The Climate Crazy, It’s Still With Us

One year ago, the International Court of Justice in The Hague declared that all nations are obligated to protect the sky from greenhouse gas emissions. It’s unfortunate, but climate zealotry stubbornly hangs on. The global warming cabal, which is less concerned with climate than abolishing capitalism and advancing their cult, has been showing cracks in recent years. A little more than a year ago, we noted that “our friend Steven Hayward,” a university professor and incisive thinker, had written “a compelling essay … about ‘The Nadir of the Climate Change Movement.'”

"ICC declared..." hah! This means precisely nothing at all. Some self invented group that CALLS themselves an "International Court".....but is not backed up by anything but the power of their own words. Meaningless noise. A total waste of everyone's time.

It's still with us? If anything, the left has doubled down on their rhetoric during Trump's term. Climate Change is still there. So is DEI. Add on top of that all the antisemitism. In some cases, the left may be laying low but not for long. They still use all their rhetoric to get out their vote and voter fraud. They have to keep their core energized and motivated.

At this point the climate change crowd has descended into religious zealotry. They're cut from the same cloth as the Iranian mullahs, and just as evil.

Why Isn’t The Left Boycotting ‘The

The Odyssey” is taking hits from conservatives, rightly so, for its “woke” casting. Some of director Christopher Nolan’s choices are indeed odd and distracting. (Why does the Bard look like a Rastafarian?) But it’s leftists who should be even more upset about the people chosen for key roles. Sure, the movie checks all the diversity boxes, which, according to our friends at Unleash Prosperity, is mandatory if you want your film to be considered for Best Picture in today’s leftist-controlled Hollywood. So, Nolan appeased the left’s diversity gods with a cast that, according to one count, is 50% white, 24% Latino and Hispanic, 12% black, and 9%

But had the iconic chain been dreamed up in the 2020s rather than the 1980s, it would have been FPK rather than CPK, not because the California Pizza Kitchen’s co-founders moved to Florida, though one did a couple of years ago, but due to the Golden State’s corrosive business policies. Not that long ago, California was “the greatest place to do business,” Rick Rosenfield, the CPK co-founder who fled to the Sunshine State, told Fox News Digital.

The Federal Communications Commission is wasting no time unleashing the spectrum made available by President Donald Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Chairman Brendan Carr announced that the agency is preparing to auction 160 megahertz of Upper C-Band spectrum, one of the largest blocks of mid-band spectrum ever brought to market, and he’s doing it faster than anyone expected. That’s great news for customers, businesses, and the U.S. economy. Restoring the FCC’s authority to auction spectrum licenses to the private sector was one of the many fantastic provisions of the Big Beauty that went largely unnoticed

Back in June, we called on the mainstream media to pressure Democrats into answering questions about the increasingly radical Democratic Socialists of America platform. “With the rapid takeover of their party by the Democratic Socialists of America underway,” we wrote, “it’s time for every Democrat to answer for what the DSA believes in.” (See: “10 Questions Every Democrat Must Now Be Made To Answer.”) We’re glad that one news network, at least, has taken us up on our advice.

SpaceX’s IPO in June was the largest in history. The stock initially surged after its debut, reaching a high of more than $225 per share, but has since fallen below its $135 IPO price. From its peak, the stock has now lost about 42%. Rocket Lab, after an extraordinary rally over the past two years, has suffered sharp pullbacks of more than 30%. Planet Labs tells a similar story: spectacular gains followed by painful corrections. To many investors, the conclusion seems obvious: another bubble. But the real question is not whether commercial space contains speculative excess.

There’s little question that the Democratic Socialists of America are more influential than any time in recent history. Indeed, it’s perhaps the most influential arm of the Democratic Party today, wielding policy clout and winning local elections. But are DSA policies really so popular? July’s I&I/TIPP Poll asked voters to find out. The DSA’s recent “Workers Deserve More!” document outlined its main policy goals. For I&I/TIPP’s July Poll, taken by 1,473 Americans from June 29 through July 2, voters were asked whether they agreed or disagreed with five separate DSA proposals. The poll has a margin of error of +/-2.8 percentage points.

Nick Shirley, the young man who has been putting “professional” journalists to shame with his on-site reporting on rampant Medicaid fraud, released another video exposing schemes in New York, these involving senior centers for elderly Koreans and Chinese. One that he visited, an adult day care in Flushing, claims to have nearly 8,000 members, for which it bills Medicaid $1,600 each. But even an employee admits that the number is wildly inflated. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz joined Shirley. [snip] But not all government fraud is illegal. In fact, we’d say that legal fraud is an even bigger scam than what Shirley is uncovering.

When Joe Biden announced that he had written a memoir of his four years as president, the reaction on the blogosphere was mockery. Even his most ardent defenders now admit that the guy was barely functional as president, that he was kept under lock and key by White House staff for most of four years, and that the mainstream press was in on the cover-up. [snip] Well, thanks to our contacts in the publishing world and the Dementia Society of America, we were able to obtain an exclusive copy of the original manuscript of “Promise Me, America” that Biden submitted

The fast-food drive-thru was not born in California. But the idea was perfected by California cultural icon In-N-Out, which is fitting because the double-double chain has become the main villain in Culver City’s effort to ban drive-thrus. Red’s Giant Hamburg on Route 66 in Springfield, Mo., was likely the first drive-thru restaurant in the country, says the American Automobile Association, serving customers as early as 1947. But In-N-Out created a year later “the drive-thru as we know it today, complete with an intercom ordering system,” at its Baldwin Park restaurant, which had “only enough room for the cooks.”
The 5 Dumbest Arguments Against The Sunshine

Four years ago, the Senate voted unanimously to ditch the switch and stick with daylight saving time year-round. Nineteen states have passed laws that would make DST permanent, if the federal government would let them. And this week, the House approved the Sunshine Protection Act by a 3-to-1 margin. But don’t count on it becoming law. As Politico reports, it “faces an uphill battle in the Senate despite strong lobbying from the White House and personal engagement from President Donald Trump.” The problem is that enough Senators are likely to be swayed by critics to block it, even though the arguments against the bill are entirely specious.

Massachusetts Democrats are advancing legislation that would create a permanent state commission focused on protecting and promoting Islam. Bill S.2134 has cleared initial committees and is currently in the state’s Senate Ways & Means Committee. Massachusetts-based radio talk show host Jeffrey Kuhner sounded the alarm about the bill on X, saying it “guarantees Muslims will be appointed and hired across all levels of government.” Indeed, no other religion has ever received this type of preferential treatment. Members of the pro-Islam commission would be appointed by the governor, attorney general, legislative leaders, and “racial equity, civil rights and inclusion” committee chairs. Former President Barack Obama recently gave America another reminder of how his presidency—once expected to bring the country together—left us more divided on race. Obama compared America under President Donald Trump to the tumultuous period after the Civil War that gave birth to the Ku Klux Klan. He said the U.S. is “having the same arguments” we did in the 1860s and 1870s, when Union troops occupied the former Confederacy and attempted to secure real freedom for former slaves. “These issues are still here,” Obama told author Malcolm Gladwell in an interview for the podcast “Reconstruction: The Unfinished Promise.”

A Biden-appointed majority on the First Circuit Court of Appeals handed President Donald Trump a major setback Saturday, refusing to lift an injunction blocking key election-integrity provisions of his executive order in 23 states and the District of Columbia. The three-judge panel denied emergency stay requests filed by the Trump administration and 12 Republican-led states, leaving in place a lower-court order that prevents the Department of Homeland Security from distributing federal citizenship lists and blocks the U.S. Postal Service from applying new mail-ballot requirements in the plaintiff states for elections held on or before November 3, 2026.

Is there anything bigger than Barry’s ego? Take one look at the hulking monstrosity he calls a “Presidential Center,” and the answer is a resounding no. Nothing on earth is quite as big, ugly, or desperate to overshadow everything around it as Obama’s ego. And now, one contractor says that selfish, absurd monument to his own grandeur forced him to shut down his business and lay off 25 workers.(snip)But behind all that hoopla and Hollywood-style celebration is the sad story of one local subcontractor who actually helped build Barry’s concrete place. But he’s not celebrating anything, because he says the project left his company nearly $4 million in the hole.

Approximately 75,000 noncitizens are summoned for jury duty in the Garden State every year, according to newly disclosed figures from the New Jersey judiciary. The revelation comes as state officials are already scrambling to explain how thousands of self-identified noncitizens were improperly added to New Jersey’s voter rolls and how hundreds reportedly cast ballots. You cannot make this up. The New Jersey Globe reported that New Jersey processes more than one million jury summonses annually using records randomly selected from three state agencies: the Division of Elections, the Division of Taxation, and the Motor Vehicle Commission.

CHICAGO — Seven Save A Lot stores across Chicago closed their doors Saturday, leaving residents with one less grocery store in areas where options are already limited. The closures come four years after the City of Chicago announced it would give $13.5 million in taxpayer financing to Yellow Banana as part of a roughly $26 million deal to buy and renovate six stores

Throughout this cycle, the Elitist Media have abetted DSA-affiliated candidates running as Democrats: gleefully amplified socialists such as Zohran Mamdani and covered for the sins of others such as Graham Platner. Through it all, they have assisted them in concealing what the Democratic Socialists of America actually stand for. A recent Fox News interview rips that veil open. Shannon Brean interviewed DSA national co-chair Megan Romer on Fox News Sunday. Here are some of that interview’s most remarkable moments. After an introduction and exchange of pleasantries, Bream asks Romer to respond to former Democratic National Committee chair Jaime Harrison’s complaints about DSA candidates who hate the Democrat Party.
