As special prosecutor Robert Mueller’s two-year, $34 million investigation into the Trump campaign’s supposed “collusion” with Russia in 2016 turns out to be the “nothingburger” it was always believed to be, the investigation at least did reveal the Left’s ongoing inability to accept the results of the 2016 election.(Snip) Chief among them is Tom Steyer, a former hedge fund manager turned Democratic mega-funder. Steyer, better known for his insistent pushing of an environmentalist (and given his investments, totally altruistic) agenda, is now the key funder behind the impeachment cabal, even after Mueller’s report greatly diminished the likelihood

And up pops - guess who?
In October, Need to Impeach lead strategist Kevin Mack bragged to Politico that the super PAC has “virtually unlimited resources” to spend and would “turn on the spigot” urging impeachment if Democrats won back the House of Representatives in 2018. Mack is a senior partner at Deliver Strategies, a political consultancy that lists a number of Democrats as clients, including Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
A Need to Impeach press release reports that it’s run by 50 staffers, many from the Obama campaigns and administration.

Steyer´s impeachment spiel showed up as advertisements for what purported to be a Hallmark movie at YouTube. It wasn´t. The content of the movie was as vile as his ads. I didn´t watch either of them. Just marvelled at the concept, and about thinking that sort of deceit could be successful.

Let´s call Steyer what he is, a traitor to the Constitution.
He doesn´t believe in our system of government, as evidenced by his attempt to cancel the results of a legitimate election.
They way this works, for those of you who have never taken a civics class, is that we get our turn, and you live with our elected candidate until the next election. Then you get your turn, and we live thru the period where you crater the economy and betray the country in international relations.
It´s all good.
The hyper-politicization of the FBI and the Justice Department under the corrupt former president is not likely to happen again.
To prevent that, we need to try and several punish the people who did it this time. No special prosecutor is needed.

I suspect that Steyer (and all the oligarchs) is driven more by the envy he feels knowing that the WH is one goal he will never ever achieve for himself even with his money. Trump is beholden to nobody, and that drives the globalist Left mad with their crazy.

I second #7. And add to that that he is an extremely unattractive-looking man. Some think that shouldn’t matter. It does to him. Add on the gorgeous Melania and the President has everything.
Have a look at what he has - six tattoos and all:

And BTW. she may run a bank in grotty Oakland, but they live in Pacific Heights. A quantum leap.

Good grief! He supported John Kerry for president in 2004. And then Obie.

I´ve read that Steyer had a billion dollar deal with China set up by Obama. Hunter Biden was in it, also.

I can´t imagine what it must be like to be incensed about something like this and to spin from one crazy theory to the next. They didn´t just lose the 2016 election. They KEEP losing over and over again as they claw for something that will deliver them from their insanity.
Steyer claims “a broad sense of criminality” but Mueller would have found indications of that if it were there. The intelligence community spied for over a year. If there was something found, you KNOW it would have been leaked.
I have said this before, Trump is the most thoroughly scrutinized president in a long time, perhaps EVER and beyond his personality quirks, he is squeaky clean. Probably even cleaner than Biden thought BO was.

I saw several TV ads in the past weeks of Steyer calling for the impeachment of Trump.
