Shame on Robert Mueller
for exceeding his role

Original Article

The statement by special counsel Robert Mueller in a Wednesday press conference that “if we had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime we would have said that” is worse than the statement made by then FBI Director James Comey regarding Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign. Comey declared in a July 2016 press conference that “although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive highly classified information.”

Al seems to have finally figured it out. The statement,"when did you stop beating your wife?" is easily defended in a real court when witnesses are not led and are subject to cross examination and their Partisan motives are revealed.

You cannot shame anyone who does not have any shame. It is pointless to try. See Mueller. See Democrat Party. See Obama. No shame whatsoever. The rules do not apply to them.

Mueller was selected and appointed BECAUSE he was and is partisan. Prof. Dershowitz is experienced and astute enough to know that.

This old Moron should know exactly why Mueller did this . Out of pure desperation and fear of his own prosecution. He was the point man in this Coup and he knows it. It had nothing to do with PROPER PROCEDURES.Good grief I detest these Criminals and will be so jubilant the day they are all rounded up.

FTA: ''I cannot imagine a plausible reason why Mueller went beyond his report and gratuitously suggested that President Trump might be guilty...'' I can think of a couple. Some democrats, maybe even Hillary, has a file on Mueller that has something in it that would cause Mueller legal jeopardy, or extreme embarrassment. Also, maybe there have been suggestions that Mueller's family and relatives might be exposed for something nefarious or, worse, been threatened in the ''Arkansas way.''

"Shame on Mueller for abusing his position of trust and for allowing himself to be used for such partisan advantage." And let's hope that is how he will be remembered, as a partisan hack. It's pitiful to spend a lifetime in law enforcement and end up as someone operating outside the law.

The professor is being disingenuous here. He has known all along about Mueller, yet he stood by and said nothing. He should have been out there all along defending the constitution, and all tenets of the law we all live by. He first came out in protest when Mueller raided Cohen's office and rightfully so. That was shameful and unethical behavior on Mueller's part. So the professor can't say that he is ignorant of all the shameful two years of witch hunting that went on. He was more interested in protecting his own comfy nest at Harvard, than he was in defending the law as it was being abused for two years. He is another liberal who talks a good game, but when the rubber hits the road, he hides under his desk.

From the article: "I did not believe that he personally favored either the Democrats or the Republicans, or had a point of view on whether President Trump should be impeached. But I have now changed my mind. By putting his thumb, indeed his elbow, on the scale of justice in favor of impeachment based on obstruction of justice, Mueller has revealed his partisan bias. He also has distorted the critical role of a prosecutor in our justice system." Welcome to the real world, sir. The Swamp Creatures are mean and nasty, slimy as hell and well camouflaged.

On Sunday, CNN held town hall specials with a trio of presidential candidates -- Seth Moulton, Eric Swalwell and Tim Ryan. We watched it so you wouldn't have to. All three of them are Democratic members of Congress. None is in danger of becoming president anytime soon. So why do we pay attention to what they say? Well, because as they stammer and sweat and pander profusely, they give us a good idea of what the Democratic primary voters believe and what they care about. And of course, the thing they care about most -- a thing they can’t stop talking about ever – is race.

If you know the history of the 19th Amendment, you will notice a peculiar omission from the statements issued by various Democrats celebrating the 100th anniversary of its passage by Congress. Elizabeth Warren, for example, tweeted: “People always say that big change is impossible. That’s what they told the suffragettes (Snip) What Warren conveniently forgets is that the people who said it was “impossible” were Democrats. Her party blocked passage of the amendment from 1878, when it was introduced by the Republicans, until the latter won such huge majorities in the 1918 midterms that the Democrats were no longer able to deny women justice.

Presidential hopeful Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is once again proving that it’s easy to be a democratic socialist. All you have to do is make wildly unrealistic promises and blame rich people for the world’s problems. After that, most of the left-wing media will fawn all over you for your “revolutionary” and “innovative” thinking—no matter how foolish the policy proposal might be. Sanders’ newest idea is to have government build “millions” of new housing units to help improve access to “affordable” housing. “When I talk about infrastructure, I’ll tell you what else I’m talking about: The need to build

Attorney General William Barr’s nearly hour-long interview with CBS News’ Jan Crawford last week was full of fascinating details about the special counsel probe, the debunked Russia collusion theory that roiled Washington for years, and Barr’s investigation into how the FBI and Department of Justice used the “bogus” theory to investigate the Trump campaign. The interview was downplayed by the media, which is implicated in perpetuating the Russia hoax Barr is investigating, and which came in for criticism from Barr for its failure to care about violations of civil liberties. Here are the top 28 take-aways from the interview.

If you are bewildered by the weird antipathy with which Democrats and the media regard Attorney General William Barr, consider a passage from the Nobel Prize acceptance speech delivered by Polish dissident Czesław Miłosz in 1980: “In a room where people unanimously maintain a conspiracy of silence, one word of truth sounds like a pistol shot.” Our government hasn’t yet devolved into the kind of totalitarian regime under which Poland groaned at that time, but there is a conspiracy of silence surrounding the skullduggery that led to the Russia collusion fraud, and Barr fired that metaphorical pistol on April 10, 2019.

William Barr's interview Thursday with Jan Crawford is filled with fascinating details and surprisingly candid responses, but most interesting of all may be that he undertook this dialogue not with friendlies at Fox or the Wall Street Journal but with CBS — the very beating heart of the mainstream media from well before the days of the Dan Rather embarrassment. The network is the sine qua nonof Deep State establishmentarianism. You would think they would crucify him, but Barr is fearless — and justifiably so. He knows he is telling the truth and that, as the saying goes, will set you free.

In a prior column, I addressed the public debate over Bill Barr’s authority to declassify intelligence regarding the Obama administration’s Trump-Russia investigation. Lurking behind this debate, we should understand, is that administration’s handling of the Steele dossier: a compilation of faux intelligence reports. The dossier was, of course, generated by the Fusion GPS firm — principally, by British spy–turned–hack-for-hire Christopher Steele and journalist-turned-fabulist Glenn Simpson. The dossier is a slipshod, unverified opposition-research screed, sponsored by the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Its sensational allegations of a Trump-Putin conspiracy to undermine the 2016 election (including by hacking and disseminating Democratic

Robert Mueller’s Wednesday morning press conference provided more evidence that President Trump has been right about him all along. After asserting that his final report to the attorney general on Russian interference in the 2016 election “speaks for itself,” and that nothing he or the special counsel’s office would say in future would go beyond that report, he deliberately threw additional fuel on the “obstruction of justice” dumpster fire. Knowing full well that he was providing the headline-of-the-day for the anti-Trump “news” media and a fresh talking point for the impeachment zealots in the House, he said: As set forth

When Nancy Pelosi decided to appease the impeachment hawks in her caucus by accusing President Trump of engaging in a cover-up, the media responded with undisguised glee. The New York Times, for example, ran a story that essentially congratulated the House Speaker for publicly goading the man. Trump responded by giving them transparency good and hard. He not only instructed the various intelligence agencies to assist Attorney General William Barr with his inquiry into the inception of the Russia investigation, but gave Barr authority to declassify related intelligence material. Oddly, the media have suddenly lost their enthusiasm for transparency.

But the Democrats aren’t listening.A Harvard-Harris poll finds that 65 percent of Americans say Congress should not begin impeachment proceedings against Trump. Sixty percent agree with Attorney General William Barr that “the facts and public actions of President Trump did not amount to obstruction of justice, especially since there was no underlying collusion.” And 58 percent believe that “Given the Mueller report … we should turn the page on investigations of President Trump.”
