When President Trump announced the futility of attempting an infrastructure bill with Pelosi and Schumer as they simultaneously tried to impeach him, the president certainly knew he was going to issue a declassification memo within hours. The declassification directive to AG Bill Barr creates a dynamic ensuring Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer will align with the former intelligence officials and further attack the offices of the President and Attorney General; they have few options.(Snip)except to manufacture a narrative shield and accuse the President of unethical, immoral and criminal conduct. See: Pelosi’ recent “cover-up” charge.

FTA:
As this stage in the sunlight process; and with a mountain of visible evidence locked-in to the record of what took place; there is no evidence anyone inside the Washington Field Office of the FBI was not a participant.
There may be decent “rank-and-file” FBI agents in various positions throughout the country, but there is no honorable “rank-and-file” in the Washington DC Field Office. The entire apparatus is full of corrupt investigators, manipulative liars, participating schemers, and agents/officials who went along with three years of politically motivated investigations; there’s no recovery from the scale of their involvement.
We were told by Mueller/Weissman that 40 FBI agents were involved in the investigation.

Here's an option, instead of fever dreams, reality.

Thanks, #1. I had cut and was ready to paste in, exactly as you did, that precise quotation.
An important point. I have a good friend of 30 years who is nearing retirement from the FBI,
and he stayed far from DC as much as possible. He wants to see Comey in prison, too.
100% of the FBI folks in DC need to be cashiered, one way or another, cut out the cancer,
don't let it metastasize.

It a restart is needed for the Washington FBI group, so be it. Pull in a few good people from each office across the Country and rebuild. The same for intelligence agencies. This pervasive corruption cannot be tolerated. It is a far worse threat than the "Russians". Political interference from Washington bureaucrats MUST be stomped out forcefully enough that they all know that doing is is a significant criminal offence and a career ender. Anyone convicted of it should be permanently banned from government service and any special clearances for them cancelled. Their pensions should be forfeit. Anyone blocking proper oversight should be guilty of a serious crime with significant penalties. The federal government is imbued with enormous and dangerous power. It MUST be monitored and abuses stomped out.

I have heard enough repetition that 99.99% of the FBI are good guys.
It was rank and file FBI people who shot Randy Weaver’s wife and son
at Ruby Ridge after creating a gun crime entrapment event. It was also
R&F FBI people who turned the Branch Davidian compound into an
inferno that roasted scores of people including children in Waco, Texas.
If the FBI is even allowed to continue it should at least be relocated out
of DC - preferably to somewhere more American in nature. Kansas or Indiana seem perfect.

Until people are indicted or a Grand jury is impaneled specifically for this cabal's offenses, no one is going to talk. You may remember the RICCO investigations, and the Giuliani Mafia trials in which he won indictments and later convictions for 11 major crime syndicate bosses? Well, the reason all that became a success was because the bad guys were all scrambling to make deals for themselves ahead of the others. Giuliani was a master manipulator, making his arrests in a very clean and precise order, making sure the weakest links were arrested first. Bingo! They fell like dominos. That is what Barr needs to be doing right now with these new inside-the-deep-state "Mafiosos". They are all connected. And the fact is- the sooner he moves on them, the sooner the rats get shut down from their insane protection movements on these shifty players. Give the Rats too much time, they will build a political wall around these criminals.

I watched the F B I in action personally in 1992-1994 during the Diesel Fuel Excise Tax debacle. Now my boss was a arrogant person. But ALL HE DID was tell them (IRS was involved ironically too) that their system was deficient and broken, so they literally STOLE 1.4 million dollars from my employer and then put him away- WAIT FOR IT- for TELLING THE TRUTH (27 months)...and we were LEGAL in every way.
WE can fix STUPID.

This confrontation reminds me of the time Patrick Lehey was bad mouthing VP Cheney then immediately came up to Cheney and acted real nice...Cheney told him to go F Himself. These Democraps think whatever they do is fine and expect everyone to love them after they have trashed the person...In my book the Pound Sand or F YSelf is an appropriate response. No one worth being around would do that to another person. They are Low Lifes and expect to get a pass for any action...NOT!
