Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D., N.Y.) announced the House Judiciary Committee has scheduled a Wednesday vote to subpoena the Mueller report from Attorney General Bill Barr. Although Barr has indicated he intends to provide a redacted report sometime in the next two weeks, Democrats set this Tuesday as the deadline to receive "the full and complete Special Counsel report, without redactions, as well as access to the underlying evidence." Nadler chairs the Judiciary Committee, and is joined by five other committee chairs in making the demands for the documents. Special Counsel Mueller turned over his report, now known to be more

What childish idiots they are. I refer to the cartoon at the top of Lucianne this morning. It´s perfect for Nadless, too.
A subpoena has zero power against multiple different laws which say that there are portions of the report which CANNOT, by law be released to the public.
Just go to Hades, you partisan, childish fool. Have your tantrum there.

I don´t believe I´ve ever seen the democrats in such a panic! They are deathly afraid of what may be discovered from all the subpoenas, interviews, and documentation that Mueller had access to.
Their problem is that they can´t construct their lies and stories without knowing what is known!

#3, I trust the Democrats know this, but will spin it to look like the AG, and by extension, Trump admin., has something to hide by not releasing the parts they are not allowed to release.
I suspect they´ve also been "advised" by some of the attorney´s or people on the Special counsel´s staff, of information they feel will be useful to re-start their Russian collusion story line.
The real story, Hillary lost fair and square.

If Trump were strategic, he would put this into the courts hands and have it as a campign issue. The courts could easliy tie this up in time for ´moderate democrats´ (as common as unicorns) to explain to voters why they are part of the witch hunt party.

Idiot dems will believe what they want to believe. Barr has clearly said that there are portions that cannot be legally released. Of course, dems never worry about the law. There is no way that the courts are going to allow things like grand jury proceedings to be released and the dems KNOW it. It´s all a show, like changing the Electoral College, stacking the SCOTUS, changing Senate representation, the GND, and almost everything they talk about.
The problem for dems is that reality is horrible for them. They might as well go on flights of fantasy. The media likes to fly along and they can pat each other on the back.

I don´t think refusing the subpoena and being held in contempt, like Eric Holder, would be much of a burden for AG Barr.

I do not believe that the Special Council or the Attorney General are required to receive Congressional approval of their findings.
Nadler and other Democrat committee chairs can accept or reject the finding of fact contained in Barr´s summary to date at their discretion.
It is arrogant of Nadler to imply that he has the authority to reject Mueller´s findings or Barr;s summary, which quotes Mueller. If he believes she has that authority in any official capacity she should cite the source of such authority.
Nadler, Schiff, et. al. are not only arrogant but they are also delusional.
The House Committees should:
1. Clearly state the purpose of their anticipated investigations and the SPECIFIC legislative purpose they serve
2. Conduct their own investigations and public hearings to address the objectives stated in their response to Item 1 above.

Re #5, I think the real story is how the Obama Administration/Hillary Campaign/DNC/MSM/FBI et al all conspired to bring down Trump using illegal means. The whole bunch should be prosecuted for RICO as well as a myriad of other crimes. Hillary´s botched email investigation...Bengazi....Fast & Furious...IRS scandal...FISA court abuses...CIA unmaskings.....confidential leaks....et cetera et cetera.

They, who do not read the bills they pass (by their own admission) are so eager to find one bit of info to bolster their hate for our President.
Legislate. Stop the hate! It’s your job!

Personally I want an in depth investigation on Nadler. The whole deal. 3AM rousting of anyone he has dealt with. All of his financial dealings since taking office. All past associations. His entire, sordid, life story.
Why so much focus? How is this justified? First of all I have it on good sources that he sold political favors for money. That´s bribery. He lied while speaking to the media and congress and my investigation would prove that. Because he is so powerful, this is a clear and present danger to the entire country. What role did he personally play in the last financial crisis? Where is the real accounting of his campaign finances? What connection does he have with NY crime bosses?
My sources could provide a report, for a fee, that would enable full time monitoring, secretly of course, as well as full legal authority to do all of the above. Impossible? Not according to the rats behavior for the past 2 years.

Quite a CONTRAST to the ´Rats demands regarding Inspector General Horowitz´ report. If I recall correctly, for the IG report, the ´Rats DEMANDED that they get a chance to examine it and REDACT WHAT THEY DID NOT LIKE.... BEFORE it was released!
