El Paso, Texas—The federal agency tasked with overseeing security at transportation hubs has been violating its own policy by allowing migrants who have been released from federal custody onto flights despite not having required documents, according to several Department of Homeland Security officials. For the past six months, the Transportation Security Administration has allowed migrants released from the custody of other Homeland Security agencies to board flights to other parts of the country despite the passengers lacking any of the 15 documents it states are the only acceptable forms of identification.(Snip) ICE would not comment on the legal precedent

Illegal aliens enjoy a superset of rights and privileges; what a country. Can they also bypass the peek-a-boo booths and groping stations?

Attention terrorists - learn to speak a few words of Spanish and grow a mustache. Now's your chance. However, if those flights were going to Australia or Africa, load 'em up.

It's for this I had to go to a state office with an armful of documents proving I'm a citizen in order to renew my driver's license. No passport & DD214 military discharge & official state issued birth certificate & utility bills & a Social Security card? No license.

About 5 years ago my wife flew using her Sam's card for identification. When she arrived at her destination she wasn't allowed to rent a car even though she had photos of her driver's license on her phone. I had to overnight her driver's license so she could rent a car. TSA is a bad joke.

I was standing in a TSA line in Atlanta a few years back and turned to the guy behind me and said "You know what TSA stands for?"... he said "no" and I replied "Thousands Standing Around". He chuckled. Then I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned to see a TSA agent. He quickly told me "No, you are wrong. It stand for The Start of Alcoholism". If I had been quick enough I would have said "Yours... or mine?"

So how does this comport with THE LAW?! I get screened twice by those schulbs before I can board a plane, but THEY consider someone in this country ILLEGALLY to be "OK?" Someone call up ISIS and tell them we have an open opportunity for terrorism in the skies over the USA. The TSA, another ill-conceived screw-up from the moronic brain of John McCain after 9-11, especially after it was PROVEN that the contract security firms that day did absolutely NOTHING wrong, per their instructions at the time. But oh no, John the idiot had to Federalize it, make it more expensive for airlines, and then allow it to become UNIONIZED to again ensure it it bloated and useless, like the rest of Federal Government.

This has been going on for a long time. Back in the 90's my wife and I applied for food stamps, and were required to bring in a multitude of documents. We were the only American citizens in the waiting room, as far as I could tell. I doubt that all the "undocumented aliens" applying for aid had to provide them, as they were "undocumented" by definition.

The D.C. Dyke March, which is being billed as an all-inclusive celebration of underrepresented people, is banning Israeli and Jewish Pride flags but allowing Palestinian flags during Friday’s event. The march, which is returning to Washington after a 12-year hiatus, is seeking to be more radical than its previous version, including LGBTQ people of various races, religions, socioeconomic classes and gender identities, organizers told The Washington Post. However, pro-Zionist and “nationalist symbols,” including Israeli and Jewish Pride flags, will not be welcomed at the event, organizers said. Yael Horowitz, a Jewish march organizer, said the ban is

Tuscaloosa, Ala.—The University of Alabama board of trustees voted Friday to give back a $26.5 million donation from a philanthropist who recently called on students to boycott the school over the state’s new abortion ban. Hugh F. Culverhouse Jr., a 70-year-old real estate investor and lawyer, had already given $21.5 million to the university after his pledge last September with the rest still to come. But in a news release last week, he urged students to participate in a boycott of the school. Hours later, Alabama announced it was considering giving back his money, the biggest donation ever

Phoenix—The federal government has stopped paying for English-language courses and legal services at facilities that hold immigrant children around the country, imposing budget cuts it says are necessary at a time when record numbers of unaccompanied children are arriving at the border. The Health and Human Services department notified shelters around the country last week that it was not going to reimburse them for teachers' pay or other costs such as legal services or recreational equipment. The move appears to violate a legal settlement known as the Flores agreement that requires the government to provide education and recreational activities

Federal rules bar Medicaid coverage of sexual treatments for all recipients, not just sex offenders. Yet state Medicaid officials approved $930,000 in improper payments for the drugs between 2012 and 2018, according to the audit released by state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli and first reported by The Associated Press. According to the audit, 47 of those Medicaid recipients were also state sex offenders, who are prohibited from getting Medicaid-covered sexual

If a convict refuses to take the medication, they’ll be considered in violation of parole and immediately taken back into custody, the bill states. They’ll also be required to pay for the medication.
