Beto O’Rourke, the former El Paso Congressman and failed Texas Senate candidate who announced his presidential run last Thursday, named his first son Ulysses. It’s a Latinized name for the hero, Odysseus, in the Homeric epic The Odyssey. This is typical of Beto: he likes heroes, and the stories of their discovery, trials, and triumphs. One of Beto’s favorite books is The Hero’s Journey, an overview by the literary theorist Joseph Campbell of Campbell’s theory of heroic myth. In Campbell’s work, the hero story, or “monomyth,” can be broken down into component parts,

He hails from the sphincter of the nation, El Paso. If you know the old joke about the various body parts arguing amongst themselves over who should be "boss," you know that the sphincter wins. "Beto" must therefore have a bad case of Major Sphincter Disorder, and the Democrats know it.

I´ve posted this before, I went to El Paso High with Beto.
He´s was stereotypical big-dog rich kid. Basically the 80´s movie villain with the BMW M3. He was the putz that showed up with cocaine (and sometimes a pistol) at a beer party with his three purchased friends and who ruin the mood by bullying someone.
Some public record highlights no one is talking about: his mother narrowly missed prison for money laundering for the Juarez Cartel. She structured $10K payments through her family furniture store, Charlotte´s.
She avoided prison because her husband, Beto´s dad (who was busted with cocaine himself) turned cooperating witness.
Daddy was the county judge (an admin position -- head of the county, not a court-at-law). He and his fellow Democrat sheriff buddy made sure certain roads in the county along the river were not patrolled, so the drug runners could make it in.
Daddy got murdered after becoming a witness -- run over on a busy street on his bike -- but no witnesses.
All this is public record. You can still google it.
And yet, somehow, there is a media blackout.

Narcissistic little boy of no accomplishment who thinks he should be commander-in-chief. What a complete joke.

I love it when losers think they can win. Shows how out of touch with reality they are.

Hitler was a nobody. Obama was a nobody. (He even wrote a book about himself in 1995 before he was ever elected to anything.)
Never underestimate the skills of the demonic world regarding self-promotion. The skilled con man can give those without discernment the confidence that he is just what they have been waiting for.

#2 needs to send this information to Sundance over at Conservative Treehouse. He´ll make sure it gets out and he has ways past the Pravda media.
We need to smash this little roach, and sunlight is the best way to do it.

Strangely Beta and Bunny are raising huge amounts of money. Who would give this guy money? Is it because he looks like a JC Penny underwear model? His policies are Medicare for all and saving us from The Sky is Falling Climate Change. If looks can win elections maybe the dims should nominate Katie Perry or Reese Witherspoon. I´m happy with the PT economy and the tax cut I got. Plus I want secure borders and a strong military. Chimps can be taught to ride skateboards and jump on kitchen counters.

I second what #7 said about the second post. I also went to El Paso High, but am of Beto´s parents´ generation. Father Patrick, a notorious coke head, died in what almost everyone thinks was a hit. Mom Melissa ran her mother´s lovely high-end furniture store into the ground after narrowly avoiding prison. Wife Amy, I´m told by friends who know her, is very unhappy with Beto´s political ambitions.
All of this should see the light of day, and CTH is the place for it to happen.

No doubt, Robert Francis O´Rourke as a democrat, will turn these crimes into an asset, #2. I can imagine he will say, I am a poor little rich boy who had awful parents yet look at me now.

He is as hyper as AOC. Both doing speed ?
Beto reminds me of a big kid. Some show was interviewing people who love him and none could name anything he has accomplished.
Bring back jaywalking.
