The 9th Circuit Court ruled that taxpayers may abort funding for Planned Parenthood.
Our money, our choice. [snip] Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life of America, said, [Snip] "Title X had become a marketing slush fund for Planned Parenthood, and the Trump Administration and the American people won today." [Snip]The Washington Times reported, [Snip] "The rule also requires a 'clear financial and physical separation' between abortion procedures and other family-planning services, a mandate scheduled to take effect in March 2020."

THIS is how President Trump is truly transforming America. Going BACK to the Constitution with sensible judges, and even the previously horrible 9th circuit is now making sensible rulings.
This is great news, a harbinger of long term change for the better.
The Dem gnashing of teeth will continue and accelerate.

This seems to coincide with President Trump appointing conservative judges to the 9th.

Well there’s a headline I never thought I’d see in my lifetime. God bless President Trump. The man is amazing.

This is wonderful news. All those petty never trumpers, take that. What do you all stand for now anyway? I would like to see a list of Jonah, and all his ilk telling me what they think conservatives are and what is suppose to happen with a conservative. Tell me guys, I really want to know, what the heck you all even care about anymore. Or maybe that you ever did and we got conned.

Fabulous news! This is a major victory for those of us who don't want to unwillingly contribute to infanticide. Truth to tell, though, Title X funds do not provide that large a part of PP's income. Sadly, most of their largess comes from corporations, trusts and individuals who buy into the "reproductive rights" garbage and don't recognize the fundamental right of each person simply to exist.

I love it. For years Planned Parenthood has been telling us that they are all about promoting women's reproductive rights and family planning, etc., and not about abortion procedures. Now they can have two locations, and one of them will be exclusively for their "limited" abortion business.

So, shouldn't PP have to pay the taxpayers back since it was illegal for them to use the funds for abortions? And shouldn't the government rulers who allowed them to misuse the funds be prosecuted too? I need some of these people to pay for what they've done to our nation. There seems to be no consequences, so leftists keep doing illegal things until they tell them to stop. They never have to pay.

So next time someone says their vote doesn't matter, or they only vote in the General, or they're mad at the candidate/s because they just don't sound nice, remind them that their vote is the most precious and vitally important Act of a citizen. If they don't like the liberal/leftwing Courts or legislators they must put forth the effort to make a difference with their voice and vote, and money when possible... campaigns need money.
AND, Senator Mitch McConnell deserves a huge amount of praise for getting President Trump's nominees through.

What's going on with the 9th Circus? Were they cowed when President Trump threatened to break them up and they'd all lose their cushy job?
