Elijah Cummings should try representing his Congressional District in Baltimore and quit harassing the US Border Patrol as they go about performing their Congressionally mandated job along the SW borderline that has no bearing at all on Cummings Congressional District. Cummings should be smart enough to know that the masses of illegal aliens gaining unlawful entry to the USA are costing the USA a lot of money, money that could just as well be used to the benefit of the American people residing in Cummings congressional district.
