After listening to hours of staccato testimony from Robert Mueller, the man whose job it was to answer difficult questions, the country is left with yet another unknown: Why won’t Mueller say what he really thinks?
If he thinks Trump has committed impeachable crimes, why doesn’t he say it? If he thinks Trump did not act in a way that would warrant impeachment or indictment, why doesn’t he say it?

He is not equipped to say what he thinks. He was a front man, a figurehead. Andrew Weissman’s cabal did the dirty work. Sidney Powell fingered Weissman when she saw the “Mueller” Report, saying it should have been the “Weissman Report”. Has known and worked with him for years and recognized what is apparently his distinctive thinking/writing style. Mueller was lost in the woods without a breadcrumb in sight. Even the helper bee they sent with him was no help...

Ms. Ghitis is a very deep thinker.
If Mueller said Trump was guilty of doing something wrong, he would be contradicting "his" own report.
If Mueller said Trump wasn't guilty of doing something wrong, the Washington social scene (where he will spend the rest of his miserable life) wouldn't invite him and his wife to parties with the "best" people, a fate he clearly thinks would be worse than death.

The website stripped the 'sarcasm' label I had after the first sentence for some reason.

Jerry "Nonads" and "Pencil neck" Shiff got owned today. With all the negative press I've seen today about the "Democrats/socialists/communists/libutards/ etc., etc., why have I not seen any comment from them?
Oh wait........ I know..... truth will always win. The saddest thing in the world is that these idiots are given the power to abuse America through low information motors, the only people who will vote for them.
I am not optimistic about the future of our country with leftards calling the shots. It would help if the average IQ of anyone running for Congress was above 50 . But then again , I'm dreaming.

#2 is correct.
He clearly thinks Trump committed no crime.
But mueller is a swamp creature who hates Trump. The best he can do is refuse to answer, in that the refusal leaves a toe hold to make accusations against Trump.

Because Hillary would arrange for him to have an unfortunate "accident" if he did.

I have an answer to Why doesn't Mueller say what he thinks. He doesn't think, therefore he can't speak independently from his handlers. He was never anything more than a figure head for the Witch Hunt. He wasn't even the head witch/warlock. I seriously doubt if he ever spent one hour on the entire hoax probe. We heard much of his integrity, but saw very little of it. By not speaking, he could tell neither truth nor lie. The way it was planned from the get-go.

Honestly, I didn’t think it was possible for me to be more disgusted with mueller and his cabal of treasonous swamp people than I already was.
But. I am.

#7, what I've been thinking, too. Why else did he have his Minder sitting there net to him? Why would he not answer most of the critical questions posed by Republicans? He was only befuddled by Republicans. Why was his memory so fuzzy when asked those questions?
This was a very Soviet-style show trial such that there's a Minder/Tormentor present to keep the featured Witness in line.
I won't be surprised if Mueller's mental condition comes under question, that he's actually in pre-senile dementia, and the Dems therefore demand another hearing with a Party loyalist sitting in the witness chair this time.

Why doesn't Mueller say what he thinks? Actually, he did. The left just hates it.
Mueller was conducting a criminal investigation. From that perspective, he was looking for evidence and facts pertaining to crime. Any personal opinion would be based on that. There was no evidence of a crime therefore Mueller's personal opinion would be there was no crime. Beyond that, there is no place for personal opinion or bias in a criminal investigation. The left was not really interested in a criminal investigation especially if there was no crime. They just wanted a hatchet job, and Mueller never went along with it. Don't know if Mueller was just being honest or, more likely, cover his rear end thinking he couldn't get away with anything. In the end, Mueller spiked his own investigation. In previous testimony on capitol hill, he told them his investigation was over. They did not listen, and tried to force his hand, and he bit them instead.
Mueller wasn't feebleminded. He knew exactly what he was doing. He wasn't going to sacrifice himself for the rest of the lefty mob.

Memo to CNN: this corrupt fool cannot think. Furthermore he has no clue what was in 'his' report. Worse, he never, ever bothered to read 'his' own report. So, how is he going to demonstrate that he can think??? The pressure and his deep state plotting has taken its toll on this old fool with a non distinguishing career that he is now burying under a mountain of foolish reporting.

Because, nitwit, the law does not care what anyone "thinks", the law is about innocent until proven guilty. And so proof of guilt is all that matters and the prosecutor does not exonerate, the prosecutor prosecutes and tries to find the truth although I have to say this particular prosecutor is a disgrace to his profession and should have been put behind bars for prosecutorial misconduct way back when he was involved with the Boston fiasco which had to be settled by paying 4 innocent men's families 100 million dollars. Why he remained in his job is the only real mystery here.
