New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez reportedly hired a top Hollywood talent agency and explored a possibility of writing a book, though the deal appears to have gone nowhere. Ocasio-Cortez, the self-described Democratic Socialist who got into Congress after defeating prominent Democrat Joe Crowley in her district in November, has come to symbolize the party’s leftward movement. Ocasio-Cortez retained the talent agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and held meetings earlier this year about potentially writing a book, the Daily Beast reported. The book deal, in the end, didn’t materialize,

A BOOK? She can´t get through a complete sentence. She better be paying through the nose for an editor.

A book deal about what? What exactly is so interesting about this tweep that anyone would want to read? The voters of her district didn´t know who she was except that she was different than the guy already in office. Barnum was right.

Stationery stores already print books bound with blank pages. They´re called "journals", but I guess AOC didn´t know that.

No doubt it was Boiney Sandaz’ town hall meeting on FOX that gave AOC the idea of becoming an instant millionaire by writing a book. Boiney may even set her up with his own useful idiot toadies to do the work.

“How to tend bar and steal your staff’s tips”. That’s about the only thing she’s qualified to write about.
As Omar (or was it Tlaib?) said, It’s all about the Benjamins.

She hired a top Hollywood agency while she was harping about not being able to afford an apartment in D.C.? How? That doesn´t pass the smell test. I call cow-fart on that one.

Since AOC wants to replace planes with high speed trains how about a sequel to Tootie the Train? It could have pop ups of engines going Woo Woo. If she can´t afford an apartment how can see afford an agent?

Let´s see... she first turned to communism only after she failed at capitalism (going bust at writing books after college). And now that she´s been elected as a commie, she flirts again with getting rich writing books.
Seems like she´s a commie of convenience. Or at least unsure of her economic orientation.

She has time for writing a book????
She said that she doesn´t have time to buy furniture for her DC home.
She had to stuff popcorn in her face while recording a video. Chomp, chomp, mumble, mumble.

This wasn´t a completely stupid idea for once, make a couple of million from a gullible publisher and not have to get a another bartending job when she loses her next election. If the iron is ever going to be hot for her it´s before she gets booted from Congress. Afterwards she would be writing the equivalent of "What Happened?"
I guess the entire gaggle of New York publishers were not happy that she scared 25 thousand jobs away from the city.
