Both Ohrs in Troubled Water

If there was ever any doubt about the depth and extent of the deep-state coup against both candidate and President Donald J. Trump and the number of deep-state actors attempting to thwart the will of the American people, it vanished with the release of partially redacted copies of former Deputy Atty. Gen. Bruce Ohr’s FBI 302 reports (interview summaries) on Thursday evening obtained by Judicial Watch. They confirm that Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie were not merely passive conduits for the fraudulent Steele Dossier but were active participants in the plot to deny Trump the presidency.

Holy cow. About two years ago, Rush Limbaugh opined that Bruce Ohr was at the heart of the entire Russia hoax. It appears he was right again. This was a coup of the first order. It is no wonder that Trump wants an investigation of the entire Intelligence community.

I love L-dot. I have for decades read this site daily. (Used to be right after Drudge. Now I mostly skip reading Drudge, as he is basically a bitter anti-Trumper.) I love the posts and I appreciate the posters in our salon. But I have to wonder if conservative articles in these particular publications ever get to the man on the street? Are we just preaching to the choir? Every morning when I read a well-appointed argument for the conservative views, am I spinning my wheels in thinking it will educate the ignorant? As for myself, I don't stay long with liberal news because it makes me physically ill. I expect the same is true for liberals.

Since posters #1, #2 and #3 have named my thoughts on the matter, all that is left to be said about man-on-the-street is, ''You can't cure stupid.'' Plus: I loved the comment about Ohrs in hot water. Good'un.

I agree with #3. Because we've been on Ldot so long, we tend to think we're getting our message out, but really, the Liberals and the Nuts marching in the streets are not going to ever read Lucianne.com! That said, I also agree that Drudge has gone over the Rail! I used to faithfully go to his Website first thing as well, but now I just skim the articles, and most of the time, I'm disgusted with what is there! I also quit watching the Sunday shows, which I used to dvr so that I didn't miss anything! Now, I don't bother watching them at all because they no longer even pretend to care to hear conservatives have to say. I do watch Maria on Sundays, she does a great job with her interviews. Also, Howie is very fair. Hard to find places outside of FOX that care at all what conservatives say, especially when they are proving a point that Liberals are wrong!

I have lost track of how long we have known all this. These confirmation details are interesting but really are old news. CTH and Sundance readers have known all this for quite some time. If we know it, you can be certain officials at Justice know it in even greater detail. The big question is, after almost three years (or more) how long will it take for these "playas" to be brought before a GJ? How long is justice going to be delayed? We keep thinking, (I do, anyway) that Trump's lame-duck administration will blow the doors off all this. Will it?

I believe, unfortunately, that we are preaching to the choir here and that mainstream America gets their news from MSNBC and CNN. Thankful that Fox does what they do with conservative neww. Last night on Mark Levin's show his guest had done a movie on child kidnapping and when Mark asked him if any other outlet was giving him air time to discuss it, he said only Mark's national show on Fox and a couple of local Fox stations had talked with him. The others are too busy trying to oust PDJT daily for them to really talk about the news.

I was going to post something to the effect that the author's conclusion that Mueller must have known the dossier was fake, but then I read the other posts. I have to agree: this will never see the light of day, and if it does, the totally corrupt press will claim it's another Russian conspiracy to undermine the US. I am so sick of the lack of accountability in government. We are truly awash in people who have forgotten who they work for.

Atty. Gen. Bill Barr and U.S. Atty. John Durham had best keep Arkancide in their thoughts...they could ask Jeffery E. about it, but..... Sooner or later indictments will be issued for a lot of these traitors and it's going to be so interesting to see how the lying so-called 'media' are going to handle it. Will they ignore that elephant right in front of them and keep on spewing their lies? I think it's make or break time for them. Even some democrats and many Independents won't be able to ignore the truth. Hopefully.

First off, everything we see posted here comes from a public source, generally newspapers, magazines and broadcast news sites (Fox News, CNN, etc.). Do the liberals and nuts see this? Doesn't matter. Much of America doesn't bother with "news" from any source. Logic and facts have no place in modern political discussions. Volume and insults... I am a full skeptic regarding anything involving the Federal government, especially its law enforcement, intelligence and military arms. I am a full believer in the Uniparty "fix" being supreme in our legislative branch, and that anything passed with "bi-partisan support" is a big screwing. I expect not much to come out of all this "coup" huffing and puffing. Too many hands involved - and they're not all Democrat, either. Someone will eventually take a fall, and be well rewarded for it with book deals and future employment. (Comey seems to be the frontrunner for that role.) I do not expect ever to see a former President and/or First Lady in criminal court, even if cell video had caught them strangling Epstein personally.

I'm still waiting to hear about the disposition of the FISA court matter. Will the judges make a statement about their position? Will we now do away with the secret court, where the accused have no representation? We, obviously, can't count on the government to fairly present their case to the judge. We also cannot count on the FISA judge to be more than a rubber-stamp. I think there should be more public discussion going on about this, and a statement from the Supreme court, which has oversight.

Here's what I don't understand about this entire coup plot - - - - We all know that a FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page - - and hence everyone connected to the Trump campaign - - including Trump himself and his family - - was illegally obtained based on laundered, fake reports created by Nellie Ohr and Sidney Blumenthal - - and was active for an entire year. What has never been reported - - and what I am desperate to know - - is what actions the coup plotters took during the year that the FISA warrant was active. Whom did the spy on? How did they do the spying? What sort of reports were produced as a result of that spying? How were those reports used against candidate Trump - - president-elect Trump - - and president Trump? I have never read a word about any of that - - and those are the most crucial things that we need to know. Why isn't anyone addressing this?

It is very interesting to see the posters here noting Drudge's turn to the Dark Side. Does anyone know what precipitated this negative tone about all things Trump? I remember Trump complimenting Drudge not that long ago, but now the Drudge stories only emphasize his harshest critics and gloom and doom on all policies-Trump. How can we protest Drudge and express our disgust at his biased website. It was always my go-to page and now I avoid it at all costs. Not optimistic that anything will ever happen to the Clintonistas and Obamanations. They could murder a man locked inside a high-security prison guarded round the clock and get away with it. The investigators would say they care about the truth, but we know differently. Why do we protect these SOBs at all costs? And I'm not talking about Epstein, obviously. We don't protect him!

Much has been written and will be written on the death of Jeffery Epstein. Was it suicide? Was it murder? The only thing certain is that the man did not die of natural causes. The official finding will most likely be suicide. Even if this is actually the case, it still will fuel "conspiracy" theories. Rightfully so. A lot of very powerful Democrats are breathing sighs of relief. Dead men tell no tales, and the man whose tales could sink the reputations of and potentially incarcerate a slew of the most important political figures in the US (and a member of the British Royal Family) will be making no deals with prosecutors implicating bigger fish. The cynics who insisted that he would never live to bring down so many powerful people have been vindicated. Of course, we don’t know any details of his demise, so theoretically it is possible that he took his own life for purely personal psychological concerns.
