When Chief Justice John Roberts pompously admonished President Trump last year, making the preposterous claim that we “do not have Obama or Trump judges,” Carlton W. Reeves evidently failed to get the memo. This Obama appointee to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi is a textbook example of a partisan jurist who ignores the law and the will of voters as expressed through their elected representatives. Indeed, Judge Reeves has now escalated his activism by attacking the President and comparing him to a long line of white supremacist Democrats and their partners in the KKK.

Whenever anyone compares Pres. Trump/those who support him/conservatives in general to the KKK or the Nazis are showing their ignorance of history.

I had to click on the article to see if my conclusion about the headline was correct - yes, black judge. When all else fails, play the race card.
Dear Carlton, you really need to get off of the plantation. Your demonrat massas have poisoned your mind.

Judges can be impeached or removed from the bench. A lot of them need to be, starting with this one. Carlton is biased. Not the role of a judge.

I guess the Obama judge forgets that Robert Byrd was a Democrat. The KKK belongs to the Democrats.

I guess this dumb judge is just fine with the New Black Panthers the KKK has been dead for years. If you are a black in the south you see a noose hanging from ever tree like Jussie Smollett did.

Mark Levin´s book "Men in Black" comes to mind as it chronicles ´judicial activism" and what makes a good impartial SCOTUS judge, as well as how some who are approved have to be removed.
The business of picking judges FAITHFUL who have fidelity with the law and see their job to not make law is extremely important.
The confirmation process should be very painstaking even at the appellate level, but the media cirus like we saw with Kavanaugh to pressure the Senators on a hoax of innuendo is going to continue on EVERY nomination Mr. Trump makes.
I dare say that when you see a car with a bumpers sticker that simply says "resist" that the driver supports anarchy and not a civil society where we work together to find the answers to problems.
People throw out statements about the Klan, but we have has some in the SCOTUS that actually WERE. This Nobama judge does not see the world as a jurist, but as an activist.

This judge and so many people are so ignorant of history. Post Civil War, the Democrats were the ones who started the KKK. Rober E. Lee´s second in command, James Longstreet became a Republican and was tormented and ostracized by his former comrades in arms. The Republican Party was the one who voted in the Civil Rights Act.
But students are not taught any of this.

This judge needs to be immediately removed from the bench. And John Roberts needs to be educated about judicial activism and what it means.

The Klan was the para-military wing of the Democrat Party in the south after the Civil War. It was formed to drive out the Republicans (carpetbaggers or not); after that was accomplished, the Democrat/Klan went to work on the newly-freed ex-slaves. Like a horse running into a burning barn, the blacks ran back to the Democrat Party 100 years after their de jure emancipation became de facto with the Civil Rights bills of the 1960s. The Democrat Party is pure evil, as Mark Steyn says, the only pro-slavery organization from the 1800s still with us today.

Unfortunately, competence, intelligence and coherence are not requirements to remain a judge. To remove one, there must be criminal behavior or possibly really unethical behavior. The judge is free to believe what he believes. It becomes an issue if he starts ruling against the administration based on his beliefs and not the law.

Thus proving this person is not fit to be a judge. Judges are suppose to rule on the law not their sick racists feelings.

What do you expect from a liberal Democrat activist lawyer wearing a black robe who has been seeped in racial politics all his life? If racial politics were to disappear across the South, the man would be lost.

No matter how many times the Dems lie about it, the hard historic facts are that the KKK was all Democrats railing against the Republicans fighting for rights for blacks after the Civil War.
KKK was ALWAYS all Democrats, all the way up into the 1960s.

I hope that Trump gets to name the successor to Roberts. With all that is coming out about FISA, and that will come out, Roberts is pretty much exposed as compromised and an Obama minion. These judges exceeding their authority need impeachment by congress. But we all know that will never happen.

I find it extremely offensive for someone to associate me with an old Democrat institution that actively practiced racism. Wonder how this "federal judge" would take it if I compared him to one of the less-intelligent characters in "Planet of the Apes?"
