Trump's Iran 'Deal' Has Already Emboldened Hamas

Original Article

Posted By: FlyRight, 6/18/2026 1:06:26 PM

Hamas, the Iranian-backed group responsible for the October 7, 2023 massacre in Israel, is openly calling to escalate attacks against Israel and signaling its intention to shift the center of its jihad (holy war) from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank. To Hamas and the rest of Iran's "Axis of Resistance," the prospect of a "deal" between Washington and Tehran is not being interpreted as a sign of American strength. It is being viewed as a sign of America's weakness and a victory for the Iranian regime -- which the US defeated -- and proof that the US is eager to end conflicts at virtually any price.

The United States under both Biden and Trump hampered Israel in its need to obliterate Hamas. Because Israel depends on our financial support it didn’t finish the job. With Trump’s upcoming, I hope, deal with Iran, our two countries’ interests have diverged. As the very junior partner, Israel just has to lump it. Israel should wean itself of our teat so it can act alone in its own interests.

Israel should not let Trump or anyone else tell them how to defend their country and their people, they should do what they need to do. Iran is not going to abide by any deal anyway, nor will their proxys, they will escalate their attacks, and the "deal" is not Israel's deal either. I think Iran will use this to test Trump .

Our pilots are ready and waiting, We can take out everything they have if they cheat and they probably will. I think Trump tried to avoid civilian casualties this time so Iran could rebuild under sane leadership but if not, the target list will be much broader.

As soon as I heard about the 'deal', I wrote "What about Israel and Hezbollah- When -not if, but when- one or the other attacks? Will Iran use this as an excuse to scupper the 'deal'? If Iran has received a glob of money, we can count on it. I believe that President Trump has done the best that anyone can do, but the people he is dealing with are islamic idealogues, murderers, liars, and thieves. They lie to us Christians, then laugh in our face about it. As long as the mullets and the IRGC Thugs are in charge in Iran, nothing will change. They will use the 'deal' as an excuse to rearm and reorganize, then, as soon as it is to their advantage, they will publicly wipe their backside orifice with the 'agreement' and go back to the same thing they have been doing for the last 47 years. Don't believe me? Wait and See!

If Hamas thinks this deal weakened America's fight against terrorism, they are in for a rude awakening. No part of this deal requires Israel not to strike back if it is attacked.

The alleged mastermind behind the foiled terrorist plot to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House Sunday, is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed Thursday. Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, 31, was arrested by the FBI on Sunday in the small town of Western, Nebraska, and ICE subsequently lodged a detainer against him. DHS said Alvarez failed to leave the country when his B2 tourist visa expired in 2001 and he was subsequently “granted DACA by the Obama administration.” “This illegal alien should NEVER have been allowed in our country—

Major League Baseball outraged many of its fans on June 12 by warning that players who wrote Bible verses on their caps could face discipline for daring to express their beliefs. Of course, the League pushed their Pride Night hats, and although they didn’t require players to wear them, they made it clear, as they have in the past, that they're in on the rainbow but not down with expressions of faith. The League maintains that all writing on caps is prohibited, and it’s not a case of religious discrimination.

Obama has been getting a ton of media attention this week because of the opening of his hideous presidential center. During an interview with MSNOW, he said something that was truly stunning. Obama claimed that he rejects the belief that ‘the only true narrative of America is this one of oppression and exclusion.’ Is he for real? His entire political career has been based on the idea that America is the land of oppression and exclusion. It’s practically his personal brand. Days after the June 2 California primary election, it was announced that a large mail-in ballot dump from Los Angeles Skid Row favored District 4 Democratic Socialist City Councilwoman and mayoral candidate Nithya Raman. It was not long before Raman suddenly pulled ahead and overtook viral candidate Spencer Pratt for the Top 2 slot, edging him into third place and out of the running. The legacy media did what they do: parrot and cover up. However, the L.A. voters who supported Pratt (and some who did not) clamored for a real investigation into this suspicious and mathematically impossible occurrence.

Sen. Rick Scott introduced a bill designed to end the Optional Practical Training visa program, which incentivizes employers to hire foreign students. The Florida Republican’s Prioritizing American Talent Act would prohibit Department of Homeland Security funding from being used to help foreigners secure employment in the U.S. The Optional Practical Training program, created in 1992, allows international students to remain in the United States to work for nearly four years after graduation. Employers receive a tax break for hiring the graduates under the program, which some say gives foreign nationals an advantage over U.S. citizens.

Trump had signaled the release was coming earlier this week. The agreement begins with a full stop to the fighting on all fronts, including Lebanon. This is not the final deal. It's a framework. Negotiators have 60 days to get the permanent agreement done. The agreement also seeks to restore commercial traffic through the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz.

The Democratic Socialists vie for dominance against more moderate Democrats. MAGA Republicans confront disaffected libertarians and neocons. But there is a common thread shared by most disillusioned voters. They believe that America’s ruling class has abandoned its fellow citizens.

83-year-old Joe Biden was abandoned by his wife and former boss on stage at the Barack Obama Presidential Center opening ceremony in Chicago on Friday, left staring aimlessly into the crowd. The confused Biden was left behind as Obama danced off the stage, and Jill Biden followed him, forgetting about her husband. The Bidens were included among four former presidents and former first ladies who attended the ceremony. Biden looked distressed as he looked out into the crowd from the podium. He took off his sunglasses and waved before asking the crowd one strange question. “Where’s my granddaughter?” Joe shouted as the camera panned away from him and ended its feed.

Joe Biden seems determined to prove he was unfit for the presidency, and boy, did he do so again during the opening ceremony for Barack Obama's presidential center. I hate that I’m even talking about the event, but Biden’s “Biden moment” is just impossible to ignore. Video from the ceremony shows Jill Biden physically leading her husband onto the stage, which tells you everything you need to know about where things stand for Ol’ Joe before a single word was spoken. And yes, things got worse from there. As the ceremony wound down, Obama strutted around, playing air guitar to the music while Jill watched approvingly and then trailed him offstage.

Nearly twice as many Democrats reported being somewhat or very ashamed to be American compared to overall poll respondents. I expected this, or at least some variation of it. I wrote about this on Wednesday: Iran demanded the ceasefire in Lebanon to create a steady casus belli they can use to jerk the United States around and drive a wedge between Israel and the United States. Demand a ceasefire, then get Hezbollah to keep poking at Israel with attacks to generate defensive responses. Then use those defensive responses to cancel talks or jerk us around, claiming that Israel violated the ceasefire. This was, at least to me, as predictable as the sun rising in the East. Hell, even I predicted it, and I am not a genius.

Donald Trump has been the greatest, most clear-eyed and most transformative foreign policy president of my lifetime. But Trump is also the famed businessman who wrote The Art of the Deal four decades ago. There has therefore always been the risk that the president's novel and often unorthodox approach to foreign policy could be subsumed by a greater dealmaking imperative. Prudent statesmanship on the world stage requires setting clear ends and then working backward to calibrate the appropriate means — diplomatic, economic, military or otherwise — to achieve those ends. Because of his dealmaking background, Trump — despite all his foreign policy successes — was always uniquely vulnerable
