they are trying to hide her ethnicity.

#9, in TSA's world, they imagine that they have total control of all things that go in and on the aircraft. So, when there is an obvious breach like this, they have to empty the plane, search it closely in case she planted a bomb or something, scan everyone's luggage again, scan each person again, and reboard.
PITA, and a shame somebody didn't punch her in the nose for wasting everybody's time.

Perhaps she is a relative of Prime Minister Trudeau, and was traveling in black face.

Other sites have video of her being escorted off the plane. Look for yourselves...I’ll say nothing else.

Is anyone still wondering why TSA has never caught a single terrorist?

One wonders what connection the woman in the green sweater apparently carrying the perp's stuff had to this escapade. That poor corporal...he'll be going out on disability after pulling that one down the aisle.

I'm still wondering why terrorist group supporters and recruits get on a plane in the states, end up on the battlefield, and if they live get on a plane and come back to the US. If it wasn't for getting squished by a bulldozer, Rachel Corrie would have ended up coming home and writing a book for Salon. So, does ICE, FBI, etc. not care about this? My experience is that US bound planes receive special attention at foreign airports. So why do these scum end up here scot free?

Doesn't she realize that every seat is taken on every flight these days? Can't get away with what she tried to do, because some other (real) passenger is sure to foil her plan.
I guess the airport and boarding rules are just for the sheeple.

It is probably easier than we think A woman left Cuba, went to TX, then Orlando. When caught she said 'she didn't know' how she got there

Why does it take 3 hours to remove such a person off a flight: 10 minutes to drag that person shackled hands and feet out, and flung into the terminal police cells.
