An outspoken judge who would stand up to the 9th = Van Dyke sounds like a oerfect antidote to the current SCOTUS madness

An illegal alien truck driver has been accused of causing a crash that left a U.S. citizen in critical condition in Indianapolis, Indiana. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 25-year-old Sukhdev Singh and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said the illegal alien had a commercial driver’s license (CDL) that was issued by the state of New York. [Tweet] The crash happened on the evening of March 6 when Singh allegedly hit a pedestrian at E Raymond Street and I-65. The Indiana State Police responded to the scene, took the suspect into custody, and contacted ICE officials. “ICE arrived at the scene and arrested Singh that evening.

Attorneys in President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) persuaded an appeals court to reverse a judge’s block on the deportation of illegal migrants to so-called “Safe Third Countries.” The 2:1 decision means that ICE can continue deporting migrants to countries where they were not born, including countries in Africa, Asia, and South America. It also marks another win over the many lower-court, Democratic-nominated judges who are blocking, impeding, and delaying Trump’s 2024 mandate for mass deportation. Attorney General Pam Bondi celebrated the win: [Tweet] The New York Times described the 2:1 win for Trump:

The White House announced some serious but hopefully not tragic news Monday: Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer and will undergo treatment right away. She is wearing pink today during a press briefing and appears to be in good spirits. Since she is apparently tough as nails, she will continue her duties even as doctors treat the cancer. The good news, according to Trump: “her prognosis is excellent!” He hailed Wiles in a Truth Social post Monday morning: [Tweet] Here is the full text of the president's statement: Susie Wiles is an incredible Chief of Staff,

We don’t criticize the media enough. There’s no shock value anymore, but it’s important to note: the liberal media has an obsession with Muslim terrorists, and it’s seriously unhealthy. Last week, Ayman Mohamad Ghazali attacked Temple Israel, a synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Luckily, no innocent bystanders were hurt, as Ghazali rammed through the front entrance before he was killed by armed security. He died like a terrorist, but National Public Radio chose to portray him as the victim and focus on how he’s being mourned and all that. It’s all nonsense:

Fairfax County, Virginia, has lost the plot. Just a couple of weeks ago, the soft-on-crime policies of Attorney Steve Descano and his office led to the death of Stephanie Minter at the hands of Abdul Jalloh, an illegal immigrant and violent career criminal. Fairfax police warned Descano's office multiple times that Jalloh was dangerous and that it was only a matter of time before he killed someone. Those warnings were ignored. Now we're back in Fairfax County, where officials are not only allowing a 19-year-old illegal immigrant to attend high school as a junior, but are defending the man who has groped several teenage girls.

Thursday on CNN’s “The Situation Room,” Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) said War Secretary Pete Hegseth should resign over a deadly strike on a girls’ elementary school in Iran. Host Wolf Blitzer said, “I want to also turn while I have you, Senator, to that devastating bombing of a girls school in southern Iran. According to an ongoing military investigation, the U.S. was responsible and outdated information could be to blame. You’re a member of the Intelligence Committee. You’re briefed on all of this. What information are you receiving about this?” Gillibrand said, “Well, I have very deep concerns about how this site was targeted. Obviously it was next to naval operations

The tanker, which uses a probe or drogue to transfer aviation fuel to other military aircraft to increase their flight time beyond what fuel they can carry aboard, was “involved” in an unspecific second aircraft in the “incident”, CENTCOM said. The venerable tanker was a “loss” and “went down in Western Iraq” while the second aircraft was able to land safely, they said.

France’s government is bolstering the country’s military presence in the Middle East, dispatching its aircraft carrier and other warships, while President Emmanuel Macron engages with key players in the conflict, including Iran, in a bid to position Paris for future diplomatic talks. Macron said that France’s military involvement is strictly “defensive” and aims to avoid making the country a party to the war. He reaffirmed that position after one French soldier was killed Thursday in a drone attack in Iraq. “We are not at war with anyone,” Macron said.

Iranian state media later confirmed the killing and declared a 40-day national mourning period as the regime moved quickly to maintain control and reassure supporters that the government remained intact. In the US, some thirty percent of Gen Z women (age 18-27) are self-identifying as LGBTQ, etc.—mainly lesbian and—compared to around 1-2% for women in the World War 2 generation. This means that almost a third of traditionally marital-age women are likely disinterested in traditional marriage. This is a significant factor in why almost half of Americans are unmarried. As a result of the decline in marriages, the American replacement rate continues its slide south of the 2.1 children per couple needed for replacement. It is now hovering at 1.6.
