Doncha love it ? Illegals have "rights" but the taxpayers paying for them have no rights or choice to stop paying for their welfare. Can we sue some of the judges in a class action ?

There is no doubt that the leftist and liberal Democrats want to get as many poor, uneducated, and socialist minded intending illegal aliens as possible into the USA believing that they will be morphed into natural Democrat socialist voters in the years ahead, and are being assisted by activist liberal Federal Judges mostly all nominated by Clinton and Obama making politically based rulings against the Trump Administration. Right now the easiest way for adversarial countries around the world to destroy the USA is to pack up all their surplus population groups and facilitate their transfer to the US borders where all they have to do is walk across the borderline into the USA and say they wish to pursue an asylum claim to get to stay in the USA for years or for life. With 4 activist liberal Democrat Justices and at least one obvious Never-Trump Republican Chief Justice on the Supreme Court chances are that court will go along with the Clinton and Obama Judges rulings just to spite President Trump and his efforts to stop mass uncontrolled illegal immigration by securing the borderline.

This nonsense of Federal District Court judges making rulings and issuing injunctions regarding matters outside of their jurisdiction has to stop. It just encourages litigants to file their pleadings in courts where they are most likely to get the relief they seek rather than in the court for the area where the disputed action is occurring.

I think it's time to throw this Back in this Judge's face. She is demanding that Seekers get a Bond hearing, then be released until their case comes up (which we all know they don't show up for). So, I suggest those Illegals get a Hearing immediately, are denied entry to the country and are immediately sent back. I also suggest the President rounds up ALL of those school buses sitting empty for the summer, and uses them to immediately send back the Illegals denied entry. After the first 500 are sent back, the word will get out that there is NO HOPE of entry no matter who you are and where you came from. Take them as far as the Mexican Southern Border and let them find their way home from there! Until all Illegals, previously released and awaiting their Hearing, show up and are accounted for, no more will be given a hearing. The United States of America is CLOSED until all of those in the Detention centers are given their hearings and most sent back. ENOUGH! There has to be a way around these Judges who are trying to run the Country!

It looks like somebody read Article 5 (Amendment 5:"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime...without due process of law;..." ) but skipped line one: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The Letter of Transmittal to the President of Congress: Paragraph 4, Line 1: "In all our deliberations on this subject (see paragraph 3), we kept steadily in our view that which appears to us the greatest interest of every true American, the consolidation of our Union, in which is involved our prosperity, felicity, safety — perhaps our national existence." Clearly, the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Amendments were intended by the Founding Fathers to create a framework of rights and legal protections for persons who are American citizens and their posterity. Hard to see how it thus infers or confers rights to migrants, refugees, immigrants or any other group of persons who are not Americans.

IMHO the best way to resolve this problem is to process all claims for asylum and requests to immigrate to the USA at the American Embassy in the host country. Take no applications or requests for asylum at the border. Stop the freebies to illegals. Levy the million$$ being sent from this country by illegals already here. And deportations. Combined with a wall on the southern border and vigilance on the northern border to stop and apprehend those who don't believe the law applies to them, we may finally have some peace again.

Essentially what that Clinton nominated Federal District Judge is claiming is that the US Constitution gives every non US citizen in the world (any one of about 7 billion people) who decides to unlawfully jump the borderline, and gains illegal entry to the USA who claims they wish to pursue an asylum case through the US immigration and federal courts, a matter that could easily take many years, has the right to freely live in the USA for an indefinite period of time, unless at a bond hearing after the illegal alien is caught before an immigration judge, the US Government can prove that each individual illegal alien is a flight risk or poses a serious threat to US society. In reality at the time of such a hearing the Border Patrol most times is not even sure of the true identity and/or nationality of such illegal aliens! With more than a hundred thousand illegal aliens crossing the borderline unlawfully into the USA each month it is impossible for the Border Patrol to investigate each apprehended illegal alien to determine if they are likely or not to appear for a future asylum hearing, or if the illegal alien is a threat to US society. Clearly that activist liberal judge’s ruling is politically based and is designed to assist the leftist and liberal Democrats flood the USA with poor, uneducated, and socialist minded “migrants” a word that has popped up to obscure the fact that we’ll over 90% of those foreign people are economically based illegal aliens who are seeking to enter the USA for either employment or to engage in criminal activity. Clearly the Democrats want as many of that class of illegal alien to get into the USA as the Democrats know that after being granted amnesty and US voting rights, that the vast majority of them, in the tens of millions, would become Democrat socialist voters. So according to the Judge the US Constitution is essentially a suicide pact that is there to be used to turn the USA into another Bangladesh.

Get rid of the federal judiciary before they hand us over to the Chinese Communists. Ignore their rulings. Lock them up.
