India's tallest rubbish mountain is on course to rise higher than the Taj Mahal in the next year, becoming a fetid symbol for what the UN considers the world's most polluted capita. Hawks and other birds of prey hover around the towering 213ft Ghazipur landfill on the eastern fringe of New Delhi, stray cows, dogs and rats wander at will over the huge expanse of smoking filth.Taking up the area of more than 40 football pitches, Ghazipur rises by nearly 33ft a year with no end in sight to its foul-smelling growth. At its current rate of growth, it will be taller than the iconic Taj in Agra,

D-Day Was Good Versus Pure Evil.

Seventy-five years ago today, the Allied Forces launched a momentous amphibious assault in Normandy that commenced the bloody eastbound trek to kill Hitler and defeat Nazism. D-Day was, in its purest possible form, a real-life military embodiment of unabashed good versus diabolical evil. It is truly impossible to concoct a more pellucid Manichaeism — a starker juxtaposition wherein the very best of humanity goes to war with the very worst of humanity."You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months," exhorted Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower, Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, on the eve of D-Day.

We fought well together,” the president said, shaking his hand following the hour-long D-Day ceremony.

On this day 75 years ago, the Allied forces launched the largest amphibious assault in history. Over 24,000 troops stormed the coast of Normandy, France under intense German resistance from heavily fortified positions, dodging mines and gun fire as they made their way up the beach. Nearly 5,000 men would die in the ultimately successful mission. It was one of the most impressive military campaigns the world has ever seen. The Allies, of course, did not win the war simply by taking Normandy, but they did turn the tide, forcing Hitler to fight on two fronts — against the Soviets in the east and the Americans and British in the west.

For some reason, Democrats love to ask President Trump's judicial nominees about their religious backgrounds. Sen. After all, Democrats have obsessed over the group in recent years. Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) admitted to being puzzled such line of questioning.

The idea is to tell the Democratic base that Pelosi is “with them,” without also jeopardizing her party's chances

Let’s be clear about a few things regarding “carbon taxes”. First, the system of taxing carbon emissions, also known as “cap-n-trade”, has absolutely nothing to do with climate change. Second a “carbon tax” is the holy grail for the totalitarian globalist world view. The concept of a tax on carbon emissions was developed inside the same financial network of multinational monetary interests that control the current global trade system. Powerful financial interests directly connected to The World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Trade Organization (WTO), together with global banking interests connected to Wall Street and
