Given the FBI’s repeated intransigence over the years in responding to our FOIA requests, I’m not of a mind to assume this story represents simply an innocent mistake.
The FBI has released 277 pages of redacted records that show the FBI failed to produce information from an August 2015 meeting with Intelligence Community Inspector General about Hillary Clinton’s email server. The FBI claimed that notes are “missing” and the CD containing notes from meeting is likely “damaged” irreparably. The records, which were posted on the FBI’s website, are the 32nd release of documents in response to our 2016 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:16-cv-02046).

That entire agency is a greater threat to the nation than any criminal they may arrest. Shut it down, imprison the ones who co-operate and provide more permanent solutions to the ones who dont. Too many people have been playing nice for too long. When criminals dont fear the law, its bad. When criminals ARE the law its over.

One strongly suspects it's way too late for the Deep State criminals(D) to save themselves... They, and their media cover-up artists, are trapped, and the indictment-trigger is soon within sight.

We keep hearing that the indictments are coming. We've been hearing it for two years. Haven't seen any yet and I'm starting to feel like Linus in the pumpkin patch and still no Great Pumpkin.

So re open the case and start over. They're all still alive. Do the interviews with real interregators this time.

Remember the big deal the media made about the missing portions of the Nixon tape? Think the news about the missing notes and damaged CD will be mentioned by NPR, ABC, CBS, or ABC?

Give the ones who are responsible for finding them and the ones who were supposed to keep them in a safe place unpaid leave until they are found. If it takes too long, fire them without any chance of collecting a pension. Bet they will miraculously show up tomorrow.

This is akin to the targeting of conservative tea party groups and then the computer hard drive went missing, later to be determined to have been destroyed...
Taking hammers to telephones and SIM chips under subpoena, bleach bitting hard drives ("like with a cloth!?"), losing supposed photographs of Lee Harvey Oswald outside the Soviet and Cuban embassies and publishing a photo of someone obviously NOT him, and hiding away incriminating evidence all the time.... the list goes on!
How far will they go to protect their Queen who rigged it all???

They lie like this because they know it's impossible to prove otherwise. Are we really gonna start another investigation that ends up going nowhere? Even if someone located all of the missing notes and data or testified that losing the documents was indeed an orchestrated plan, the Deep State would then shift their stance toward "it may look like a cover up but it wasn't intentional" to avoid prosecution. Hillary has a long history of document tampering and questionable legal maneuvers to avoid turning over requested emails and documents. She's never even had her fat hand slapped. They do this because they know they can get away with it. Investigations take years and money, a new scandal has appeared before the investigation is over, and the public gets weary and no longer cares.

How do these things (like Hillary's infamous Rose Law firm records) 'go missing'? Do they suddenly spring feet (or hooves)?

Does the head of the FBI Director Wray have anything to do with this?

Someone signed off "last" in the chain of evidence record...let's see who it is. Destruction of evidence is a felony, I believe.

I suppose it's silly for me to think it's pretty difficult to destroy a CD 'accidentally', unless you put it in the blender.
