Cory Booker: We Need to Talk More
About Transgender Americans

Sen. Cory Booker argued during the Democrat presidential debate on Wednesday that Americans need to talk more about transgender people. “We do not talk enough about trans-Americans, especially African American trans-Americans, and even incredibly high rates of murder right now,” he said. He compared the transgender rights struggles to the civil rights of black Americans, recalling a time when they were lynched in America. Booker also said that up to 30 percent of LGBT schoolchildren were afraid to go to school. He then argued that Democrats needed to do more than just support the Equality Act proposed in Congress. “We need to have a president that will fight to protect LGBTQ

Mildly interesting that the lefties always use the word "gender" - - instead of the actual word "sex." Gender is a term of grammar - - and oddly enough - - English is a rare language which doesn't use gender. These mentally disturbed individuals deserve our sympathy - - just as physically handicapped people do. But it's not because of any grammatical concerns. They are trying - - unsuccessfully because it's impossible - - to change their biological sex. But why should the rest of us care one whit about that?

Chairman of Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins has said that there are roughly 76,000 individuals claiming to be 'transsexual' (there being no such thing as transgender). About half will admit to being frauds if their feet were held to the fire. That leaves about one person in ten thousand. These, according to the good doctor need serious intervention and help. Does this 'problem ' rise above jobs, health care, (illegal) immigration, national security, affordable health care? Not to mention looming deficit and the ever encroaching Administrative State?

One of the crazy candidates proposed abortion rights for trans women. Assuming he meant, by trans woman, a man who 'changes' into a woman. That poor creature cannot get pregnant. (South Park did episodes where a homosexual male teacher underwent sex change surgery, then complained about menstrual cramps and fear of pregnancy. Female characters on the show patiently explained to the poor creature that he couldn't have menstrual cramps or get pregnant. No follow question was posed.

No, actually we need to entirely stop talking about this mental illness and let it be treated by doctors, not encouraged by crazy leftist politicians looking for some sort of a new voting block of people with really serious mental health problems. Feeding someone's serious delusions like this is harmful to them, especially if they are assisted and 'egged on' into getting mutilative surgery which will never change them in reality. I am sure a few can do some sort of a transition that may please them, but very few will be anything but pretty obvious impersonators who make many/most of the people they meet quite uncomfortable.

For the majority of AMeircans this is a speak no evil, hear no evil, see no evil subject. If it is cramed down their throats it forces them to make decisions aobut transgender. Oh, and how about all the young girls that are losing in sports to girls trapped inside a boy's body? Don't think a special PAC can't be organized to splash ads in key races. And imagine the ads concerning judges and how they might decide transgender issues. Remember, we are in the mess we are in because of judges, not because of Congress.

I actually don't view them as mentally disturbed. There is something I read recently that makes a lot more sense. It is found in the Life Application Bible in the footnotes for Psalm 22:30,31: "Unborn generations are depending on our faithfulness today. As we teach our children about the Lord, so they will teach their children and their children's children. If we fail to tell our children about the Lord, we may well be breaking the chain of God's influence in generations to come. We must view our children and all the young people we meet as God's future leaders. If we are faithful in opportunities today, we may well be affecting the future." Again, I don't view LGBT people as mentally disturbed but I do view them as the "gap" in their family not learning about God. It really is sad because it would almost appear that they reject everything about themselves that God gave them.

I believe that gender = sex, and there are only two: male & female. I don't believe in multiple genders but I do believe in mental illness, and if someone is born into a sex they cannot identify with, well, the problem isn't with your plumbing, it's with your HEAD. There is no escaping the reality that you are born with either XX or XY chromosomes. I feel nothing but pity for these poor tortured souls but asking society to entertain this insanity is equally insane.

Veteran conservative activist Ralph Reed said Wednesday that the faith-based group he leads plans to spend at least $50 million on get-out-the-vote efforts in 2020. It's part of a large-scale marshaling of evangelical resources that's poised to benefit President Donald Trump's reelection campaign. After Trump spoke to an annual conference hosted by Reed's group, the Faith & Freedom Coalition, the longtime GOP strategist previewed a voter outreach plan for 2020 that he said would include significant investment in Latino voters of faith. Of the $50 million the group has set aside to spend on communicating with voters, Reed said $4 million would go toward contacting socially conservative and religious Latino voters in swing

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the Trump administration cannot include a question about citizenship on the 2020 census form that goes to every U.S. household, giving a win to mostly Democratic populous states that said the question would discourage legal and illegal immigrants from responding and make the population count less accurate. The court was deeply fractured on the issue, but on the section that essentially eliminated the citizenship question, the vote was 5-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts joining the four-member liberal wing of the court. The court's majority said the government has the right to ask a citizenship question, but that it needs to properly justify changing
