Republican Senators Mitt Romney, Joni
Ernst Request More Information on
Trump Rape Accusation

Sens. Mitt Romney (R-UT) and Joni Ernst (R-IA) split from members of their party Tuesday and requested more information on E. Jean Carroll’s claim that Donald Trump raped her 23 years ago. While many of his Republican colleagues have remained silent on the issue, or come out in support of the president, Romney claimed the accusation placed by Jean Carroll, who previously said “most people think of rape as being sexy,” is a “serious” allegation, according to CNN. “It’s a very serious allegation,” Romney said. “I hope that it is fully evaluated. The President said it didn’t happen and I certainly hope that’s the case.”

RINO's!! *smdh. They must have missed the articles where it was discovered that she plaigerized a "Law and Order: SVU" episode from a couple of years ago.

If Mittens is behind this you know he’s on a mission to damage Trump. I suggest we investigate Mittens dog in a cage on the top of his station wagon.

Let these posers "follow through" on this. More information from who? How does a Senator go about requesting more information? Get answers from who? Make Ernst and Romney ask the questions themselves.

But the guilty until proven innocent philosophy sure is convenient for publicity. All they can do is grandstand. If Romney had opposed Obambi like he does Trump, he would have been proesident.

Maybe this should be looked at like the Smollett case? If this lady is investigated and found that she lied, could she then face charges similar to Smollett? If a decent judge and prosecuting attorney were found to take the case, then it might cut back on some of this false/fake accusations. This could be a positive.

Here's how Mitt became the Mormon Church's Senator. He LOST but the Mormon Church changed the rules on the fly to allow anyone on the ballot IF he got "X" number of signatures. Mitt got exactly 6 more than the minimum to qualify. Then he won the primary as Mormon men do informal ballot harvesting by filling in his name when a fellow Mormon failed to vote in the primary. Finally, Utah (as always) voted in the GOP over the Dem in the general election. We despise Mitt He was forced on us by a filthy lying religion based on the ravings of a sex cultist.

Obama did his damage in his second term. His "gotcha Charlie" second term? So am glad the evangelical gave us Trump. I voted not Hillary in 2016 but will vote for President Trump in 2020 as will many others who can see right through the dem machinations no matter how apolitical they are or non-partisan. Regarding the above comments about the Mormon religion: To others, just about any religion has its hard-to-believe aspects. Please think that through. It's true about my religion, and I'm sure it is true about yours. It's true about sects and denominations within a religion. Just about any religion can be called a cult, depending on who's talking, so calling a group of believers a cult has little meaning. I am not a Mormon, but I have known a few on a daily basis, and I'd rather have a Mormon neighbor than many of the "non-cult" religions that one might name. We have LDS members on L-dot, and I hope we can rise above the unkind words. Besides, in this case Romney's problem stems from his association with the Bushes, who I believe are Episcopalians, Methodists (in the case of George W. and Lara), and Catholics (in the case of Jeb and his crew).

The Fourteenth Amendment, which spells out the basic qualifications for being eligible to vote in U.S. elections, contains references to both citizens and persons in the United States. This provides adequate justification for determining which persons are citizens. (Justice Roberts doesn't seem to agree. On the other hand, it doesn't matter if the question is on the Census or not because illegals can just lie, as they did about seeking asylum.) What will be important and even crucial is to have a way to determine if a given person is a citizen at voting time.

The purpose of a primary debate used to be an informed discussion of the issues affecting Americans. At the second debate debacle, Democrats felt the need to pledge their allegiance to citizens of other countries, as was on gregarious display last night. Fifteen million viewers were subjected to the most ridiculous of lies and outlandish hysteria concerning illegal aliens — otherwise known by P.C. terminology as immigrants — and their plight. The madness kicked off with the question of what should be done to the thousands of people converging daily at the southern border.

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders unveiled his vision of "democratic socialism" during a recent speech at George Washington University. Unfortunately, he did more to confuse the meaning of democratic socialism than to clarify it. The words capitalism and socialism have meanings, so let's get things clear up front. Capitalism is an economic system based on private ownership of property coordinated through voluntary exchange in markets. Socialism is an economic system that abolishes private property in the means of production — the land, capital, and labor used to make everything — and replaces it with some form of collective ownership.

E. Jean Carroll's decades-old allegations of rape are being given credibility by some in the media and politics. They will discover that they have been had. Elizabeth Jean Carroll has accused President Donald Trump of raping her in 1993 or 1995 or maybe 1996 in her recently published book, What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal. When his critics attempt to give credibility to a ludicrous story, they succeed only in making themselves look foolish. Some in the Deep State media and even some Republican senators have invested what is left of their reputations in what is destined to become a comical situation.

A Chick-fil-A worker leaped to action — and right out the window of a drive-thru — to save a choking boy. Logan Simmons, a 19-year-old manager at the restaurant’s Flowery Branch, Georgia location, was working the window when he observed a vehicle in line not moving up. A man came to the window and asked for a pair of scissors to free a customer’s son, who was being choked by a tight seat belt, the Gainesville Times reported. Simmons, who had a pocketknife, immediately sprang to action. He jumped out the drive-thru window, ran to the car, and asked the child’s mother if he could cut the seatbelt.

While in deep blue Democratic Chicago last weekend, Eric Trump, son of President Donald J. Trump (R), dined in an upscale, highly acclaimed, trendy Chicago restaurant and bar. She spat on Trump. Being the gentleman he is, Trump declined to press charges, although the police encouraged him to do so.
