House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave an address to the Ghanaian Parliament on Wednesday where she declared the “climate crisis” the “existential threat of our time” and said we have “a moral responsibility to be good stewards” of a planet that is “God’s creation.”"To fully achieve environmental justice, we must combat the climate crisis---which is the existential threat of our time,” Pelosi said. (Video) “And it is a moral decision,” Pelosi said. “If you believe, as I do, and I believe the speaker does, that this planet is God’s creation, and we have a moral responsibility to be good stewards of it,

Using G-d's name cynically has got to be at least the equivalent of taking it in vain.
Plus, and I say again, assumes 'facts' not in evidence.
It's that Mafia thing, transgressing His laws wantonly in this life in full expectation of paying big time in the next, yet secretly thinking you can negotiate when the time comes.
The Great Deceiver makes you think like that.

What arrogance! If God created the earth (no doubt in my mind he did), then her supreme arrogance and conceit thinks she can help the God of the universe in some paltry way. What any good scout or citizen learned in elementary school is to leave the place like you found it. A really good scout would leave it a bit better than when one found it. Maybe when she leaves House of Reps, she could qualify for Mayor of Baltimore.

Yeah, all the intellectuals go to Ghana to make important policy statements. Or maybe it's off-label botox.

Babies in their mother’s womb are “God’s creation”. I am pretty sure he expected you to be a good steward for them, rather than worshiping the sacrament of abortion. St. Peter will have words with you some day, the sooner the better.

Conscience is a funny thing. If you have a conscience about one thing, then you must also have one about a similar thing. So, if the planet is god's creation is not everything else in the planet God's creation and also worthy of your conscientious protection? So, now we come to the glaring hypocrisy of Pelosi and her fellow lefty Democrats- exactly why I call them "Rats"; Abortion support! Are not conceived babies God's creation and worthy of our protection? Hypocrisy, thy name is Nancy Pelosi!

Yep, and that includes mining and using the raw materials that He put here for us to use. Oil, gas, coal, iron, copper, silver, lead, aluminum, and all the other metals were put here for Man to use.
We should make a good effort to keep things clean and non-toxic, but the earth will clean up itself if you leave it alone for a few decades or a few centuries, even for pretty serious pollution, done out of ignorance.
The Luddites are wrong, and the use of petroleum, gas and coal are not a problem, if done right.

She sure turns on the religion when it suits her. Doesn't suit here when it comes to abortion.
