The whistleblower complaint that has triggered a tense showdown between the U.S. intelligence community and Congress involves President Trump’s communications with a foreign leader, according to two former U.S. officials familiar with the matter.
Trump’s interaction with the foreign leader included a “promise” that was regarded as so troubling that it prompted an official in the U.S. intelligence community to file a formal whistleblower complaint with the inspector general for the intelligence community, said the former officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

Pair of unknown former officials say PDJT's communication with an unknown foreign leader about some unknown matter at an unknown time prompted an unknown official to file a whistleblower complaint for an unknown reason. I read the article for you so you don't have to. Oh, and Pencil-Neck had a hissy fit.

When did the Constitution change where the President must now report and answer to the Intelligence Community?

Schiff is charging this up, so you know it is definitely manufacturing. If Trump sips his soup with a spoon, it is an impeachable offense, according to Schiffty. It is amazing for me to learn that our President's conversations are all bugged.

I will bet $1000 that this is another Fake News story, full of lies.
Ignore these Fake News propaganda outlets which have been pushing their anti-Trump lies for years now. No truth to any of them.
This is just more of the same. Lies.

Federal Agency Inspector Generals do not have jurisdiction to investigate conversations the the President has with foreign leaders. Additionally the President has the absolute right to talk with foreign leaders, it has to be that way for the President to be able to conduct legitimate foreign affairs.
Look for the Democrats to use this so-called “whistleblower complaint” obviously made by a yet unidentified “Deep State” bureaucrat to initiate a new congressional investigation targeting President Trump, and to try to get the Department of Justice to revive the Trump “colluded” with the Russians Investigation by appointing a new Special Counsel to further investigate Trump.

As I have said before. The sooner the American People come to their senses and declare a formal state of war on the Democrat / Communist Party , and their Propaganda arm the filthy Media . The better chance we will have to restore this Republic. But not until that happens.

Ultimately SCOTUS will determine that by reason of executive privilege (Const. Art. I, Sec. 1) and the separation of powers doctrine, neither Congress nor the Judicial Branch may order the President to turn over documents relating to his private conversations with foreign governments.

Forgive my typo above. The correct citation is Const. Art. II, Sec. 1.

The President is the final authority on classification. He may say whatever he wants to whomever he wants. Once again the "Intelligence Community" believes it is more powerful in foreign affairs than the President. Assuming, of course, that the events the whistleblower complains about are accurate.
