Now, we may know exactly why President Trump is vowing so often that the United States will never embrace socialism: That polls really well among Republicans, like more than eight-out-of-ten well, including nearly two-thirds of whom have a very negative view of that system. The president will need every single one of those GOP votes to go with him on Election Day in just 70 weeks to overcome his chronic deficit in job approval. And the same new poll by

Not even the Democrat party can be that stupid. It will be fun to watch them try to wiggle out of it when the chips are down.

Let's do our level best to replace the word Capitalism. There's a certain winner take all connotation. In reality we want freedom. We want everybody to have an equal influence on the value of goods and services. Free markets do that. Social freedom cannot be achieved without economic freedom.

Trump blows his dog whistle and the dems start barking. He makes a comment that any American should support and the dems oppose him. They don't think, they just start yapping. Of course some, like Bernie, are Communists.
"chronic deficit in job approval"
Yeah, yeah. Blah, blah, blah.
The fact that half of dems don't like capitalism, the system of economics and politics that has brought enormous positive changes to the world, is clear evidence that neither they, nor the candidates they support should be running the Country.

The key to Socialism is it locks people into a place in society, with very few, being allowed to move up.
Who do the Democrats look to lock into place? Do they have a history of keeping people in certain places/levels in say the last 50 years?
After all, how many people in Cuba or Venezuela, moved up in society, were able to elevate themselves, outside of becoming a party member?

The chronic deficit in President Trumps job approval is primarily at CNN, MSNBC and the democrat side of the House!

Strange Rasmussen has Trump with a 49% approval rating and a rating of 42% that say the country is moving in the right direction which is anywhere from 10 to 20% better than Obama had for most of his Presidency. So please give us a break and take your polls with real people instead of the inside the beltway crowd.

Not quite so, Andrew. The real split is between those who want
totalitarian communism (imagining themselves as equal with the top
tier) and the rest of us who want freedom to live as we please so long
as we are not impacting others.

NEWS FLASH...........................
The US hasn't been a true capitalist country for a very long time. Saying the US is a Capitalist country is like saying that the US is a democracy. Kinda, sorta, but not really.
