Antwann Brown may have a rap sheet going back 25 years…he may have a record that includes busts for drug dealing, dealing near a school, grand theft, and domestic battery. But last Wednesday morning, as he hitched a ride to work with a pocketknife in his trousers(Snip), he felt certain that on this fine, sunny day, he could go a full 24 hours without committing a felony. (Snip)Unfortunately, upon arrival at Dyke Industries (Snip) Brown’s boss informed him that he was being let go. What to do? Well, if you’re Antwann Brown, what you do is start stabbing everyone in the place.

A disturbingly well-written and thoroughly researched article. Damn shame.

Yes, this guy's good. FTA: (priceless...)

Disgruntled blacks committing workplace violence in numbers to big to ignore.
OK I'm joking, not just ignored, justified --
FTA - NAACP-connected "educator" Omali Yeshitela honored Thornton with a lengthy tribute, concluding that “if he was caught getting beer, he was only getting compensated for stolen black labor.”

fta: "Not a peep in response from the professional race-hustlers. Even though those telegenic tumors can manage to link any minor thing, from jaywalking accidents to drowning, to “white supremacy,” they somehow fail to see anything but random generation when disgruntled workplace killer after killer after killer is black. "
They only acknowledge that which fits their narrative "white man bad, black man victim", facts be damned. They wouldn't be as rich as they are if they had one ounce if integrity in their shriveled souls.

The blacks in Chicago mass murder each other every weekend and that cannot be mentioned either. Why? Because Illinois has strict gun control laws that are obviously not working. Easier to go after the guy in Iowa who owns a deer rifle.

I've lived and worked in the American South my whole 53 years of life. I have worked with blacks on many occasions and can say that most blacks I've worked with do only enough to get by and only just. They don't like to work as a whole. Male or female. Take that as you will. But it is the truth. And any suggestions by co-workers or management (when they were made and that wasn't often) that they needed to improve their work was almost always met with accusations of being picked on because they were black. And this happened up to 30 years ago. Most employers that can make the choice choose to not hire blacks because they are too much trouble.

Don't try to confuse any of the demoncrats or leftists with such things as actual facts. They have their "narratives," after all...

I worked at a bad place many years ago and, as a disgruntled employee myself, I got along particularly well with the blacks. Many confided in me.
One of them got fired. Another told me later that day he'd gotten a call from the fired's wife -- "Terry is coming up there with a gun". My friend intercepted Terry in the parking lot and talked him down.
I ran across Terry later as I had moved across town to a similar business. He was just as sour and surly as always. I steered clear of him.

The profile of a workplace violence employee is a white male, unmarried, unable to process slights/disciplinary actions from managers and/or fellow employees. That does not mean minorities or women can't be violent - profiles don't predict violence.
(I used to teach what was the first graduate course on workplace violence, back in the 1990s. I researched the subject quite well - a necessity when creating a new course. I first became interested in the subject when I read about a male employee in a glass factory, in the 1980s,who was angry because his wife, also an employee there, was disciplined. The male employee sort of killed his way up the chain of command. I found that to be intriguing.
The problem is not new. The first dean of the school of management at a major private university, way back in 1920 or so, was butchered to death by a faculty member who had been denied tenure. The reason for the tenure denial was that the dean didn't think it appropriate for a faculty member to play the recorder. It was written that the dean's office had blood all over the floor, up the walls, reaching the ceiling. )

Blacks in general, not just males, have a hard time dealing with rejection. It's damaging to their inflated egos. Any perceived slight to them is interpreted as "disrespect" and deserving of a violent altercation.

Cole goes on to talk about the attitude of the Dims (especially the Dim candidates, for whom he has some marvelous descriptions) toward “workplace” massacres and their failure to notice that a huge percentage have historically been committed by blacks.
