California Republicans are determined to take back the four congressional seats they lost in Orange County in 2018, among the seven the party lost statewide. They have some political momentum, as Nancy Pelosi’s Democrats have proven incapable of doing anything except arguing about impeaching President Donald Trump. Unfortunately, the tactic of “ballot harvesting,” introduced last November, has made it impossible for Republicans ever to win again. “Ballot harvesting” involves using a third party, such as a well-trained political activist, to collect mail-in ballots on behalf of other voters and deliver them to the polls. There is no vetting of ballot harvesters,

As long as it is legal the GOP can do it as well. In AZ it was legal and the GOP had crews calling late mail in ballot holders askin if they wanted their ballots picked up. Teams would go out and collect those ballots. They had to be sealed and ready for mailing. Now illegal.

There is NO way this cesspool of fraud can ultimately be legal. The provability/verifiability of one-person/one-vote is THE bedrock of our American freedoms.
I’m not in a position to do it, but I hope SOMEone is out there prepping the mother of all lawsuits.

First, the new number of voters in those 4 Orange County districts are eligible for jury duty, and it will be interesting to find out how many don´t reply.
Second, the Democrats likely milked all they could out of each precinct, which is now KNOWN information, and available to use against them.
Third, the GOP needs to realize they too much play by the same rules, and have massive numbers of people walking each precinct just like the Democrats did.
Fourth, need to use the same tactic in some under-voted districts to see if they can turn a few "blue" districts with light turnout.
Fifth, make sure there is a viable candidate in every single House district, and push hard to ensure one is in the top 2 so they appear on the November ballot.

As if making it illegal would stop the Democrats from doing it.
Voting for dead people, voting multiple times, manufacturing completely fraudulent ballots and non-citizens voting are all illegal....
And yet the Democrats do it regularly and massively.

It is not ballot harvesting, it is ballot manufacturing and they have been doing it for years. They are just trying to legitimize it now. How else could we have over 100% turnout as we have had in the past where the democrat always wins.

As explained by Wikipedia:
"While the United States Constitution does set parameters for the election of federal officials, state law, not federal, regulates most aspects of elections in the U.S., including primaries, the eligibility of voters (beyond the basic constitutional definition), the running of each state´s electoral college, as well as the running of state and local elections. All elections—federal, state, and local—are administered by the individual states."
Unless someone can make the case that this practice violates the "one person, one vote" principle I don´t see how anyone but the voters of California can stop this.

I believe #9 is correct, and it is extremely demoralizing to be a conservative in California. There was a chance, a chance,to turn things around before the CA legislature made ballot harvesting legal before this past election.
Judicial Watch came in to help Election Integrity Project California to build a case against all the voter fraud, but the State Legislature currently has EIPCA´s hands tied.
It´s a strange feeling to be living in a state and rooting for President Trump to punish that state, especially the threat to send the illegals here!

Using trained activists to pick up absentee ballots is only a small part of the game.
What they are also doing is referencing election district demographics (census tract by census tract) to identify where Republicans might be ~ and then they don´t pick up absentee ballots there.
They also reference the same readily available information to find areas where there are lots of Democrats ~ and make sure they get there early and often to pick up absentee ballots.
There are variations on the basic approach, but it´s a probabilities game. You get ballots where there are Democrats even if there are sometimes Republicans ~ and vice versa, you lose some Democrat ballots because you don´t work the Republican areas. Again, small potatoes.
What you don´t want to do with ballot harvesting is get caught throwing away ballots ~ everybody with a cellphone has a camera these days, and they LOVE to take pictures. Assume they have one of you holding their ballot!
California has about 5 million Republican voters whose votes haven´t been counted in DECADES. We need to do something ~

Here´s one good thing that could come out of this: how about a determined effort to "ballot harvest" the votes of ALL military stationed out of country? It is scandalous that someone can be simultaneously serving their country, and denied their voting franchise.
