The Justice Department's U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois's office denied reports Thursday that it had opened a perjury investigation into E. Jean Carroll, who accused President Donald Trump of sexual assault. Multiple outlets reported Wednesday the department opened an investigation into whether Carroll committed perjury in civil lawsuits against the president. The alleged investigation focused on her 2022 deposition, in which she reportedly claimed that she received no outside funding for her lawsuit, but it was later revealed that billionaire Reid Hoffman paid some legal fees and expenses. “In light of widespread reporting and intense media and public interest in the E. Jean Carroll matter in New York, the

Her scam was recognized from the beginning but there were enough crooked democrats in charge and too many greedy lawyers available to push the rantings of a crazy old lady. We realized that it was just another takedown attempt meant to bankrupt Donald Trump.

Look at the picture of trumps wives and then place a picture of easy “rape is sexy” Carrol next to them. Next put up voice taped interviews with each of these women. Then keep in mind Trump took over running the beauty competitions. Seriously. The TDS runs deep

Border Patrol agents and Texas Highway Patrol troopers worked together to capture two groups of illegal aliens attempting to escape from authorities and secure entry into the United States. In all, a total of 19 illegal aliens were captured near Eagle Pass, Texas, including six Chinese nationals, considered by DHS to be Special Interest Aliens (SIAs). In stark contrast to the thousands of daily illegal border crossings near the small Texas border town during the Biden administration, new border security policies under the Trump administration have deterred most illegal aliens from attempting the crossing. Despite the stronger border security measures that ended the practice of “catch and release” at the border,

Democrats are shaking their heads in disbelief at the timing of Jill Biden’s memoir and her change in tone about Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance. The party would rather talk about the high cost of living and increased gas prices under President Trump, Democrats told The Post, rather than relive the debate around Joe Biden’s cognitive health. “We need this as much as we need a hole in the head,” Jim Manley, a Democratic strategist who worked in the Senate for years, said. Jill Biden’s confessional about her concerns over the former president’s health is dropping as the party fights to win control of Congress in November.

Here’s some typical, hypocritical blue state behavior for you — four states refuse to issue undercover license plates to federal law enforcement. Why? Because their administrations are full of bitter leftists who kneecap efforts by the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to deal with the illegal immigration problem. Making it even worse? They do issue the plates for state and local law enforcement. Now the Justice Department is suing the four defiant states, and it’s an extreme Left bunch: Maine, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Washington. The DOJ says what they’re doing is unconstitutional:

However, the candidate, Dr. John Cowan, a neurosurgeon, has previously denounced President Donald Trump, criticized him and his influence over the party repeatedly and donated to one of the president's most prominent Republican critics, the candidate's apparent social media posts and public interviews show. WASHINGTON — The Trump White House’s budget office is tightening a rule for the distribution of up to $1 trillion in federal grant-making authority, ensuring taxpayer dollars are better protected from use by non-citizens and speeding up the process by which wasteful spending can be canceled. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will propose the fixes to address “significant flaws” in the grants, at least 190,000 of which date from former President Joe Biden’s final year in office, officials told The Post Thursday. One official said that the expected changes will have the greatest effect on the Department of Health and Human Services, which oversees roughly $85 billion

The June 2024 presidential debate between then-President Joe Biden (D) and then-GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump was inarguably one of the most consequential events in American political history, largely because it proved to the American people beyond a shadow of a doubt that the occupant of the Oval Office was unwell. As we all know, it led to Biden withdrawing from the presidential race three weeks later after essentially being forced out by his fellow Democrats. It was a reckoning of sorts for the Democrat Party, the Biden-Harris administration, and the mainstream media, all of whom played starring roles in the deliberate years-long cover-up of Biden's decline,

The Communist Twelver Shi’ite mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani, made a major announcement on Tuesday: he is beginning to implement the Marxist seizure of property in New York City. He did not, of course, state that in so many words. As Marxists always do, he couched his plans in the language of social justice, claiming that he was striking out against bad landlords and providing an opportunity for all New Yorkers to live in decent, fairly-priced housing. And as is always the case with Marxist promises, Mamdani’s big announcement was an obvious and flagrant lie to cover up for his seizure of private property, not so much

Shirley, who uncovered hundreds of millions of dollars of daycare fraud in Minnesota and hospice fraud in California, took to X to share his thoughts on the vote. According to the bill’s text, AB 2624 would “prohibit a person from posting on the internet the personal information or image of a designated immigration support services provider, employee, or volunteer, or other individuals residing at the same home address.”

Spoiler alert: Naaah. But it's certainly fun to fantasize. Yes, John Cornyn may have been a slightly safer bet than Ken Paxton in a general election. Given the relative difference between how the two would have voted over the next six years, the gain from nominating Paxton probably doesn't justify the assumed risk of dethroning the incumbent Cornyn. It might take more money to fight for the seat in the general election, but that assumes that Democrats would have left Texas alone had Cornyn eked out a win over Paxton. In the end, though, Texas is Texas,

A host of deep blue states are quietly pulling back from their generous programs of “free” healthcare to migrants as federal dollars dry up and their budgets continue to spiral into the red. With the Trump administration beginning to close the spigot of billions in federal aid that many states lavishly spent caring for illegal migrants, sates including California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon Washington, and the District of Columbia are finding that they cannot afford to replace the chocked off federal dollars with their own state budget dollars. This reality setting in has caused state officials to begin scaling back their freebies —

One of the judge’s discomfited clerks reported the matter, and the appellate court conducted an investigation. The show’s credibility collapsed further after the disastrous Kamala Harris interview that triggered a major lawsuit and exposed its activist bent. Bari Weiss, who famously walked away from The New York Times over its radical leftward lurch and cancel culture, is now applying the same standards at CBS.

Ziegler has identified Judge Eleanor Ross of the Northern District of Georgia as the Subject Judge.
